Hands down worst chick fil a I've ever been to. It feels like a replica of the real one. First of all, the service is slow, the guy from the window kept asking for the name on the order and what we had in it and still got it wrong. My husband went inside for a refill and the staff was rude and said "I'll do it this time but next time I won't" Like I don't understand, chick fil a restaurants in California where it's the strictest with Covid restrictions are back to normal but this one just chooses to be special and take advantage of the covid restrictions to make excuses for bad service, closed dine ins and no refills. As I have read the reviews and I am perplexed. This location has been outstanding with every visit and the drive through has been Exceptional. I've been at this location at various times and NEVER had a single bad experience! Will keep coming back. Glad they are in the area. Chick-Fil-A is just one those franchises that runs an exceptional business at an affordable cost. just arrived home from chick fil a after getting our order taken by a young girl talking way too fast to where we didn't understand what she was saying. got all of our salads and fries but we only had 2 salad dressings out of the 3 we ordered. my salad also looked like someone grabbed a handful of lettuce and shoved it into the packaging. still yummy, but do better. read more

Drove 12 miles 1 way, $25 in gas to get 3 nuggets the size of a dime the other 2 were fried breading bits, this was an 8 count, waited 20 min in express line. Food quality is terrible at this location. Seems very disorganized. Came hungry, left hungry. Basically gave a donation. $$ read more

Given it's covid, we, consumers, need to take a step back once in a while and applaud the efforts for those who make the new norm feel not so new, but maybe, convenient. I feel that Chick-fil-A in Belterra shopping area, has done just that with the ordering process for curbside pick up. In fact, it may be the entire country of all Chick-fil-A's. these guys NAILED it. The app is super easy and super friendly. A few clicks, with a check on curbside pick up, find a spot, report your # and BOOM, you are there no more than 5 mins or less and BAM, your order delivered promptly. WELL DONE GANG. Covid has challenged us all. And while many are still trying to sort it out, you all took covid and creating convenience to a new level. Their fried chicken and fries are greasy/soggy (can't figure it out) at this location! Just ugh and not getting better, really love they are so close but..... This chick fi la is a huge disappointment. The leadership and training is lacking. There has been too many times to count when my orders have been incorrect and the staff doesn't apologize. What they did do is passively make excuses which tells me the training is awful. The Lakeway CFA is run right with mature employees, gracious, and understanding of the CFA way. OMG, I have never had a bad trip to Chick-Fil-A before this morning! This evening the kids were going by again and wondered if I wanted anything. I thought about this morning and decided this location was much better and sure I was willing to compare the two. This place was worse! I hate pickles, throw up in my mouth, hate pickles. They ordered me a deluxe chicken sandwich without the pickles. I got a cold (so cold the cheese didn't melt) deluxe chicken sandwich with the pickles so obviously taken off since the bottom bun and lettuce was soaked in pickle juice. Talk about ruining a perfectly good sandwich and evening. I don't write yelp reviews, but today's two experiences in two locations, leaves me not wanting to go back anytime soon, to either those two or any other locations. read more

Let me start by saying, I'm a CFA fan. However, this location has been a miserable experience. I have visited here multiple times and have yet to have a great normal chick-fil-experience. For example, yesterday I returned my fries because they were soggy and no where near crispy. The comment from the manager lead me to believe that this was how they serve their fries. Another example was I tried to tell the person taking my order that there was a mistake and they was significantly under charging me. The reply was I'll just "red flag" the order and it'll be ok. I received the correct order and even tried once again to show them their error. I was told I was wrong. Hey, I tried and I'll take free food. The main discrepancy was the salads where we wanted the chicken on the side. They rang up a base salad and gifted us the chicken. The design of the place is not conducive for eating in. And getting into the indoor sitting area is an extremely unsafe venture. I would never bring small children to this chick fil a. Last example, when the chicken breast is dwarfed by the bun, there's your sign. read more

