Their parking lot is small and you could easily get into a head-on collision if you're not paying attention to the arrow directions painted on the asphalt. Anywho... I ended up going inside to place my to go order due to the long line in the drive-thru. The employees working behind the counter were all friendly and courteous. The food was good but the fries could've used a bit more salt for my tastes. Can't think of anything bad to say about this experience. Just wished they would open their stores on Sunday. I am beyond disappointed in the quality of the food I received. I originally stopped at this location on Friday during lunch time. I literally live less than five minutes away (if that) from the location. I requested that my fries were fresh and hot. When I got home I was more than upset to find that my fries were cold and so was my sandwich. I sat in line for more than 5 mins waiting on this order. I called the store and spoke with a young woman who said she was a manager. I explained the situation and was told my name and order would be placed on a Guest Recovery list and I would have one week to come back to get the replacement meal. I went today after the lunch crowd. My name was not on the Guest Recovery list. In fact, they attempted to give me a toy as a replacement for my meal. Luckily I kept my old receipt. I had to pull up and again waited about five mins for this meal. My fries were cold and so was the sandwich. I called back and spoke with the manager, JT, who informed me that this location does not use the Guest Recovery list and hasn't for some time. So this leads me to believe the person who answered the call and said they were indeed a manager when I spoke to them on Friday mislead me in regards to their title and/or had no intention of replacing the meal as stated. JT offered to AGAIN replace the meal. I declined. How hard is it to get it right? Why are the managers not aware of the company's or location's policy? I have never had issues with cold food like this. I will no longer spend my money there, and I did let JT know I would not be returning to this location in the future. read more

Brought my nephew were after school one day. It's just like your typical chick-fil-a that has friendly staff and good chicken sandwiches. I like that they have a separate play area for the kids which isn't something I've seen at many other chick-fil-a's. And of course, the array of sauces is always a plus. read more

I believe the managers name is Rob Curry. I must say, his enthusiastic energy and welcoming attitude was great to say the least. Stopped in his tracks just to ask "Hello Sir, how can I serve you?" With a smile on his face. No fakeness to it, genuinely happy to help. This is my first visit at this location and I'm working a demolition job nearby, I'm glad I picked this place as my spot to grab lunch. Very nice, clean restaurant, well organized, staff are friendly to one another as well as customers in line or throughout. I always expect great service from chic fil a, but this was GREAT if not the best service. Fast, efficient, & well executed. I hope more managers and people like Rob come to exist. As I was waiting for my order to be made, he took 3min out of his day just to ask how my day was going, what I do for work, and made me feel great about the position I'm in. Moments like that are what make someone's day, I appreciate the service Rob, if you do end up seeing this. Need more people like you around. read more

Very disappointed. Normally you can expect a constant level of quality at every CF. We normally stop here on our way to Tulsa. Usually a pleasant meal, but not this evening. This location has it down! Every time I go through the drive thru and see Josh taking my order, I know I'm getting what I want. When I came through with all the kids and none of them knew what they wanted, he wasn't impatient and seemed like he enjoyed helping us figure out what we wanted, showing us the menu options and giving advice for what's good. JT went above and beyond with service, of all the employees in the restaurant, he was the only one that looked to have a good attitude, got me my food in great time, made conversation without ever slowing productivity, and offered to take care of all my trash for me. Honestly I don't like this location at all. It doesn't matter if I'm ordering online, through a third party such as UberEats or Doordash, or even go through the drive through, some how some way they always seem to mess up my order. They always leave the pickles on when I ask them to take them off, and either give you way too much sauce, or never give you any at all. read more

Ordered $30.43 worth of food, got home, missing an 8 count nugget. Called to get a refund for the missing nuggets and was told they could send me a free meal in the mail in the next 2 weeks. Drove back to the store, got a refund for my food that was now cold and got the missing nuggets. I asked why a refund couldn't be issued over the phone and Clayton said it could have been. I expressed my frustration and thanked him. He ended up giving me 2 free meal cards even though I insisted I only wanted what I paid for so I thanked him and left. I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years and it is by far the best fast food restaurant. I call it the Lord's chicken. Even if the drive-thru line is long, which it normally is because great service produces millions of repeat customers, they have attendants outside taking orders to speed up the process. They are always super friendly and accommodating. If you don't have the app, you should definitely download it because you are able to earn points and rewards from each purchase you make! read more

