I go to this location 2-3 times a week and most of the workers know me which I like a lot. Some of the managers know me by name. They always are very fast with your order by the time you swipe your card to pay for your food it is in front of you at the counter, always use the app because you can earn free food and frequently the owner of the franchise will send you free treats. I had placed an order at a different Chick-fil-A location on Saturday for a large cookie and brownie platter to be picked up Monday morning at 7am so that my son could celebrate his birthday with his class. When I showed up to that location, they informed me they were out of chocolate chip cookies. I don't know how you can be out of cookies at 7am, but I was mostly annoyed that no one bothered to call and tell me before I drove over there. Frustrated I left, and desperate, I called the Chick-fil-A in Benbrook. Caleb was awesome and said he could have a tray ready for me in 15 minutes. The Benbrook location always delivers the best customer service. I only wish that I had ordered with them to begin with, but by the time I submitted my order online Saturday, a 7am pickup option for Monday morning was not available, hence why I used the other location. This is by far the best Chick-fil-A location in the DFW area. Honestly, it's the best Chick-fil-A location I've ever been to. They are SO QUICK!!! The food is always good, and the staff is very nice. The people are always nice for the most part. I just don't understand how I order the exact same meal every morning at least 3 or 4 times out of the week, and somehow they always find a different way to forget something in my order. I live across the street and my fiancé works overnights, so usually I'll get us breakfast in the morning after picking her up and before I go to work. But almost every single time I have to turn around and come back to get either straws for our drinks or the rest of someone's missing meal. Usually I'll just get annoyed and just deal with it and turn around but this morning it was too cold and I'm just tired of having to go up there twice every morning. I'll just have to make breakfast in the mornings now or go to whataburger if I don't have time because it happens entirely way too often. I don't know if it's lack of training or paying attention, but it's affecting my morning and I just can't keep dealing with this every week. Kyle is the only one who gets my order right every time. I'm going to publicly admit that I love Chick-fil-A, especially their breakfasts. I hate to admit to loving fast food, but this place is awesome. Just about every location is awesome, but I stop by the one in Benbrook on my way to work every once-in-a-while to grab breakfast. I'm not a morning person, but they are always so friendly and cheerful and add a little smile to my morning as I make that dreaded drive down 377 to work every day. The children's play area makes this a perfect location for a cheap way to get out without hiring a babysitter. I've always loved the quickness of the drive thru here. I went yesterday, and I decided to go through the drive thru. I ordered and then I paid with the guy standing in the line. When I got to the window they asked me to pay again and I stated I had already paid. The girl quickly responded in a sassy demeanor "nooo- you didn't." They got the order wrong, which I can live with, but when I get home five minutes later, I find my chicken sandwich to be undercooked and still cold in the center.
