Standard Chick-fil-A pretty fast getting in line but the Way the driveway is designed made it almost impossible to not get in an accident specially when you have two SUVs on either side of you and you're in the middle lane and there's a Blindspot when you turn left into the ordering area. Stopped to try the new peppered, bacon Maple sandwich. Getting home I finally opened the sandwich and found out that not only was the bun cold, but it was also Bert on the inside?? How do you have a cold bun with a burnt inside? The meat was also cold and the bacon was not crispy! This might have been a good sandwich specially since this was the first time trying it, but I had to throw it away because I don't eat cold sandwiches that are supposed to be warm! This location used to be consistently good but lately orders keep coming out incorrect, missing items, missing sauces and straws. My husband just had to run back in the pouring rain because one of our fries and the two entrées were missing. We were only given a bag with two fries and a brownie and a lot of napkins on top so he didn't notice that things were missing. Chick-fil-A used to be the one place where you didn't have to make sure everything was correct before you left the property. Now they are just like the rest of fast food and you need to make sure you have all your food before you leave because you can't trust them. We both tried to call the location to let them know that they forgot items with our order, but nobody was picking up the phone. The spicy chicken biscuit does not disappoint on a Saturday morning. Join the line before 10:30 am because that's when they stop serving breakfast. This walk-up location meaning there is no interior to dine in. This location is mainly for drive thru only customers and it moves relatively quickly with two main lines and another line for mobile order ahead. The biscuit was warm, fluffy and a little crumbly despite the chicken being a little over fried. It still had powerful spicy flavor that overpowers any sauce you may want to use. It's decent eats for under $4 bucks. Would definitely recommend visiting this location if you are in the Cumberland area. It's a little confusing to get in and out so would recommend coming in from main entrance near the Hooters. read more

Quick payment by outside employee and food ready in bag as soon as I pulled up to window. It's truly impressive! NEW FAVORITE: Mac-n-Cheese I always get chicken tenders with chick-fil-a sauce. I ordered a side of Mac-n-cheese this time. Wow! This is not what you expect for fast food mac. It is baked Mac-n-cheese with some burned cheese crunchies (so tasty). I was very impressed. You can order as small, medium or large. I chose medium which was perfect size to accompany the chicken. Go large if it's your main dish (ie. If you're skipping the chicken). CHICKEN You probably already know about their chicken but if this is you never been to a chick-fil-a, then know their chicken is super tender, super juicy and super delicious. There is a reason they are so popular in the south. The store I enjoyed today is in the Atlanta area, where the restaurant was founded (this store is not the original). There are very few times where I've had a bad experience at a CFA and luckily this experience was just as pleasant as other locations I've been to. There are four CFAs within 15 minute of both my home and work so I have options and every single time I've visited this location, I've used the drive thru but during this visit, I placed a mobile order upon my arrival and walked up to the window. The manager acknowledged us as we walked up and once I let him know I was there for a mobile order pickup, my order was ready maybe three minutes later. I had the grilled chicken wrap with fries and a lemonade. The wrap was full of grilled chicken, lettuce, carrots, cheese, and I really enjoyed it as I hadn't had it in a long time. My nephew enjoyed his kids meal of course with nuggets and fries. Everything was served at just the right temperature and let me not forget how delicious the lemonade was! This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience of my entire 31 years of life. I was there on 1/9/24 around 6:50pm, and I got a chicken sandwich meal with fries. The fries were floppy, soft, and lukewarm. