This is the closest fast food drive thru to my office. That sucks for me. I love Chick-Fil-A as in where I used to work my co-workers made fun of me for eating there almost every day. The food items at this Chick-Fil-A are greasy almost every time. Not just kind of greasy greasy as in I have to take multiple napkins and squeeze the grease out of the nuggets. Many times I don't even eat the fries they're so greasy. May I have an Arnold palmer - yeah not here. It never tastes right. This is my usual go to Chick-fil-a but today was not good. I don't know if skipping my usual mobile ordering was right, but apparently not. The cashier was awesome and I truly appreciate that. The bagger and/or runner was not that nice. I assumed that the grilled chicken sandwich automatically came with honey roasted BBQ. When I saw that it was missing I inquired about it. She stated that it doesn't and that I have to ask for it. In addition, I could tell she was flustered and rushed which she did not hide with her demeanor. I ordered a 8ct grilled nugget and only received 6. Normally I would have just returned to get more but the carry out experience had really exhausted me so I decided to to write this review instead. When it comes to chick-fil-a I've had everything on the menu multiple times in multiple states at multiple locations. Got back from overseas and was craving a spicy chicken well done/extra butter (available all day). Generally, I like to call in my spicy chicken order during breakfast time since you have to physically check-in with the app for them to begin cooking it. More efficient to call in before arrive. During lunch or dinner I ask to have a fresh filet dropped and don't mind the 6-8 minute wait. I called in today and spoke with David, who hooked up the best spicy chicken I've had in YEARS. This reminded me of what chik-fil-a sandwiches used to be before they went International (Lol Toronto location). Won't be looking to pickup prepped meals here but I hope I can continue to get a stellar spicy chicken sandwich. read more

Stopped at this drive thru/walk up location tonight to grab a to-go order. Walked over to rest room to wash up before ordering and it was locked. I asked an employee to unlock the door and she said "no". Would not do it. I walked over to LongHorn which was a great alternative. 09/06/23: Very poor service at this location. Make sure you check your order while AT the Window. When picking up my order, the server at the window called out the wrong order. I told her what I ordered and she told me that she was giving me what I called out. I repeated and she confirmed. The order was all wrong. Even labeled as the wrong order but, the lady gave me the wrong order...why? I was in the drive thru and what's the likelihood that on the way to work, someone checks their order and comes back. I made the mistake of driving off without opening my order. Felt like the exchange with the drive thru person was off so, I didn't drive off too far before checking the order...all wrong. I of couse love Chick fil a like the next person. I frequent this location being that this location is the closest to my home. The location is a drive thru only so I use my Chick fil a app to ensure faster service. On several occasions, I've ordered my food and I've walked up to the counter and I've been ignored. I've patiently waited minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. I can visibly see my order ready and on the counter and yet no one greets me. It is now to the point that I expect not to be immediately greeted before receiving my order. This also means, my fries are always cold. It's extremely unfortunate to experience this type of customer service. I've had to double check my order due to items missing etc. I do understand this location is always extremely busy, so I can expect a delay. However, the employees will make eye contact and still not greet or inform me they'll be get to me shortly. So I do still recommend using the app if you visiting this location. If you're not in a rush, definitely go through the drive thru. Either way with Chick fil a, you can expect the same food. The Sunjoys are always amazing! There is a lady named Stephanie here that refused to take my grandmothers order because chick-fil-a didn't put a cone in the closed lane. So because it was their fault they decided to ruin my grandmothers day. I've been visiting this location for the past two years to typically good effect, but unfortunately had a horrible experience today. My wife and I were ordering and asked for the board book option as noted on their drive through menu (book for under 3 kids), and were very rudely refused by both the drive through attendant and window cashier. I don't believe they realize this option exists on the menu, but rather than asking for clarification the staff yelled at each other behind the counter and did not include the book in our order. Based on this experience, I no longer can recommend this specific location and would probably take the extra time to visit the Vinings branch. read more

