This review is for the catering. I ordered catering for thirty. I was expecting a catering van with a couple of people for set up. What arrived was one person in a personal vehicle and a small pull cart. It turns out that that was all my $400.00 had bought. I had expected the delivery person to bring a second or third round of food from their vehicle...but no. The portion sizes were obscenely small. We ran out of meat and rice after 10 people were served. I had to scramble and purchase $120.00 worth of pizza so the boys would not starve. This was for some of my son's football teammates. In addition the meat, esp. the chicken was dry and tasteless, it looked as though it had been sitting around for hours. I replied to a "please share your experience" email and subsequently spoke with Danelle Greco, Dir. of sales and marketing. As with all calls of this nature, she tried to convince me I was wrong, that the service was exemplary and she regaled me with tales of the past catering success. All of which meant nothing to my experience. Eventually she asked what she could do to make things right. I asked for a partial refund, (at least cover the cost of the pizza I had to order). At this she balked and said she needed to speak with her boss, Mike Geiger. She said he would call me that day Oct. 17 2025. She also sent an email confrming the same. As of today, Oct 21 2025 I have not gotten a call or email from Mr. Gieger. read more

The Moe Meat, Moe Cheese bowl was very delicious!!! I had the regular queso on mine and my husband had the Chilli con queso on his and it was just as wonderful. That was definitely enough for me to last all day. Not alot for veggie options, however, I think simple is the way to go for some places, and Moe's is definitely one of those places. The servers are wonderful and welcoming. There's plenty of seating and the music is not loud like in some places. We spent just under $40, however that is about where our tab usually is. All in all, a wonderful place to eat and relax for a bit. read more

Obsessed might be the right word? I don't like chipotle. There, I said it. I find it bland, the service abysmal, and their prior health issues make me very leery. Moes is the complete opposite. Clean and friendly, tons of choices, great prices. We go for Moes Monday (and sometimes Moe's tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, etc) at least once a week. Their Earmuff bowl is delightful and i love choosing what goes in it. Calorie count is low if you're smart but so filling. See you next week! read more

I ordered catering from Moe's Southwest Grill in Bridgeville. The food came to us cold. The delivery driver and set up. Person was ignorant. The food warmers were not even warm the food which meant it was hot than cold and they wanted us to get it hot again, which would be unsafe food temperatures so I called to complain. They told me they would come pick up the food and refund my money so we had to order pizza. by the end of the party, nobody had returned to pick up the food so my husband and I took it to the Bridgeville store the next day I spoke to the owner, Michael Geiger, and he had suggested that I should've eaten up the food in an oven. Well, I didn't order food to have to cook it and to this day almost a month later I still have not received my refund for the food that was returned. The owner is a thief and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Love the tacos, steak and both chickens are great. I love the range if toppings. I love that all the meat isn't spicy. I can get some nice mellow tacos & add as much or as little heat as I want. The queso is great and the guacamole is fantastic. I like the rice, and a bunch of the different salsas too. This location is very clean, and the employees are very friendly & helpful. read more

Absolutely terrible, the restaurant itself is dirty and disgusting, flies everywhere. I was contemplating walking out and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but I wish I hadn't. My quesadilla (which I love loved from there for years) was thick and the chicken was cubed and chewy. I couldn't even swallow one bite. Have been to this Moe's a few times. It is the usual friendly Welcome to Moe's reception. The line usually moves relatively fast. Food is the standard Moe's. Pretty good Queso, chips, burritos. Have learned that I am not a big fan of Moe's carnitas, the seasoning seems to be a little off to me, so I order one of the other options. There is usually one person cleaning tables and helping out in the seating area, which is good so it is kept relatively clean. read more

Welcome to Moe's!!! LOL!!! This place was busy when I was here earlier in the week - busy as in a line all the way to the door!! That's good, right!?! I had to wait for about 5 minutes before I made it to the counter for my order. The first guy that started my order was surprised that I didn't want any beans - he gave me a look like I was crazy or something. (Dude, I know what I'm doing, I've eaten at Moe's before!!) I'm here often and even though they can get really busy at times, they're really good at getting the line down in an efficient manner. Their food is always good and fresh and I've never had a bad bowl here. The salsa bar is always stocked up and it's never too loud. Some places are really bad for having their music up too high and this place has it at a great level. 10/10 read more

As always went out with the gals from work and decided to go to Moes. It was my first time at this location but it was a pretty clean location even though it was pretty busy. I ordered the steak bowl,as well as their cueso and chips. The toppings were really fresh. Tasted pretty good. Definitely recommend this location. read more

Sadly, this Moe's is on a slight downward trajectory. I've been here many times over the last four years or so. To be clear, to food is still pretty good. But it's messy. Not just in the dining area, but if you LOOK at the counter where they make your food, it's a bit gross. It just needs to be cleaned. Just wipe down those cutting boards and get the yellow cheese drips out of the black beans vat, please. Next, my burritos aren't made very well. Want guacamole? Okay, you'll get a small scoop right in the center of your rito. So when you eat it, most has zero guac., but one bite is 100% guac. If I knew how to re-wrap it, I'd unwrap it and spread the stuff around, but that doesn't really work. read more