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich, and my sandwich had extra pickles. I really don't like pickles. I cried when I opened my sandwich because I picked dinner up between my full-time education job and my second job and was very hungry, only to be greatly disappointed by both the fries and my sandwich. Always great! We all know this in ATL-generally the most polite service despite intimidating looking lines that generally flow incredibly well despite the first timer's assessment at first glance. The food is great and if you prefer no bread-ask for the grilled or fried breakfast filet(s). Those are always great and super fresh. I love Chic- fil-a so it pains me to write this review. I was sitting at home around 8:30pm on a Saturday night and suddenly realized that I needed dinner. Since it is not far from my house and not too expensive I opted for Chic Fil A. When I arrived to the drive- thru, I knew there was a problem. I waited for a long time to place my order. Typically they do a great job of managing orders and moving people out. When I arrived at the speaker, I ordered a 3 count chicken strips and a small fry. I paid for my food and decided to enjoy my meal in my car. Surprise surprise. My fries were cold, hard and just not edible. I was glad that I had not driven home and was able to return and request fresh fries. I handed the staff my bag and indicated that I would like fresh fries with my order. The staff said ok. I waited a few minutes and was given a bag. I returned to the parking lot to enjoy my meal. However, the only thing in the bag was fries, no chicken strips. I returned again and advised the staff of my new problem. I was given a 4 count for my troubles. But wait, they were cold! At this point I was exhausted and just ate the cold strips. Easier to eat cold chicken than cold potatoes! I have to admit that I typically receive good service at Chic-fil-a. It's actually one of the characteristics that I love about the company. I made an account to leave this one review. I work nearby so I visit this location often. It's consistently the worst customer service of any Chick-fil-A anywhere else. Today, a man in an orange polo and a flat-bill hat took my order (I say that loosely, it was more like me telling him what I wanted while he joked around with his coworkers). It was clear he was not paying attention when I received no bun at all for my grilled sandwich instead of the gluten-free bun I requested and received two large waters I didn't ask for. In addition to that, I ordered two large fries. They could have easily combined both boxes of fries into one it was so poorly portioned. What's more, when I took the fries to my (ill) wife, she was about 3 fries in when she found a hair wrapped around one of the fries. I typically deal with the terrible service because the food is usually good and quick, but they really need to make some customer service improvements or I think I'll take my frequent business elsewhere. It's worth a few more minutes of a drive to go to a better location where you feel like you're actually at a Chick-fil-A instead of a McDonald's. read more

I love chick fila just as much as the next person. I love them so much that I overlook the fact that they hate the letter community (that I am a part of) because the chicken bangs THAT much. But baby, this location makes me want to swing every single time. At 4:13pm Nov 29th at chick fil a norcross peachtree parkway I went through the drive thru and as I got my food and just was arriving at my house I reach in my bag for a fry and there were no french fries and there was no kids toy in the bag for my child. The Chick-fil-A at Cobb Parkway and Akers Mill is drive-thru only. This location has a triple drive-thru. Drivers in: Drive-thru Lane #1 pick up food on the passenger side. Drive-thru Lane #2 pick up food on the driver side. Drive-thru Lane #3 pick up food on the driver side. All lanes are staffed by CFA employees. Lanes 1 and 2 are connected directly to the kitchen. Lane 3 receives orders via a conveyor system. The menus and ordering stations are semi-covered, so you won't get as wet when it rains. If you're traveling alone, I'd recommend lanes 2 or 3 for convenience's sake. I took lane 1 one time and the CFA employee was waiting for me, sitting on the window ledge, when I pulled up. Her sitting on the ledge maximized her length of reach into my car. Great service is consistent across virtually all Chick-fil-A's, including this drive-thru. In addition to the drive-thru, there are two walk-up windows, so you can park your car at the Chipotle next door and walk over. There are a few tables with umbrellas on the small sidewalk outside. I wouldn't eat there during a peak time, though, because you'd constantly have idling automobiles and all their fumes flanking you on either side. The food is just as good as the standalone stores. My favorites continue to be the classic Chicken Sandwich and Spicy Chicken Sandwich and their perfectly sweet Sweet Tea. Be sure to ask for extra napkins and any condiments you'd like on the way out. CFA has six sauces you can choose from: BBQ, Buffalo, Buttermilk Ranch, Chick-fil-A, Honey Mustard, and Polynesian. Zippy service. You'll be in and out in a matter of minutes. This location is in the busy Akers Mill Shopping Center nestled between a Chipotle and Hooters. read more
