Went here a couple of months ago with my mom and stepdad. I had a combination of a gift card and cash that I wanted to use. I did not want to use my debit card AT ALL. When we got to the window and the drive thru person told us the total, I asked Can we take something off? She didn't answer my question, but instead said "It's ONLY a dollar something extra." She REFUSED to take off even ONE drink, and my stepdad was about to pay it so I finally gave in. A dollar and some change may not be a lot to people who make $7.25 an hr but when your job just ended and you're trying not to use funds from your main bank account..yeah. In my opinion, this is the worst ChicfilA in a city that has not only so many other locations, but other similar(and perhaps better) restaurants to choose from. We will NOT be back!! read more

Always clean, always great service, food is always fresh. Chick-fil-a is the creme de la creme of fast food. They bring your food to your table, refill your drinks for you and always great you with a smile. One of the few places with a playground for kids, which is nice on days it's hot/cold/raining. read more

Quality is the first word that comes to my mind when I think about this Chick-Fil-A. I am a regular customer at this location and every time I have eaten here I have been pleased with my service. The staff is super friendly and very eager to make sure you are happy with your meal. The interior of this location is very clean and all of the condiments are stocked at all times. This location is ideal to for families that have kids due to the large playground that is located inside. If dine in is not your thing the drive thru is very efficient as well. This Chick-Fil-A has two lanes in the drive thru which makes things go by a lot quicker. lastly I would like to point out is that their food is always delicious. A big reason I enjoy this location so much is because they are consistent. I really enjoy the fact that I know exactly what I am getting and how it will taste each time I visit here. This location here is the worst in Baton Rouge. Every single time I come to this location they seem to overlook my order. Today was the last straw!!! I will never visit this location again. Today (3-3-2015) I went inside just to order a lemonade. It took literally 10 minutes to get my drink. Everyone who ordered a meal seem to get priority. I paid just like everyone else. Why does it take 10 minutes to dispense a damn lemonade. This is not first time this issue has happened at this location. My job is less than 5 minutes away. I decided to get all my co workers food that morning before our store opened for business. I ordered maybe 5 meh item combos. It took them 30 minutes for 5 biscuits. Thing is they look confused on my order like it was written in a complex mathematical equation. I am all about customer service, but this location never seems to get it. I work in customer service and if I performed liked this at my job. I would be fired no questions. I wish yelp had 0 stars. read more

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants! Especially this location! The service is always PHENOMENAL! The employees who work there are super friendly and helpful. They treat you as if you're best friends. Upon arriving to the restaurant, I ordered through the chick-fill-A app. I never used this app before. A friend of mine told me to download this app to receive a free entree and if you know me something about the word free motivates me lol. So I ordered 8 piece nugget, an order of fries and a sweet tea. My food was cooked to perfection. I made it to the restaurant and I was greeted by a young woman who was very pleasant. She checked me in and promoted me to pull forward and I could pick my food up at the window. The whole process took about 7 minutes! I will be using the app more often! On Monday my daughter and I decided to pick up chicken nuggets for her girls. She started ordering from the app when her 3 year old said she needed to potty. My daughter brought her inside but was told she could not use the restroom. We have been able to use the restroom at McDonalds, Wendy's and Burger King. Usually Chick Fil A is very customer friendly but this time you were not. I will not be returning to Chick Fil A nor will my daughter. I will be passing on my experience at your store. read more

I am so upset. I got in the breakfast line at 10:25 BUT didn't get to the order screen until 10:32. They told me they stopped serving breakfast. You mean to tell me there is not ONE chicken biscuit left TWO minutes after breakfast closes. Now I'm waiting in line just to get out onto the road. I am genuinely upset. My only problem with Chick-fil-A is that they aren't open on Sundays! My order is ALWAYS right, food is fresh & service that rivals Raising Cane's in my opinion. Super-Ticked!!!! I bring my sons to Chick-fil-A EVERY Monday because it is right around the corner from where my 17 year old has a standing appointment. We ordered the #3 w/lemonade...it was just shy of $9. We don't get ketchup for the fries but my son likes both Honey Roasted BBQ and Polynesian Sauce. They only put one of each sauce in. When I asked for more, the polite young lady said she COULDN'T give us anymore. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She went to the back and after a minute came back with the manager. He was a little disheveled and wearing eye glasses without lenses (why even?!). He said the franchise owner said they are not allowed to give anymore than that. In fact, giving 2 sauces instead of 1 was too many. I wanted 3 more of each. The only way I could get it was for him to ring up an 8 oz. cup and pay $2.20. I paid it and got the sauce but I hope that $2.20 they charged to a loyal customer was worth the loss because I will not darken their money-grubbing doorstep again! read more

Stopped here with my family today during our crazy cross country road trip. The first thing I noticed upon entering was being greeted by Beth immediately. What a great big smile she had! I was a bit indecisive about my order & Beth was as nice and patient as could be! She gave answers & requested opinions. I ended up buying more than I would've if she didn't. It was so refreshing to receive such great customer service! (Which is rare at fast food restaurants). The store itself was clean. (We actually had first stopped at a McDonalds down the street & around the corner which was so filthy, I wouldn't feed my dog out of there). It was meant to be to find Beth & her awesome personality & great customer service! And once we hit the road again, my family was totally satisfied with the delicious Chick-fil-a food we purchased. I suggest you go to another location.This location has given me old nuggets for the last time. I could tell the nuggets had been sitting under the light for who knows how long because they were chewy, dry, and barely warm. I asked my husband to let me make sure my order was fresh before pulling away from the drive thru, since I had 2 previous bad experiences. After asking the cashier at the window for fresh nuggets since my order was old again, he yelled out to the kitchen asking how long for fresh nuggets. They yelled back, replying there were no nuggets coming up. The cashier looked at me, said he was sorry, and told me to have a nice day. Not the standard of Chick fil A quality I have become accustomed to. You can save your money and go to McDonald's for this kind of food and service! read more

I am a regular here, as I work right down the street. There is always a long line but moves at a good pace. The staff is always wonderful and helpful. First time here and it was delicious. Just enough spicy flavor on the sandwich for my taste buds. I would have given it a 5 start BUT gave them a 3 because while I was eating, an employee was having her lunch at a table, she ate, had her drink, cleaned her hands with the napkins and was texting. Once she finished eating, she went to refill her drink without properly cleaning her cup and after all of this, she did NOT go to the bathroom to wash her hands; very unhygenic. Did not wash her hands and began working again with dirty hands. Not sure if I want to come back after seeing that. If I would not have seen it, it would have been better. read more
