It's really just alright to me ?... Is this blasphemy? I tried their spicy chicken sandwich and thought it was good but was rather plain because there were no vegetables or anything and the chicken was entirely too breaded. I did appreciate that the chicken had a good kick to it. Sometimes I'm skeptical that something that's labeled spicy isn't spicy enough for me. I felt the heat with this sandwich though. What I do like about this place is their drive-thru & location in a popular & convenient shopping plaza. I tried the lemonade milkshake and thought it was fantastic. You can get one with lower calories that I'm guessing is made with sugar free lemonade. They basically mix their famous lemonade with soft serve ice cream. Chickfila is literally so delicious! I come here about three times a week, and this location has yet to disappoint me. I have even tried a mobile order, and I ordered it while my brother was standing in line and I got my food really quick! I love Chick-Fil-A so much. read more

Yes, that's five stars for Chick-Fil-A. This is the flagship store in the metro area. They were really on top of their game here for a fast food chicken joint. There were enough counter people to handle the lunch rush. They politely asked me my name after taking my order. They politely called my name when my order was up. About the time I was done eating a nice young man came over and offered to dispose of my tray and get me a drink refill for the road. When was the last time THAT happened in a fast food place? On the price for value continuum, Chick-Fil-A does a decent job. Note to management/owners: Nice job! Keep up the good work. Clean! Clean! Clean! Excellent, excellent service! Courteous employees, all nicely dressed, no jeans! Excellent service! Typical menu of this chain, large parking lot. Relaxing inside. Polite employees. We were amazed! Thank you to the management of this Chick-Fill-A, great job! Keep it up. With that being said, the interior is large and clean, with different types of table at which to sit and enjoy your food: high tops, regular tables, and booths. The restaurant is clean, very clean. I enjoyed the fun art work on the walls, and the interior colors were cheerful and comfortable. Some places are loud with the color choices, this is subdued and nice. Plenty of seating, as well as an enclosed (small) children's area, which was nice to see. I thought it was an added touch, that there door handle on the children's area, had a handle at adult range, and one lower, for the child to open and close the door themselves. Clever idea! Plenty of parking, and it's free. The menu is the typical menu for this chain, so you should be able to find something to enjoy. A good place for a quick bite to eat, when you need a break from shopping at the nearby stores. Enjoy! read more

I love chick fil a. I have been eating at this location since it opened. It has been one of my favorite places for a few years now. The food is always great, and my family used to go up there and hang out in the summer afternoons. The food is not the problem I have here. The staff has turned over and now seems to just not care. Tonight is the 3rd visit in a row they our order was missing items, and condiments. We did curb side. I went in to get it corrected and had to flag someone down as everyone was busy, but never looked up or made eye contact. Once I did get someone's attention (the same guy that took out my order) told him we had no straws and were missing a drink and sauces, he pointed out the straws were by the door, and shrugged his shoulders and turned around. He did get my drink, but I had no idea if he was getting it as he said nothing. Tonight was worse than most, which prompted this review, but I feel like it is just getting worse and worse.... sad since I live so close. I guess I'll be heading to the Alameda location if we want chick-fil-a. read more