It is a rare occasion​ that this Chick-Fil-A isn't completely packed. Considering that it is on McDermott and just off the highway, it tends to get a lot of foot traffic, but the staff is efficient while still keeping up the standard Chick-Fil-A attitude. It was a crazy thunderstormy night in Allen, Texas. That did not stop me and 30 other Allen residents from getting their Chick Fil A fix on Saturday night. I even saw a few cops pull up as well; they wanted Chick Fil A too! Considering the long line at the drive thru, I decided to stay inside my car and order my meals from the Chick Fil A one app (if you haven't already downloaded it, please do so as you get points that you can redeem for free food items). In 5 minutes, I braved the short walk to the entrance in the heavy rain, and I walked in super soaked. A staff member provided me my order and selection of sauces. Like more employees, he was friendly and was smiling the whole time, even during the terrible weather we were having and all the orders coming in regardless! Overall, this is a pretty standard Chick Fil A, with great chicken food items, breakfast, and drinks too. Staff is always nice. Being that its by the 75 freeway, it can get crowded, but the staff moves fast and they are still friendly throughout the whole process. Enjoy! read more

Never thought I'd have to leave a bad review on any Chick-fil-A restaurant but this one here is insane. Always busy picked up my food inside instead of drive thru because of the long line and as I am waiting I am told it was changed for pick up inside and not drive thru but because again on the app there isn't an option to pick up inside. Waiting there for 15 minutes my food was with one of the staff members roaming around outside looking for me. Not the first time it happens to where I wait so long don't get greeted there are like 15+ staff members in the front and no one seems to try to help very unorganized and unprofessional. One of the managers saw me standing there for a while and ran up to someone else greeted them and took care of them ASAP saw me standing there for a long time and didn't even mind asking for help. Chick fil a is obviously the top of anyones list for go to fast food. Usually 10/10 with service, taste, speed, etc. this location is always slow, receive wrong orders, bad food Ect. They seem to be working hard with plenty of staff but it's never correct. They could use some help! This is all opinion. Coming here for years they don't change. The drive thru has a Hispanic person that you cannot understand (I speak Spanish by the way). Her accent is so outrageous that you will not get your order straight. Dumb people serving coffee. You don't put creamer in the cup before the coffee or you curdle the cream. I asked for equal and she was trying to tell me she had Splenda which came out Esplenda. I had to switch to speaking Spanish just to understand her. So I get a cup of curdled cream coffee with no sweetner, and no ketchup with my hash browns (every freak-in time). read more

The only reason I gave this visit 2 stars is because of the drive thru being a free for all, cars are able to cut in line without any regard to those of us who follow the parking lot guideline set by chick-fil-a. There is always a long line, you expect to wait but they need to control their drive thru lanes. They have the complete parking lot in the shopping center closed off, but people are still able to access the parking lot and pull out ahead of the line. Someone needs to monitor the drive thru lanes. What a mess! read more

I like Chick-Fil-A but my visit to this location on Saturday was disappointing. They got the order wrong (they gave me what they rang up but they rang up the wrong thing). My real issue was the level of cleanliness. Every single table (not an exaggeration) was dirty. There was grease spots and pieces of crumbs on all the tables. They were not busy (it was about 4p) and the number of staff outnumbered the number of customers. The overwhelming majority of food illnesses are a result of poor sanitation and if you don't keep your dining area clean what are the chances the prep/kitchen area is any better? One of the last times I dined in they were busy and I thought the cleanliness was just an issue due to a dinner rush but thinking it may be a chronic problem at this location. read more

I normally love this Chick-fil-A but totally disappointed this time. My husband ordered two large waffle fries, one sandwich and one 4-piece tenders. He glanced in the bag and saw there was only one fry so they brought him another in a separate bag. When he got home my 4-piece tenders were actually nuggets. I don't like nuggets to begin with but these were the worst I've ever tasted. They were hard over-fried pieces of crap and the normally most delicious waffle fries were actually over-fried hard pieces of potato. If this was the first time I had ever eaten there it would be my last. Everything was horrible. We live over four miles away so there was no going back on a Friday evening. read more

I have never had breakfast at Chick-fil-a before and it was quite tasty. I had the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit with chicken, egg, and cheese. I got the combo with tater tot type things and a diet coke. I enjoyed the tater tots as well. Like a previous poster said the employees actually seem really happy here and are extremely helpful.