I know 2 seems kinda low for a Chick-Fil-A, but "Meh, I've experienced better" is the perfect way to capture this location. I live less than a mile away, so I come here every 1-2 weeks. Most of the time, I have an experience that lacks the high standard you expect from this company. No repeating my order back to me for accuracy, missed items in my order or incorrect sizes, and the most glaring offense: not having that famous customer service. The food is fine, but it's almost like having a McDonald's or Burger King employees wearing Chick-Fil-A uniform. Hearing "my pleasure" after thanking them for the food? Nope. Also, this is a uniquely designed location that's primarily a drive-thru. There's 2 lanes, plus a 3rd lane for busy hours. Lane #1 actually makes you pickup the food on the passenger side, so take that into consideration. There's also a walk up window for ordering. read more

I eat chick fil a at least 3 times a week. This location is 5 minutes away from my job and very convenient during lunch time. Unfortunately, multiple times they've dropped the ball. Most recently i did not receive my drink and had to wait 6 minutes at the walk up just to get the sauces that also were missed. I reached out to the the restaurant but heard nothing back. Everyone at this location is SO RUDE! This is the one right by my house and I have even said something to the manager before. If they don't hear you or have to repeat themselves they get an attitude. So rude and awkward once you get to the window. I'm usually really nice whenever I order and whenever I speak but I've had to get an attitude right back to let them know that that is not how you speak to a customer. I'm not sure if the employees at this location need to go through some further training on customer service or something? But this is been going on for a few months now and it's really frustrating because Chick-fil-A is supposed to be know for their customer service but this location doesn't seem to care about that at all. This location is very 50/50. Fifty percent of the time, the people are wonderful, as you expect from CFA. The other fifty, I drive up and the person is holding my food with one arm out the window, facing the other way, not even bothering to say hi. Fifty perfect of the time, they get my order right. The other fifty, I get home to find something wrong or missing (which is why I'm now "enjoying" a southwest salad with Italian dressing). I think two stars is the right rating here. 50/50 would be 2.5 stars out of five, but Yelp won't allow that, and I'd dock an extra half star anyway, because I just hold Chick-fil-A to a higher standard. read more

This might be the first and only Chick Fil a that has pissed me off in the history of Chick Fil a.... I placed an order on the app and needed assistance in modifying the order. So I called the location and some guy who claimed to be the area manager ( said his name was David I think) was super unhelpful. I asked him how to modify and in so many words he told me it was self explanatory. I asked him if I could speak to someone who had the time to assist me (since he seemed so irritable) he responded "in the area manager if I don't know how nobody does." I've lived in this area for several years and I have always had a great experience. Recently I made two orders and I drove off before checking and when I checked I realized part of my other was missing, I called and spoke to the manager Nikki and complained and explained that I couldn't return because I was on my way to work and she was very gracious and asked me what is the best way to resolve the issue and I requested a refund of the meal I purchased and she went outside and found the employee that took my order to retrieve order information and gave me a full refund. This is Chick Fil A, why am I only giving an A-OK? Well, because it caters to drivers only. They have no seating except for like 2-3 tables outside. It's mainly for drive-through and walkup customers. They don't even have a public bathroom. I guess you have to go to Chipotle next door if you have to pee. There are 2 drive through windows. So it can take cars twice as fast compared to the other drive-through places. They need it. This place gets heavy traffic. Sometimes, I like to sit down in a nice, air conditioned area away from the rain. This location prevents me from doing that. Oh well. The food is still good for a fast food place. I guess it's convenient if you're the unlucky one to go and pick up your co-workers' lunches. But for me, I'll go to the other million Chick Fil A, sit-down locations to eat my chicken sandwhich. read more

