Was craving some Habit on Saturday so decided to get some for dinner. Went to drive through and after getting home I noticed that the fries and tempura green beans were like really burnt and looked bad. After tasting some couldn't even eat it because all I tasted was burnt old oil flavor. The burger and the sandwich were alright I am not sure what happened but this location food quality was a lot better and now it's just eh, don't really wanna go back to that one. Went here with my grandson around 1:30 on a Monday, it was dead. I used the drive thru. There was no one in front of or behind me, or inside for that matter. The employee was very nice however, my order of a drink, fries and a salad took over five minutes! They gave us the drink right away and then disappeared. We waited and waited. No one, including the manager opened the window to tell me WHY it was taking so long. It wasn't until a car pulled up behind me that they eventually brought the food out. The fries felt hot so i assumed that was the reason for the delay. When i opened the fries up - to my dismay there were only 3 new hot ones and the rest were old cold and brown! One would think making us wait that long It would warrant an entirely new order of hot fries with a few extra on top but No - just garbage. Shame on the employees for serving that crap. read more

Guys, your menu is so freaking difficult! If there's a promotion you get emailed to you. It's difficult to activate. I get so frustrated with your menu that I don't even order. Ordered online for pickup at least 30 minutes in advance for a 12:10pm pickup. I got an automated text saying that my food was being prepared at 12:02. I came into the store to pick it up at 12:09 and waited patiently. Mind you the inside was not busy, probably had 3 people eating who already had their food. The drive thru was also not busy, saw maybe 2 cars roll by. But I shouldn't have to wait long since my order has been in the queue 30 mins ago. It's now 12:19pm and I finally got my food. I normally LOVE Habit and have been going here for YEARS, but after today I am absolutely done. I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and some fries with ranch. I was in the middle of dipping one of my fries into the ranch when I found a dead bug in my ranch container. I don't even know what kind of bug it was and honestly I don't even want to know. The worst! Habit Burger I've ever been too. They don't listen and cut you off while ordering, I asked for cheese they forgot it. Service is horrible. They constantly cut you off when ordering and don't listen. Today when ordering a sandwich with specific ciabatta bread they failed to say that it ran out and just made it with sourdough. On top of that they forgot to include the fries ordered. When you give a customer crappy service, you should encourage them to return with a gift card or some type of voucher so that you can replace their bad experience with a better one. Unfortunately, habit has not taught customer service to its employees. I waited over 25 minutes in the drive-through to get a burger. They were closed by the time I left and about halfway home I realized that they did not give me the right order so I had to go back and luckily the lady came over the intercom to tell me that they were closed and I explained that I needed someone to replace my meal. They did replace my burger however I had to wait for two more people to leave the drive-through... so I just spent a total of 40 minutes in the drive-through at habit on Callaway for one measly burger. And the cashier knew I had to wait for a long period both times. Going to McDonald's would've been more efficient unfortunately. I gave them two stars because the food wasn't completely terrible, although rather salty and the cashier was not rude. She did seem very distracted. read more

We have always gone to the Habit and it has been good most of the time. Last night was bad. We ordered inside to go and then waited, and waited. I saw a bag sitting by itself for a while. Our remote never buzzed. I got up and looked and it was our order. The cashier came over and wondered if our order. I said yes but no one told us. It was cold by then. When we got home of course they didn't put the ranch in. We go here all the time, because their food is good. They recently redid the whole inside and wrapping and everything. They did not redo their service though. The only way they get our order right now is if we order on the screens when you walk in. We explicitly say NO CHEESE AND NOTHING, JUST MEAT AND BUN Every.Single.Time they get it wrong every. single. time. They dont listen at all. To start out, I really enjoy Habit's burgers, sides, and shakes. The quality of the food is good. The biggest complaint I have is, they always mess up our special orders. Every single time we have been here to order for our family, they have messed up something. We pay extra for avocado and/or bacon on our burgers. However, when we open our food at home, theirs no avocado and/or bacon. I still enjoy the taste but don't enjoy wasting my money each time I come here. It's upsetting that they can't just make sure the order is correct. It already takes an extremely long time to get our food and I am ok with that because that quality is great. Take care of your Customers Habit and make sure their food is correctly made with the ingredients they ordered and paid extra for. I ordered a brunch burger and asked them to add avocado. i ordered the kids chicken bites with ranch, fries, and sprite. it was so good. bettter than you can imagine. the bits were sooo savory and scrumptious. also they have the GOOD ranch, pizza ranch. it was perfection. skyler ordered the kids grilled cheese with sweet potato fries and she thoroughly enjoyed it, left no crumbs. the service/food was quick and easy. the lady taking our order was so sweet and energetic. there was a cat in the drive thru line so there was a pretty good ambiance meow. read more

This was my second time ever at The Habit Burger Grill and first time was like 6 years ago in a different city. Tried their Ahi Tuna sandwich, grilled cheese and parmesan fries. fries were definitely not what we expected. Regular fries with a side of garlic sauce to pour at home which cant be same as the actual garlic fries.Ahi Tuna sandwich was kinda disappointing too and i only tried that because i dont see that on the menus anywhere else so wanted to try. Freshness was an issue and its a bigger issue when it comes to seafood (read my review's first line again )...Might not try them again for another 6 years lol read more
