Service: Friendly Food: A++ Environment: Busy This location is YU-MMY. I've never had to wait for my food which means it was either already prepared or they have very fast. Regardless, it's fresh and still hot. I wish they did have more seats because this location is always busy. I always end up sitting next to the children which gets annoying. The bathrooms are spotless. I don't know who trains the employees but I wish they could get leased out to other businesses and teach them how to clean and greet customers. If you're passing through 301 in Brandywine, STOP. Just stop here and get something even if you don't feel like eating. read more

I have never been so impressed with a fast food restaurant in all my life. My family is visiting from California and Ohio where there aren't Chick-Fil-A's near us. The food was great but the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL from the manager and employees. So good, I let an employee know what a great experience my family was having ( manager was busy.) It's chic-fil-A. I mean we're all familiar with the menu, the closed on sunday policy, the funny cow commercials. The basics of chic-fil-A are the same at every location. So what makes this location different? I wouldn't call this location convenient exactly, but the next closest location isn't close so I can imagine this one does well. The service here is 10.0 out of 10.0. You couldn't find a problem in service if you wanted to. They greet you, and say my pleasure virtually after every statement or question you make. The arrange your food on the tray like they're entering a contest. If they have enough staff, they even send people to your table to ask if you need a refill and take your cup, fill it, and bring it back. They are happy to provide you with condiments behind the counter and the self serve condiment area is spotless. The whole restaurant is spotless. I went a few times while I was doing some work training for a week. I saw someone changing the water for all the flowers on the table, someone wiping tables down, then someone else disinfecting them after. The bathroom.....I wish my bathroom was that clean. It even had antibacterial soap, hand sanitizer, and mouthwash including a mini cup dispenser for it. The play area for the kids clean, the exterior amazingly clean. Today was my Nephew's honor roll ceremony. so it was me and a few other family members. we went to order, sat down and came upon a worker named Michelle!!...lemme tell you her customer service was Outstanding, Remarkable commendable all the words that I can't vouch for with other chick-Fil-a encounters. She made sure the table was cleaned, made sure our drinks were good and filled as if this chick-fil-a was a 5 star restaurant. She gave us insightful information, if one of us got up and seemed to be looked for something she'd stop what she was doing to help!. I mean we all were so taken aback by this because all the other chick FIL a establishments we NEVER received this beyond excellent service!! the playground was nice, the inside was nice, the staff VERY accommodating even before we ran into Michelle.. Iiiif this chick FIL*a wasn't so far I'd attend this one on the daily. It was just that great of an experience, the entire time there I have a huge thing about customer service no matter where I am!! and have come into alot of ppl that were nasty, you can see their not want to be bothered written on their faces, no pleasant greetings just "you know why I'm here" type of vibe so this made a huge impact on me and the service I'm definitely all for Michelle being a manager or if you give customer service classes send her to snap ppl into shape because me as a paying customer your employees are reflect the Manager and the overseers of the business not just the employee working for a check!...so Thank YOU to whomever the manager is at this Store location. I love this Chick-fil-A. This is where I usually go to get my fix even though I'm closer to a couple other ones. This location is the best! I usually order through the drive thru. The staff is super friendly and my food is always delicious. This restaurant also tends to have larger pieces of chicken than the other locations. The desserts here are always great as well, especially the milkshakes. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait because the line of cars is so long but definitely worth it! read more

Everyone was so personable went through the drive thru and they took my order from a tablet and then they had two gentleman outside collecting money which made everything go much faster. Then you get to window there was someone outside the window physically handing you your food. We got the frosted lemonade drinks which we enjoy a lot. They were also very good about letting us know which one was the diet one was and regular one was since one was for a diabetic.
