My husband and I decided to pick up some milkshakes from Chick-fil-A. We ordered two Cookies and Cream Milkshakes and one Frosted Lemonade. The service was good. We drove up to the drive thru and were greeted by a friendly person who happily placed our order and took our name and payment. We then drove up to the pickup window. Upon driving up we were once again greeted by a friendly person that asked us for our name. He told us that our order wasn't ready and asked us to move up slightly. We did that and waited a few minutes. He eventually brought us our order and we were off. Overall the ordering and the pickup process in the drive thru was quick and easy. Getting our Milkshakes and Frosted Lemonade was a positive experience and my family enjoyed their cold sweet treats. read more

We are visiting the area for a few days & we stopped to grab a quick bite. The food was great. As always. No difference from anywhere else. The difference is the service. One: they have table service. Yup, my lazy bum doesn't even have to stand in line. They even brought us a couple of cookies compliments of the kitchen team. Like seriously. So nice. Every single person was smiling, happy and enjoying their job. Not phony happy...real happy. I appreciate everyone here and their efforts to make our experience a good one. Chick-fil-A is always one of my favorites... Unfortunately this location is very difficult to get in and out of because the line is always wrapping around the corner and blocking the entrance. I guess you just have to make sure you missed the lunch rush. The line does move really fast and the staff is always very helpful and friendly with all of your orders. It is usually about a 10-minute wait but I guess that's about as good as you can get at any Chick-fil-A. They do have two lines to help push things along. My kids love the chicken strips and who can't go wrong with their sauces :-) read more

Forever will love chick fil a! This location sometimes forgets to add food or it's not the best. Otherwise 80% of the time, it's delicious and we get everything. Staff depends on the day, but we've never encountered someone rude. Inside is nice and clean, lots of seating. They have outdoor seating as well. Drive thru lacks in speed sometimes even with the mobile express, the kids like to chat and joke a lot at the window. Food is always hot though. read more

Being a regular customer of Chick-fil-A I was quite disappointed in the attitude of the person who took her order. Grace was pushy and aggressive, she did not say hello she actually started off the interaction with "yeah what can I get for you." Her whole attitude was that we were just a bothersome thing she had to do during her day. Well, she kind of ruined our day with her our day with her bad attitude. Let me start by saying this is partially my fault to continue to go to this location to get dinner for my family due to after work events and because it's a little more convenient then the location on mopac & 290. My mistake to continue to support a location that seems to have a systemic issue with providing a full complete order to their consumers. We usually perform a 100% review of our entire order before driving away as we have yet to receive a full order and have to get out of the car with the receipt in hand to let them know what we were shorted. Today we sent one of our family members to pick up the order for us and to no surprise it was missing one of our family members meals. We do understand that we're a larger family and to always complete an order for 5 is not always easy however, how does this happen every time?? This was the final straw for me. At this time I have no plans on returning back to this location and I strongly recommend anyone that does plan on going to this location to double or triple check your entire order. I hope at some point their management team will look into the true root cause leading to issue and implement some corrective/preventative actions to address this as you should not have to verify orders that I believe you paid relatively higher $$ just to receive incomplete orders. Take a moment to read some of the other 1-Star reviews. A lot of the same comments. Really big issue that needs to be resolved. It makes me question the entire franchise label. read more

I went Saturday late in the afternoon. I normally use the drive-thru. Today I went inside the restaurant. It wasn't busy; there only a handful of customers and there were plenty of employees. I had trouble finding a clean table. The host for the dining area was busy visiting each empty, dirty table, carefully placing a square towelette and mint on each one. After he was done went back to his station. I watched for 20 minutes. Not a single table or seat was cleaned with anything. Is it's now my job to clean my own table? The tables, seats, floors were gross. Someone's going to get sick. I'm not eating here anymore. read more

This used to be the only place we would come to for fast food and we used to come pretty frequently. However, we started getting a lot of incorrect orders and often wouldn't notice until we got home and would have to drive all the way back. Management wasn't super nice about it. It would be things like the food in the bag not being what we ordered, things we paid for missing and not in the bag, regular buns when we asked for gluten free and the receipt showed "gluten free." Mistakes happen, they're only human, it just became more and more of a regular occurrence. The young adults who take the orders do a good job and are very nice and we love that they often support literary by having books in the happy meals and such. Sadly, we finally stopped coming because for whatever reason, after our last three visits, we all felt sick to our stomachs after eating the food, so we finally said it was time to stop coming. We are here on a Monday at 115pm and this place is a mess. Tables not cleaned floors not swept. Slow counter people making a long wait. We bought the the 12 piece meal and the food was good and hot. With such sadness going on in the world today (COVID), we seem to rush out and get what we need and come back home into our safe surroundings. This AM we had to run out on an errand and in our return decided to drive thru Chick-fil-A for a couple of breakfast biscuits to take home. Much to our surprise after the cordial individual taking our order and then reaching the pick-up window ready to pay, we were informed, "this one is on us!" I must have looked silly to Sierra when I replied a double take "excuse me". With a smile, she repeated herself. What a surprise. A welcome one. Regarding catering. Order was 30 minutes late from scheduled pickup time. Lack of communication to me in the store about the status of my order. Upon arrival with food, discovered I didn't get half of my order and got someone else's DoorDash order included in my scheduled catering delivery. Food was also cold. This location is unfortunately not up to par with the rest of the stores. Everyone was running around busy, frustrated, and not communicating effectively to one another. Won't order here again. Opening Day! This brand new Chick-Fil-A is in the new Belterra shopping area. It was already busy around 7 this morning. The staff was ready though and very friendly. I was through the drive thru in minutes, even though there were several cars in front of me. The food was fantastic and there didn't seem to be any opening day hiccups. Literally the worst chick fil a set up I've ever been to in my life!!! The entire parking lot is the drive through!!!! We had no clue how to get into the building. I had to ask the drive through associate how to get in. Once we finally navigated ourselves into the building..we seriously had to figure out how to just sit down! A sign said wait to seat yourself but two managers were having a shift meeting right in front of us and weren't seating us so then we had to walk to the counter and ask how we order or sit down. They said we cannot order at the counter, but could seat ourselves. We sat for a good 5 minutes before anyone took our order. I am so tired of having issues with this Chickfila. Wrong or missing items from my order. Dry, old Mac n cheese and nuggets. Dried out chicken sandwiches and they always shortchange us with fries. I just waited in line for 10 min then told to move over to the drive through parking and wait another 15 min for my small mobile express order. This Chick-fil-A needs corporate to come in and help them get organized. Wait times are horrible, orders are usually incorrect and the "express lane" is not helpful at all. I've been here about twenty times thus far. Always a good experience! The management here is very active and present, sending out coupons and benefits regularly. There have been a couple of times when I've had (minor) issues with my order, and they have always made it right with a smile. This is a really bad chick fil a. It is very inaccessible if you want to walk in to sit inside. It's very hard to figure out where to go. Lol. A handful of the employees are really nice. Cold chicken wrap is great, spicy delux is super. Super fast, very friendly, and they've never gotten my order wrong, not even once. Main reason I'm just now leaving a review is that I just got the best service there from a young lady named Amanda. She was so nice, so personable, and everything I imagine Chick-fil-A looks for in an employee. Just wanted to give a shout-out because this girl deserves a raise!