This Chick-fil-A ultimately gets me what I order most of the time. But they are the least friendly of Chick-fil-As I have ever visited. I was served today at curbside which there was no signage to get to so I actually sat in the drive-through lane and then pulled around to curbside. Time and time again, this Chick-fil-A gets our order wrong. An item is missing, the wrong item included, no sauce. It's one thing if it happens once in a while but over the last six months, it's happened EVERY TIME we go. This location lacks proper training or follow through on the training. This is literally the best place on earth. This new location is the cleanest most efficient I have ever been to. We got food and before we sat down we had our food delivered to us. 3 times we were checked on and given complementary ice cream. They even came and threw out our trays. 4 now holy cow. The chicken sandwich is consistently good, and I eat here at least once a week. The Delux version, however, is not worth the extra price. Their cobb salad has become my new favorite lighter meal. Their mac 'n' cheese is nothing special and overpriced. Personnel is always polite and helpful. Tables are mostly clean, but around 6 pm their garbage cans are often literally overflowing. Changes to focus on drive-thru are adversely affecting those who wish to eat inside. There is little parking available. Some spaces are reserved for call-in pickup. Others are often blocked by traffic cones so two lines of vehicles can pick up their drive-thru orders. So to eat inside you have to walk across the drive-thru traffic to get in. Chick-fil-A sandwiches and fries are better when fresh, and this drive-thru focus is adversely affecting food quality as well. I would give the food 4 & 1/2 stars, but the business now only deserves 2 & 1/2. read more

I have given them multiple chance, they get my order wrong or leave something out every time, the owner and staff are extremely rude and the service is so slow. Most indoor CFA's are open on the inside as well but not this location. I would rather travel the 9 extra miles to the next CFA then visit this location. read more

We typically go to Chick Fil-A about every month or two, but this time I was shocked at the slow customer service (we ate inside around lunch time). Perhaps they were understaffed that day? We waited for one couple in front of us for about 5+ minutes (as they ordered) as other staff walked past (several times) and looked right at us. The girl that was working the register was SUPER nice and trying her best / working her fastest but I think she was new. The other staff walked past several times (I think they were working drive thru). Anyway, hardly anyone INSIDE eating but just a few people. So, after we ordered (finally) and got our food and sat down, I noticed that there was another couple ordering (that were behind us in line originally) and then one more couple showed up behind them fairly quickly and THEN another worker girl opened a register to take their order (less than a minute of them waiting), so they didnt have to wait? WHAT? we waited for at least 5 minutes not saying a word or complaining but I noticed this new development as we were eating (sitting close by). This small hiccup left me mystified, but perhaps we will go back to our regular Chick Fil-A in south austin next to wal mart...or just go back to Wendy's off Slaughter. Wendy's are generally a bit faster and their food is cheaper. For the $14 dollars we spent (just my wife and I), I can easily feed all 4 of us (and desserts) for $14 at Wendy's read more

I've always loved chick-fil-a and this location has been great in the past, however, lately I feel like the ball is being dropped some. The last 3 times we have gone a menu item had been wrong. Spicy chicken patties stuck in a regular chicken sandwich and grilled nuggets when regular were ordered. I understand the occasional slip up, or if you deviate from the normal menu and make your order complex. But we are ordered normal menu items! I am a hug fan of chick fil a but I will never return to the one close to dripping springs. The only reason I would give it one star is because there were no cars in front of me so I did not have to wait. Gee I wonder why? First of all the young lady that took my order did not tell me it was going to be .65 cents extra. I ordered the egg white grill but wanted the whole egg not the egg whites when I told them at the window if I had known it was extra I would not have changed my order then the young lady ROLLED her eyes! Wow! who does that at a cfa where you expect the best service of any restaurant out there?! She needs a different job! I'm so disappointed and my sandwich turned out to be the egg white with extra egg whites so that's messed up too. They didn't charge me for it so that's good. But I noticed they tore my receipt off the package which had my survey code on it. Isn't that odd. I would love for the manager of this store to contact me if he reads this. Chick-Fil-A is my absolute favorite chain fast food restaurant, but the CFA in Belterra has missed the mark on several occasions. I'm sad to write this review, but this location is suffering from greed. For the second time in as many orders, we have been shorted nuggets on two of our orders and those that were "counted" included some tiny bits - not even remotely the same as a usual size nugget. For the price they charge for the nugget packs, we at least should get what we paid for. This is strike 2 for me. I hope they can turn it around because the name will only take you so far. read more

Service is neutral, most employees are friendly but some are a bit incompetent. Food isn't always fresh and I've had a few soggy fries and chicken from here. I'm not sure why they decided that their drive thru design was a good idea but it's really a safety hazard just getting into the building because you have to walk through a line of cars.