Here's my secret: I stop here on my way home from work about once a week for a medium lemonade and an order of waffle fries. I'm a newish vegetarian and I MISS the nuggets. When they had the spicy ones, holy cow, I loved those even more. Anyway, I digress, Chick-Fil-A has the BEST lemonade I've ever had. It's extra tart and always refreshing. The waffle fries are so lovely and crispy and they probably only last me a couple of miles on my journey home. I love how they always say "my pleasure" after every thank you. It makes me feel appreciated (yes, I know they all say it, but apparently I'm quite the consumer when it comes to this little phrase). The spicy chicken sandwich was good. when i say good i mean good for a fast food chicken sandwich.. if it had been from an actual restaurant it would have been not up to par. the waffle fries were not cooked long enough so they were a soggy potato waffle stack. no offense but if your looking for waffle fries from a fast food joint go to carls jr not this place. the food wasn't BAD... but it was just average fast food in my opinion. I am honestly in love with the Chick Fil A sandwich. I've tried the original sandwich, the spicy sandwich, and the nuggets and they all are delicious! It's the best fast food place ever. The chicken always comes out moist and unlike all the other fast food joints, Chick Fil A's food comes out so hot that you see steam coming out of it! The fries are always fresh and amazing! I found it! The holy grail of Denver Chik-Fil-A! After a soggy experience downtown, I felt like the real search for a southern safe-haven was on. It was a short search, as there aren't really any other free-standing sweet tea and chicken shacks around. The service here was (almost sadly, considering we were at a fast-food restaurant where these sweet people WEREN'T working for our tip.) the best we've had since we've arrived in Denver. The whole place was absurdly clean, especially considering the insane weather outside and everyone's salt-covered shoes. The bathroom floor and toilets were probably clean enough to eat off of. So, southern comrades (and all Chick-Fil-A lovers for that matter), go here for the ability to feel like, if even for 30 minutes, you're back at home and in the presence of true southern hospitality. Okay, okay... 5 stars for a fast food joint-- I know. Last night my boyfriend and I stopped by this location around 9:30 (closes at 10), an there were about 4 other customers in there, too. They told us the chicken sandwiches will take about 5 minutes, which is no biggie. My boyfriend and I were chit-chatting our heads off while waiting for our food, and one of the employees apologized to us for the wait-- Which again, we did not mind (it was probably a 10 minute wait); Since my bf and I work in retail, we understand how it's like and it wasn't a big deal at all. Our food finally came out, we ate inside, and the employee who talked to us before went around to everyone's table asking if everything was alright. He even came to our table and offered to refill my drink :) Not sure if they do that often, but NO FAST FOOD JOINT HAS EVER DONE THIS FOR ME! I wish we caught his name, but he was really sweet and NONE of the employees were rushing the customers to leave, as it was past 10pm. After we were done eating, the same employee offered to give us a sample of a spicy chicken wrap. Not sure if he gave us it because of the "wait" that we didn't mind, maybe he over-heard my bf and i bitching about our day at work, or maybe they gave it out before it went bad. Who knows? Either way, thank you, sweet employee. You made my night and impressed me with customer service that was above and beyond. I live only 4 minutes from this chick-fil-a so it's been my go-to for breakfast and lunch these past few weeks. Today I went through the drive through and there were definitely more than 8 cars in front of me. A lady took my order, someone else brought out my lemonade, someone else took my payment, and someone else brought my food. In total I was helped out by 4 friendly chick-fil-a employees and waited for less than 5 minutes. So all in all, I love this location the food is great and the service is better I will definitely continue coming. read more

Chick-Fil-A, the original makers of the chicken sandwich and waffle fries. They do not - let me repeat DO NOT use hydrogenated fats and oils when frying the country styled fillet and fries. It has a taste like no other, the sandwich and fries are piping hot with a simple pickle on a fresh bun. I can feel satisfied without feeling weighed down after eating there. One day, my girl friend and I were hungry, so we stopped at Chick-fil-A to grab a bite to eat. The people there were real nice, and friendly, and the sweet tea was great. I have had good chicken and sweet tea before, but the people at Chick-fil-A really know how to make it right. The sweet tea tasted just like how mom used to make, and the chicken sandwitches were filling, and the people were kind, and seemed to love working there. The young lady at the register(I think her name was Gabby) was wonderful. I will give them another shot and see how it goes. Original Post: I was treated horribly. We called and asked for a manager and he told us his name was John. He said he would re make our two chicken sandwich combos and apologized for them being soggy and cold and he also apologized for the homeless man who stood at the window begging for change. We attempted to get our orders remade as promised today and the young girl at the counter was incredibly rude. She told my husband that no one worked there by the name of John. She was condescending and it was a humiliating experience. She proceeded to say..."So...there's no free food. Do you need anything else?" We just left because she obviously did not want to help us and instead treated us like bums. We eat here often. After this experience, we probably won't anymore. One time, I left my wallet here accidentally with over $1000 cash and totally expected for it to be stolen. Thankfully an employee found it and returned it to me. I even offered the kid a $20 reward for returning it to me but he kindly refused the money. That's why I give this place 5 stars. I go to this Chick-Fil-A at least once per week and it's about time I write a review. We all know the food here is NEVER mediocre and consistently delicious. Major kudos to management because most fast food joints' food taste only half as good as their products look in commercial. The staff is phenomenal and treat every customer with respect; Customer relations at the point of sale ate above and beyond good. They always seem properly staffed and the staff is willing to help you out no matter what. If you like chicken visit this store as it is a very good establishment! read more
