I eat here quite often for lunch and my coworkers always ask how I order and that it looks so tasty! It's really pretty easy, so here you go: 12 pc. classic nugget with a side salad w/avocado lime ranch dressing. That's it! lol Note: Their side salad is a pretty good size and has cherry tomatoes, cheese and a good mix of greens! Either cut up your yummy nuggets into smaller pieces or throw them in there whole and you have a delicious chicken salad! The avocado lime ranch dressing is so good and doesn't overpower the salad or the nuggets at all. It's hard to go wrong here with chicken as good as theirs. The chicken salad sandwich and the original with cheese are both great as well. My fave sauce is Polynesian, hands down! Word to the wise: Lunch time at this location is extremely busy! Seating becomes limited very quickly and the lines can get super long. If you have the opportunity to leave for lunch a little before noon, do so! The lunch time rush can get crazy. This is my worst experience here. I placed a mobile order then went to counter and paid for it. Server said they will call my name when ready. Waited over 15 minutes and saw people who came after me get their orders. So politely asked why I haven't received my order, and if it's going to take another 10 mins to just give me a refund. Instead of saying I'll get it for you or check on it, they just took my receipt and gave me a refund. When I asked what happened to my order, lady just said "I don't know and I don't even see the order"? WTH...not even an apology. Just a refund! When I called later to speak with a manager, Fidel said sorry for ruining your day. ‍ That's it...at least you should try to get me my order. I mean it was only 2 kids meals. I come here often with my friends and sometimes with my family & always reveive great service! However yesterday this was not the case! I got a super cold Chicken Deluxe and when I was going to take a second bite I noticed a strand of hair inside the burger... I told one of the workers but all they did was just give me a new burger which by this time my friend was almost done eating because it took them about 10 minutes and I was too grossed out to eat it! Just wish they could have done much more than just replace my burger! read more

There was no spots left for curbside pickup. I asked an employee what to do and was told to wait nearby with my flashers on. I waited for 15 minutes until a curbside pickup spot opened, so I moved to that spot. RUDE staff member (probably a manager) called me saying they weren't able to find me. I mentioned I moved to a curbside spot and specified the number. He said I was suppose to write down the number on the app when I arrived. What? Must be a slow brained idiot since HE is the one that called me to say they couldn't find me implying he KNEW I didn't have a spot to begin with. I said I moved to this spot because it was more near the store and thought would be easier for employees to find me, and that I still had my flashers on despite moving to a proper curbside spot. He didn't bother apologizing for his pathetic attempt at lecturing me on how to do a curbside pickup and just said someone will be out with my food. This is when I realized he is not worth trying to reason or be nice with. The guy giving me my food was not friendly either. He was either the same self-absorbed idiot or was informed by said person that I was a "difficult" customer. Never coming back here again. Serving customers is clearly NOT "your pleasure." First time having Chick-fil-A. Got the chicken sandwich and some chicken strips because I thought the sandwich was not going to fill me up. Good luck trying to get in the drive thru for lunch. They send an employee out to direct traffic and they only allow traffic to enter the drive thru from on direction even though traffic used to flow in from both entry points and people used to just yield back and forth. I won't go back as it's a complete mess trying to get in for lunch. Corporate should send someone out and find a better way to handle this. read more

This isn't based on their food, it's on their customer service. During rush hour I made my order....waited about 15 minutes. Told the store manager , she went to go "check"...waited again for 10 mins...nothing happen.. got up and left and when I told them to cancel the order ( if they were ever gonna make it anyways) a different manager offered to give me someone else's food..I declined and left. I never ate here and wasn't even planning to. I went with my friend through the drive-thru and I scanned the menu. I was craving for chicken salad at the time and I saw the chicken salad sandwich on their menu. And out of curiosity I asked my friend to order it for me. When I first saw the packaging, my first impression was like "Oooh fancy..." It came in a plastic container with its freshness guarantee label and the sandwich was already cut in half. I thought it was gonna be yummy. I was not impress with the taste. I took a bite and hoped it will get better. It did not. I forced myself to eat it because my friend bought it for me and it was about 5 bucks for the sandwich. So I ate the first half and put the rest in the fridge (later threw away). I don't know if I'll ever try this place again. I might give it another chance. Maybe I'll try one of their more popular item. read more

I usually have good food and excellent service when I come here. Today, service was excellent but the food. . . there were so many grounds in my coffee I probably could have brewed another pot. The last time I remember being at a chick fil a was in Mobile, Alabama in 2003. Interesting coz it was the first time I saw a inter racial [white and black] gay couple kissing right in front of me. Take that california. :-) anyway on to the food, I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich and it is delicious. I have been to this location about six times the last couple of weeks and the location is clean, service is quick and the employees there are super friendly. [props to Katie who works at the counter btw, you are awesome] getting refills is kinda wierd coz you have to go back to the counter and get your drinks refilled. anyways that does not bother me coz I dont order soda . soda is unhealthy,mmkay. I have also tried the chicken salad sandwich. The only chick-fil-a in Bakersfield so you know the level of busy here is ridiculous, but the employees handle the large crowds well. Today we had our dinner at the Bakersfield Ca location one Of the employees noticed my son did not have a fork for his salad and went and got him one with out us asking!!! Then he noticed we had only BBQ sauce for our nuggets and he asked us if we had tried the zesty sauce we said no he went and got a few for us as well and enjoyed it more than the BBQ . I love this place regardless of their religious beliefs or whatever. They have the best chicken sandwich, the chicken is moist and tender not like anywhere else where they sell chicken sandwiches. Also I love how ALL the employees are always so friendly not like all the other fast food places, you ask for sauce and they give you a lot and you don't have to pay 25 cents. I eat at this Chick-fil-A at least once a week, I've never had any problem with the food, they've never messed up my order and my sandwich always tastes delicious. I couldn't give it a 5 because of the service; I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but sometimes the 'how may I serve you' antics are over done. Some servers seem genuine, others can't play it off; my only other issue is that sometimes the service is slow, we'll literally wait in the drive thru for ten minutes and be the only customers in line. Overall this is the only Chick-fil-A I've eaten at so I have no others to compare it to, this is definitely the best fast food chicken joint in town though, much tastier than KFC or Popeyes.
