I typically drive to the Wheaton location. The food is always hot, fresh and perfect. The ice dream always tastes good. At this location, eh. Not pleased the several times I have visited in a pinch. The most recent time, tenders weren't crispy and hot, waffle fries were hard and cold and flavorless. I won't be returning to this location. I'd rather take the 15 minute drive to another location knowing I won't be disappointed and my order will be consistent. read more

First time ever at a Chic Fil A. Cant complain..very clean, manager was walking around cleaning, everyone stayed busy. Food was made really quick, they brought us our tray while we were still getting condiments. Food was good fresh tasting, nuggets were awesome. Really enjoyed them. Waffle fries were also really really good. Friendly staff. Overall I would definitely come back. I didn't go in to eat i went through the drive thru. All i ordered was a chicken sandwich, THAT WAS IT. No drink, no fries, nothing else but a sandwhich..i waited in line forever and then continued to wait at the window some more. This was the slowest drive thru ever! I wasted 15 minutes waiting, it wasnt even really busy. When i finally did get my sandwich it was good, i dont think ill be back at this location anytime soon. Hopefully with time they figure out how to make a sandwich faster. read more

I am a Chick Fil A food fan, and the food here is consistent with every other Chick Fil A that I've been to. My only complaint about this location in particular is the service. I'd like to preface this by saying they are almost always friendly. In the mornings, however, there have been times where I've had to wait 5 minutes for a sandwich. The last time this occurred the employees were too busy replacing headset batteries instead of at least telling me that it was going to be a few minutes. I literally felt like I was a burden because I'd come there for breakfast. I was given my bag with no acknowledgement that I had been sitting there for that long staring in the window like a creep, waiting for my food. I was late for work that day - not that that is their fault, but nonetheless it contributed. Another time I slipped and fell in the parking lot on some black ice and informed them of said ice - I left there with a huge catering order and kind of thought that maybe considering my bleeding knee that they would have offered help back to the car. Nope. And other times with catering orders (we order often) same thing - there is just me and a huge amount of stuff to bring to my car and no offer of help. So - yeah, this is kind of a "meh" location for me. I enjoy Chick Fil A because of the food and the quality of the service so hopefully it improves as it ages a little. You can probably see in my reviews that I'm a fan of consistency, so take this review knowing that as well. read more

Chick-fil-A pulls through once again! Best customer service in the industry. Austin knocked his whole cup of water over and three employees came rushing to help within seconds. They provided towels to dry his pants off and proceeded to mop up the mess for him. Before finishing, they asked if he could use a refill! This is the reason I love this place. read more

Normally I really like Chic fil A, and we were excited to have one open near us, but this new location is very poorly managed! They ran out of items on their menu by 6pm on a Saturday, didn't post any signs, and we get stuck in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, as there is no way to pull out of line once you're in, and didn't even order because they were out of what we wanted. Used the Drive Thru yesterday. Wonderful young man, Chris, was at the window to hand my wife the order. He checked the contents to ensure everything was there and discovered we were missing a salad. I appreciate that he caught the error and said, "nothing worse than getting home and finding out you were shorted at the Drive Thru!" While we were waiting for the salad to be made, he initiated conversation with my wife and couldn't have been more professional and courteous. Quite a different experience for a fast food joint! And of course, nobody's fast food salads compare to Chick's! read more

Believe it or not ,this was my first visit to the infamous chicken restaurant. Well honestly after hearing friends rave about it for the last year or so I had to try it. Well where do I start, it was one of the worst chicken wraps I ever tasted .The chicken was dry and flavorless when you could find a piece ,in the tasteless cardboard flavor tortilla. It was beyond bad.My boyfriend ordered a chicken club which was equally as tasteless . I have had better chicken at Wendy's .Not to mention it cost about $20 for us to eat food worse than they have on McDonald's $1.00 menu. I so wanted to like it here, it was truly disappointing. Don't waste your money.I don't know how everyone else gave it such good reviews unless it's on the atmosphere , it is a very chic looking fast food place and I can be positive about that read more

Good job to the management and crew although it was newly opened in our area we went here twice 1st was dine inn and 2nd was drive thru coz they are full packed with customers on our 2nd visit the guy taking order was very polite and respectful on answering and taking our orders and we felt very welcome honestly give this guy a raise he was so friendly not the annoying type but u can see he really cares about his job and the people he interacts with and i saw he was doing it from his heart. I normally don't eat fast food but I have a weakness for chick-fil-a. Their spicy chicken is the best, always nice and crunchy, never greasy, with a very nice kick. Their waffle fries are good, too. I also feel their customer service goes above and beyond, exceptionally courteous and quick to serve. This is true of any of their establishments I've been to. People rating this location bad must be from competing businesses. I've been to this location many times since it's opened. It is by far my favorite suburban location. The food is always fresh. The employees are friendly. I love the interior. The long bench seating is comfortable. Employees are always available if you need a refill. The drive through can be crazy busy but it's to be expected during the lunch hour. I had one mistake in the drive through where they charged my debit card for someone else's order. The money was returned in a few days. Not a big deal. This happened when the location had only been open for less than two weeks. My favorite part of CFA other than the always fresh food is the service. The employees are always friendly. It reminds me of my hometown down south. I love that CFA does not put condiments on their sandwiches. I can do that myself, thanks. Their Polynesian sauce is delicious if you love super sweet sauce. I usually get the original chicken combo meal. The waffle fries are the best. The spicy chicken is delicious too. It's not that it's spicy. It has different seasoning than the regular sandwich. For dessert, the cookie is phenomenal. I don't know what they put in it. It's just so good. The ice dream is pretty. It's like a soft serve ice cream. Try the child size or split a small. Seriously. The small is huge. The lemonade is great if you're a lemonade fan. I prefer the iced tea. The salads are great too. Don't even get me started on the breakfast. Their biscuits are the best. First of all the food is great I just wanted to write a review on the customer service. The manager or owner of this place (at least that's who I think he is) was so nice and provided among the best customer service I have ever experienced. He engaged in friendly conversation and when I went up to get napkins he told me to sit down as he got them. He also offered us a refill on our drinks on the way out. I've never seen such awesome customer service at a fast food place and I will definitely be coming back not just for the food!!! The girls at the cash register were also really nice. read more

When I was going through the drive thru I was making my order and it was a female. As I was making my order she was laughing in the background. Not sure if it was because of my voice or because my order I also heard her joking around with a co worker and said a swear word that I shouldn't repeat. But I know they were laughing directly to me. When I came in to the next window for my food it was the same lady who took my order, same voice and everything. I got my order and I asked for her name. She rudely asked why? I asked again and she replied Emily. When I got that information I payed for my meal and drove off. I usually go to this chik-fila quite often and now I'm really upset with the way the employees act. I thought chick-fila had better service and more polite employees but I guess I was wrong. I'll just take my business else where. read more
