Really polite staff but mornings are very rough for them. No opening staff so food isn't ready until 15 min after opening . Almost always forgetting to remove the cone from the drive thru. Get it together if I have to be ready for my job you guys should be better prepared at opening. No reason why someone should wait 15 min for scrambled eggs. read more

Our drive thru experience was unusually well below par. The girl taking our order was rude and more concerned with her looks than taking our order. We started to order and she was blocking the menu, so we kindly asked her to move a little to the side to see the menu options. Her response was to walk away down the drive thru line mid order and mid sentence. Keep in mind no one was behind us. Then as we caught up to her new location, she rudely handed us a small menu, she had the entire time, and asked if we were finally ready! Then to top it off she completely ruined our order (I think on purpose- how does Dr Pepper sound like coke, and combo number 2 sound like sandwich only). Didn't say good bye or even read us our order back. No "my pleasure" or nothing. Sad they hired a girl who was more worried about her melting make up, than proper customer service. The window manager had to fix our order she screwed up. She obviously didn't want to be there that day, it was hot, we get it, but seriously...It doesn't cost a penny to be nice and actually listen. I only gave it 3 stars because the manager fixed our order and apologized. Drive thru order girl, you get zero stars. read more

I love taking my boys here. It's very family/toddler friendly; the high chairs are great and they have sticky disposable place mats for the kids and hand sanitizing wipes(it's the little things ). They have great service all of the time and the food is great, it's nice that they always have someone going around offering to do refills and clear your table. They have a really neat app that allows you to online order and build points to earn free food. I love taking my kids here because they enjoy the food and they like to play in the jungle gym. As much as I love this place, the reason I only gave them 4 stars is because they keep the place way way way too cold, like I feel like I need a jacket even though it's over 100* outside and also because the jungle gym is obviously and clearly states that it's for toddlers/children 3 and under and I really wish they would enforce that a little better because the play area is really small and I don't like seeing my poor 2 year olds getting trampled over by these overly hyper 8 year olds. Every time we go(and that's about once a week) I see older kids in there that shouldn't be and they're always playing tag or hide and seek, being way too loud and too rough that sometimes my boys don't even want to play. I hate that because there's so much that older kids can do in town and not a whole lot for the littles, let them have the jungle gym. read more

I like to come through here when traveling between NorCal and LA. They are always great here, great service, everyone is smiling. Today we had our food by the time we sat down even though it was busy, and the food was extremely fresh. Also, the owner/operator was present and brought us our food himself. Always a good sign! Our family loves cfa! Our Three year old would eat there every day. Occasionally the childrens play area is not as well supervised (by parents) as it should be, but overall the play area is a big winner too. I love their attention to detail (their condiments are the best in fast food), their food, their consistency, and the way the girls at the register say, "My pleasure," when you say, "Thank you." I have stopped here several times in the past year however, the last time I did, I think the chicken sat out too long and made me sick. I love their waffle fries and usually like the chicken sandwich and the salads but i haven't gone back after my last visit. This place is pretty great... I really enjoy their breakfast offerings... The Spicy Chicken Biscuit is AWESOME... They also serve a Chicken, egg and cheese bagel that is OFF THE HOOK... I also like their Spicy chicken sandwiches... Employees are ALWAYS nice and friendly and VERY eager to please... Only draw back (if you can call it one) is the fact that they are closed every Sunday... I say that because 90% of the time I'm only near that restaurant on Sunday... I'm so impressed by the excellent customer service at this restaurant. My teenager stopped by here recently and ordered some food after school. He had skipped lunch that day due to tests so he was hungry and ready to eat. When he went to use his debit card, the transaction got declined. Impossible. He had them try his card again and again it got declined. Not having cash on him that day, he tried calling the bank to clear the transaction. Apparently, the bank had an issue with another merchant so a replacement card had been sent out. How terrible and inconvenient! To my son's surprise, the employees here were then so gracious to let him have his food at no charge. They must have been very sympathetic to his situation. Wow, really impressed. Not often you see this kind of amazing customer service, especially in fast food! read more

We have been loyal customers to the store in Bakersfield since it's opening with visits at least once a week. During this time everything has been satisfactory.. however, during todays visit we had cold fries, then started to eat the nuggets and they were cold also. They replaced the fries when I noticed the nuggets were cold they questioned how long we had the food, and refused to replace the unused nuggets for fresh food. I din't eat the remaining food and will not eat in this store again. Your manager should have treated this problem better. When I ask to speak to the manager she just blew me off. The problem was not with the customer it was with the cold food and the manager. read more

I went last week through the drive through and hated the service. Adrain (I believe this was his name) was practically yelling out the window my order before I could pull in. I know your busy but don't rush a costumer. I didn't appreciate that at all. To top it off my food was cold, I ate in the parking lot and debated on going in to complain then I realized I could do that on yelp. I won't be going back. This is absolutely the best Chick Fil A I have been in in terms of customer service. Yes, every Chick Fil A has good chicken and clean restaurant, but rarely have You have this level of customer service at a drive thru , fast food restaurant. I came in in a busy lunch time with my family , and we have two small children under 6 years old. They have two staffs in the eating area refilling drinks and clean up the table after each customers and were very friendly to our messy children. Not only the ordering was fast but when I went back to order more nuggets, he remembered my name. This service is better than some of the restaurant we have been in , needless the say this is suppose to be a fast food restaurant. Amazing!! The owner Troy that I got to know at the restaurant is absolutely a great guy and easy to approach , I felt like I made a friend eating a meal.
