We placed a mobile order and then got into the drive thru line. It was super busy and it took a long time to get our food. The location is just off the Interstate so it was super convenient. The food was what we have come to love from Chick-fil-A. Saks and grilled nuggets were great. read more

Friday - 10/6/2023 Me and my family visited here on the way back from a long trip from Florida to Lexington. We got there maybe 30 mins to close and placed a large order. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. After waiting maybe 8-10 mins, an employee brought me 2 gift cards for free meals to be used in the future for my wait. The gift cards were specific to that restaurant so I gifted them to someone waiting on a to go order, after confirming they lived nearby. Then, a minute or two later a manager came out and said for my wait he will refund my entire order. He said it was too long to wait 15 mins for my order but I really didn't mind. We needed a break from driving and it was very generous of the manager to do this for us. When traveling South of Lexington, we will be sure to visit here again. read more

They got us through the line pretty quickly. Didn't have very many ice cream options. Ice cream was very watery and tasted bad.

It's chick fil a, what more else do you want to know. 5/5 food, 5/5 people. Lines may be long but service is always fast.

Wednesday 3/1/23 - I walked over will my husband got gas at Speedway as the drive throw line was very long. My order was taken by a lovely gal named Trinity. I ordered carryout and the food came out quickly. The restrooms were tidy and clean. The only challenge is make a left out to the main road. Know y'all know I love Chick-fil-A. Sadly this one bombed. Stopped in after dinner to get ice cream. I guess we are spoiled with our 3 lane stores. The line was long and didn't move very fast. As we pulled up we realized the food was given at the window and they didn't have any food runners. In my opinion having two lanes to order then was a waste. The ice cream was 100% not the right stuff. I don't know how you describe it. The taste was Not the same. Then after just dealing with it to have the best part the cone - another huge let down when it was stale. Unwrapped the paper off of it and tossed it out the window. Placed a online breakfast order at 10:15(breakfast stops at 10:30). Got in drive thru which was backed up tremendously. Got to awning at 10:34 and was told breakfast was over! Ummm, I placed a online order . Worker said they don't prepare until I checked in an unfortunately breakfast is now over. Let me start by saying, I really like the layout of the parking lot. There is not a ton of parking in front of the restaurant (mainly handicapped and then a couple regular spots), but it is super easy to navigate compared to the Campbell lane location. This is a new location, so there will be some growing pains. We came by the first Saturday they were open for breakfast and with only two cars in front of us, it took around 5-7 minutes. As we were leaving, I realized we were missing an order of hashbrowns, so my husband had to park and go into get those. I stopped inside for lunch today, and ordered carry out. Ordered right away, but waited about 10 minutes. Their drive through line had gone down by the time I made it back out to my car so I'm assuming they were working to get the drive through orders out as quickly as possible. Sweet tea wasn't filled up all the way, and fries were old. On a positive, the dining room is huge! Employees are very friendly. I will frequent this location over the next couple weeks to see how they improve. Overall, the growing pains and kinks that come along with having a new location should hopefully subside soon. read more

First disappointing Chick-Fil-A experience (outside of an airport) out of dozens of locations around the country. Wouldn't allow my wife to make any substitutions to her order (per policy) resulting in her not being able to eat there and then they didn't provide the correct sauce. My family are in love with their chicken minis. So one morning we place a mobile order for curbside, however we arrived as soon as breakfast was closing. The app told us that our order was canceled but we explained to the wonderful worker and he said they had a 10 piece chicken minis, we happily accepted them. They even gave is our drinks and some extra cookies for free. The service is always great and something like this never happens but the staff handled is fantastically. read more

Worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been too. I have been going to a Chick-Fil-A in many different states for many years. I have always gotten excellent service , many years ago I went to the one on Campbell Lane and after they had given me the wrong drink the young man drove all the way to my work place just to swap it and give me what I ordered. That's customer service and going over and beyond. I have dealt with corporate officers in Atlanta and know what they expect. This one here on Scottsville Rd needs some serious help from corporate. They open at 6:30am. They are never ready to go when they open and 99% of the time you are waiting for your food. Today I went there and was the 2nd car in line, they lost my order, asked for it again 3 times, when I mentioned the owner of the company was a customer they had no idea who he was but nonetheless they scrambled to get my order while cars backed up in the drive. When they finally have me the order to my surprise it was wrong. I asked for a large Tea and for a medium coke for which I can't drink. This is not the first bad experience with this location but it is the 1st on line review I have made. I am in the customer business snd do not like to complain but this store needs some serious training. Open at 6:30 simply start at 6 and be ready to hand food out at 6:30. read more
