this CFA is the worst one I have ever been to it's so DIRTY on the inside and the wait times are the longest ever. I've been to many locations and this one is by far the worst one. Horrible service from the cooking staff. The checkout lady was nice, but the fry person got angry i sent my fries back as i had asked for crispy. I overheard her exclaim "those were well.done." no they were not. The replacement fries were inedible. Burnt to a crisp. I walked out. Will not return to this place. read more

Had the most wonderful service, I came and ordered a Cobb salad and asked for no corn, and when they brought me my food it had corn in the salad I told them that I asked for no corn so they had me keep the Cobb salad with the corn and bagged it and brought me a fresh new Cobb salad with no corn! read more

Had a good meal from Chick Fil A Auburn this past Friday! The drive thru is certainly a bit different than others I have been to, but the service and friendliness was easily up to par with Chick Fil A standards. The order delivery was quick and easy and the all important criss cut fries were fresh and hot....even though I came through at an odd time in the middle of the afternoon. The attendant at the window was personable and on point and I'd have to say the visit was excellent. Will be back again soon. read more

Chick fil a is my favorite place to bring my family. The play place is clean and secure, and there are delicious healthy kids meals. It is also a great place for someone that is gluten free, since an surprising number of things are going friendly! I usually either order the grilled chicken sandwich with a gf bun (packaged separate so there is no cross contamination) or a salad with grilled chicken. Their fries are also gluten free, as well as most of the sauces! read more

I roll into the drive through and order a simple meal. After ordering, I had the opportunity to watch clouds pass, ponder my distant youth, and contemplate existence itself. Why did I do this? Oh, because I had to wait in the drive through line for a good 20+ minutes. No cars ahead of me. Yum! I got the spicy chicken deluxe meal and a side of chicken nuggets and it was so delicious! The chicken was cooked to crispy perfection as well as the waffle fries. The young gentleman at the window was friendly and helpful with tips on how to order with the best value for future trips back. The honey mustard sauce was very flavorful but the BBQ sauce seemed a tad sweet to me, I like mine more smokey. I can't believe I'm writing this about a name we've trusted for several years, maybe it's just this branch? My son ate here yesterday, chicken nuggets, and several hours later came down with food poisoning. We are 100% certain it was from the food here as he didn't eat anything else in between the time he began to feel ill. I've lived in three states- Colorado, California, and where Chick-fil-A was founded, Georgia. I've been to my fair share of Chick-fil-A's and this one stands out from the rest for being absolutely awful. Starting with the drive-thru line, it takes at least 10 minutes to get your food even with a couple cars in front of you, while the CFA's I know crank out 15-20 cars in that same time frame. Inside, the service us just as slow and the employees just seem to be there and not really care about what their actual job is. But I can't pin it on them, it starts with management, specifically the operator. I interviewed for a job here as well, and surprise, in typical fashion they wouldnt even get back to me and even when they did they'd string me along saying they'd get back to me. I eventually talked to the operator and she lied TO MY FACE telling me that they currently were not hiring, which was a complete lie since you don't interview someone if you're not hiring, not to mention there are signs all around the interior saying they ARE hiring. Abysmal management always sets the tone for a workplace and that's why this Chick-fil-A is so bad at even the basics, they barely even say "my pleasure." This place is the exact opposite of every standard Chick-fil-A sets, if corporate found out about this place they would have a field day with that operator. read more
