Discovered this delightful little gem randomly when my wife looked through the weekly ad packets that get delivered and she normally tosses out. Not gonna lie, Australians have meat pies as a common food, and I'm not sure why the hell it's not caught on more in the US. Meat+ pastry +small size = amazing. They've a nice big selection of meat pies and rolls, prices were surprisingly reasonable, and their pastries won me over quite easily. (Cinnamon rolls and scones!). I was surprised my kids liked the pies and rolls too. My son's pretty picky (ugh), but he asked for a 2nd sausage roll which was nice to see. Didn't finish it, but even liking it enough to ask for another and eat half is like Xmas come early for us. Flavors and textures are great! Just watch burning your tongue... which I did twice in our visit. Worth it though. Wanted to make sure I post up here since it's a local place opened recently and need it to stick around for a good long time. Well, first of all, our server Jenna was so sweet and nice even though she had to explain all of the Australian items to me. Yes, you read that correctly, an Australian cafe!! The owner was such a lovely woman, with a beautiful smile that would go around the world. Wait, wait wait! The best part is how dog-friendly they are! They have some fresh water and little mini Milk-Bones out for the pups. So next time, perhaps we will pack up our family of 5 (husband, wife, Bailey the dog, and Mashi and Jimin Jin the cats on harnesses) and all head here. Sadly, no vegan options, but any vegetarian or omnivore will do well here. Tip: order their hedgehog with walnuts! My husband thinks they are sublime. read more

Its in my neighborhood and if you're looking for something different and delicious, this is the place for you. I got the Vegemite sanga (sandwich). Ive tried Vegemite in the past and this is how its actually made, toasted bread with butter and Vegemite. I also got raspberry and chocolate lamingtons. I got these for my church office staff and they liked the raspberry one. Lime milkshake was surprising good! Not tart tasting and this was the suggestion of the owner. The owners are legitimately from Down Under so they know what theyre selling. Fantastic place and will try their sausage rolls next. read more

I've spent some time talking to the owners Brett and Shae and they couldn't possibly be nicer or more generous! The food is really unique and delicious. I have been back several times. I'm a sucker for the lemon slices, honey joys, and "flagship" sausage rolls (haven't tried the jalapeno and cheese or the others but I will). If you're looking for something different for a meeting or luncheon that will make everyone happy and have them still talking about it weeks later, I'd hit them up for a catering order. Prices are more than reasonable, and to be fair, everyone already knows what they're getting when you bring in the usual green boxes and cups with the same logos on them. Put some sausage rolls, lamingtons, and homemade Aussie scones down on the serving table instead and watch the reactions. They have some vegetarian and vegan options, but you should probably call and talk to them about it because I don't know all the processes and they do bake items with and without meat in the same ovens. Some folks are stricter about their diets than others, so just ask. They'll talk to you about anything, really. They're so outgoing and friendly, you always leave feeling you just hung out with your best friends. It seems like we could all use more of that and I really appreciate them. read more

Warmly welcomed into the compact storefront. Asked for order recommendations for my first visit experience. The lovely Aussie lady assisting me was extremely friendly and helpful. The sausage roll was fresh and crispy and full of flavor. My caramel dessert bar was large enough for two. The lime shake was refreshing. Really great experience. The owner was incredibly friendly, and the sausage rolls are absolutely delicious. We arrived about five minutes after closing without realizing they were closed, but the owner kindly let us in anyway and took the time to explain what was available, even after a long day and while closing up. We picked up a frozen pack of sausage rolls and are so glad we did. They're easy to prepare in the oven or microwave, very filling, and taste fantastic. Popped in to try a few items: Spider (float), blueberry scones, toffee m&m cookie, impossible roll, bacon egg bagel, and jalapeño cheddar roll. The pastry was so flaky. I should have bought their philadelphia cheesesteak roll But I didn't so I have to go back. I had them surprise me By choosing one bakery item they thought was something I would like.
