The menu is small which is probably why they are so good at what they do. The chicken is brined (in pickle juice) and breaded in house. No frozen tenders here fellow yelpers! You choose your spice level and your tender or slider (a rather large slider in my opinion) is made to order. Not alot of breading either which i prefer. I tried a medium tender and hot slider. The medium had a nice bite but I will stick with hot in the future. The sandwich bun was delightful....soft and flavorful and all the while staying in 1 piece even with the sauce and pickles on the sandwich. I went with cheese fries and shared Mac & cheese with my date. Both delicious. All sides - except pickles - are made in house.