I am done with this place. The employees I have interacted with have all been nice. They remember me and and my order. This is by FAR my favorite Chick-Fil-A! They have 3 Drive-Thru lines and no indoor dining (think Checkers/Rally's) but the service is pretty quick. On their busiest day, I am never in line longer than 5-10 minutes. As far as the food goes, I typically order the following items: Breakfast: Chicken, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Meal with an Orange Juice (Simply Orange) Lunch/Dinner: Chick-Fil-A Sandwich Meal (Deluxe/Grilled) with a bottled water (Dasani) Dessert: Frosted Lemonade (With Regular or Diet Lemonade) I frequent this location about once a week and am never disappointed with the food or service. I will need to try to order with the Chick-Fil-A app and see how they handle this new functionality, but I don't really want/need to, because I am happy with what they're doing right now! read more

Well this will be a first for me. I've never left a review before today, but as a long time customer and long time employee at multiple Chick fil a establishments I can say this is the worst Chick fil a I have ever gone to. I was given the wrong milkshake after a 30 minute wait. When I got home I realized it was incorrect and decided it was fine I would just go there the next day and ask if I could get the correct one with my next meal for free. According to the manager I would have had to come back to the chick fil a from home that night and give them the old milkshake (only for them to then throw it away) in order to give me a free milkshake. My understanding of this is that this Chick fil a feels that it is the customer's responsibility to fix a mistake made on the company's behalf. I won't be coming back to this Chick fil a. It's extremely disappointing and disrespectful to treat paying customers this way and definitely not how Chick fil a corporate would like for their customers to be treated. read more

Now Chik Fil A is definitely one of my favorties spots to eat for lunch and this particular location sets a great impression for the chain for sure! It is located in a very very busy area near corporate offices, the galleria, the cumberland mall, various hotels and other shopping. The staff at this location is very prepared for the crowd, there are 3 drive thru's, 1 walk up window, outdoor seating, catering, call in orders and when i pulled up to one of the drive thrus, one of the managers greeted me, took my order called it in on a walk talkie and gave me my total from memory. By the time I got to the speaker, she was asking if I needed anything else because she already had my order and asked me to pull to the next window to pay. I was impressed! read more

I never thought I would say no more to Chick-fil-A, at least no more at the location near Cobb Galleria at Akers Mill Square Shopping Center. I've called four times to complain about the food quality, leaving my cell phone number for a manager twice, no answer once, and placed on hold for a manager once. It's been almost a week and still no return call. Now, it's a matter of principle. I've ate at CFA for 46 years (hundreds of times). Yes even the one in Hapeville, GA as a teen. Last week I ordered a sandwich at the drive-thru. It was dry, overcooked, stringy, and inedible. This was the second time, same problem, same location. I'm done! When the manager doesn't take the time to return a call or take the call when it's forwarded to them, CFA has a problem. I live in your neighborhood CFA Akers Mill Square. I'm really disappointed in this location's Chick-Fil-A particularly with their service. It's 7:35am on a raining Friday morning and I decide to grab some Chick-Fil-A to surprise my co-worker on her last day. I decide to go to the third drive-thru out of the three that they have and wait to take my order. Everything went downhill from there. I waited 15 minutes for the entire process: wait, order, wait, wait, pay, wait, and then receive my order. I head to work afterwards and since I was early, I was able to find a close parking spot to my work entrance. I head upstairs to my cube and look over my order to find out....THAT MY ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT. At this point...I'm shocked that Chick-Fil-A messed up my order since they NEVER do and then I become angry. I drove back to the Chick-Fil-A, parked at Chipotle's parking and walk up to the walk-up order window deciding whether or not I should let my anger present itself or not. After waiting for a few minutes, I calmly tell the employee that I was at the drive-thru earlier and had to come back since they messed up my order. My order was missing a chicken biscuit. The employee took my bag of food and returned it after a few minutes with the correct order and said, "I'm sorry". When I got back to work, it was already 8:20am, making me late for work and making me miss other tasks that I had to do that morning. Overall, I am disappointed about the service that I have received today at Chick-Fil-A. Hopefully this doesn't happen often in the future as I do prefer Chick-Fil-A over other fast food restaurants. read more