Tonight I went into this moes at 9:30. while they did close at 10 then i felt unappreciated as a costumer. The lady making my quesadilla threw down my tortilla put on little to no cheese and chicken then proceeded to let it burn. I then got little to no chips(which were stale) and queso. The lady then took my card out of my hand when paying then threw it back at me. Extremely disappointed. We used to frequently get bowls and salads from here. We understand that the price of everything has increased but we paid for extra chicken and both only got about 4 bites of chicken in each of our meals. I think our daughter got more in her kids burrito. We both finished our meals and didn't feel satisfied. We will not be coming back any time soon. :( read more

Let me just start by saying the queso.....mmmmm! One could possibly just drink it right from the cup. I also enjoy it when the staff serenades you when you walk in the door and when you leave a tip :-). I enjoy the Art Vandalay. It's full of veggies. Took a break from chipotle to see what's moes has been up to. Bad idea. Waited ten mins after our assigned pick up time through the app to get our food. If it wasn't for another guest walking Up to the counter to grab their food we would probably still be there. I get it if you're busy but why designate a pick up station and not bring the food to it. There were four big bags on the counter that should have been at the pick up station. Two drinks we ordered were warm bottles of pop, chips were extremely salty and/or flavorless. Just ate there last night, and I've gotta say, the queso dip gets me every time! There are several things I love about Moe's: 1. The kids always want to go because of the cookies 2. The queso dip has no MSG 3. The meat is hormone free, the other food is all natural 4. They always greet you when you come in 5. The price is great! We eat at all the locations around, and this one by far is the cleanest. So if you like burrito bars, and want a little more selection than at other ones (I love you, too, though!) and that queso dip is calling your name, then Moe's is a great choice. read more

Amending my previous 1 star review. My original al review was after some Terri oy bad service via the App itself. A manager if the location where this order was placed informed me that Moe's does not employ a delivery service itself but rather relies on a third-party. I decided to make the decision to pick up my order a few days later as I was intending on having some Moe's and using my rewards points. I placed an online order for pick up and while it did take a little longer than expected the staff was courteous and going above and beyond to ensure that I had my order as fast as possible. The establishment was busy as they were plenty of people in line but they still decided to focus on me and getting my food as fast as they could. While I'm upset that I can't get delivery service from this location, as it is the closest, the staff deserves recognition for their outstanding hard work and dedication to the service they provide. . read more

First of all, service has become painfully slow. Previously, employees worked fast, but this has not been the case, over the last several visits. It will take about a half hour to get through the line, even if there is only four or five people in front of you. Worse, however, is the overall filthiness of the cooking line. If you decide to go in, take a peek behind the line. Look at the filthiness of the kitchen equipment. Look at the amount of garbage on the floor. Look how nothing appears wiped. Everything has a greasy film over it. Also, look in the dining area. Lots of garbage under the tables. None of the tables are wiped. I almost did not finish my meal, because I was sickened by the smell. It smelled like dirty mop water, or spoiling produce, or something. I think this has been going on for at least a few months. Probably new management, but I conjecture. To be honest with you, I would really stay away from this restaurant until they get their act together. Slowness is forgivable, in a restaurant. You can't go wrong with Moe's. The service is always polite and prompt. The ingredients always taste fresh and for the money you do get a generous amount of fillings. In my opinion it's better than the other burrito chains in Pittsburgh. Go for the burritos stay for the salsa bar. read more

I have to say I love food, especially American-Mexican burritos, just not here. I got the Joey with organic tofu and the make your own subway style burrito build. I have to say I was highly unimpressed with the quality of the ingredients and the freshness of the veggies. I thought the entire burrito felt fake. The one plus though that allowed me to give this place 3 stars was the salsa bar! OMG... the pineapple salsa was so good, I suggest you do try that if you do end up here. Also the coke machine is one of those freestyle machines so you can mix and match and make your own fun new concoctions. Overall I will not go back, but if I am forced I'll stick to the chips and salsa. read more

The place is clean. The staff was quick and efficient. I took off one star because the chicken was dry, but even so everything taste great.

I will be giving this place 5 stars for the food and the service as everything within the restaurant's control was perfect. The food was perfect - portions were plentiful and very tasty . They had that Coke machine where you customize your drink which I also thought was neat. The problem was that a basketball team with young kids was in there having a party of some sorts. The restaurant's walls didn't help suppress the noise and it was very loud in there. But this group got to be more and more out of control, that had I been the manager, I would've told them to cut it out. McDonald's is down the road. I can safely assume that the manager would've gotten in trouble by his higher-ups had he done such a thing. I love Moe's and will come back, but I wish places would have a policy on controlling groups of kids. Plus McDonald's is right up the road. read more

Went to lunch today around 12:30 to the Bridgeville, Pa location with my mother and sister. Now it's 32 degrees outside and snowing. We order lunch and sit down and the restaurant was freezing. I was going to complain while there but there was a huge line. I went and looked at thermostat on the wall and it said 57 degrees. We ate with our coats on and I said I'll call when we leave and make a complaint. So I did and spoke with Emily the manager. This was useless conversation. Someone that is in management did not handle the situation properly at all. She proceeded to tell me the air conditioning was on and they have to keep ceiling fans on all 6 of them. So when I asked why heat was not on --dead silence. I said said you realize it's 32 degrees outside. Dead silence. Who spends money going out to lunch and freezing their butts off while eating. We did. She did not even apologize. We should get a full refund --fiasco. read more

We ordered Moe's taco bar for a birthday party this past weekend. The food arrived on time and everything was delicious. It was so convenient that everything was taken care of for us and our guests loved it! A taco bar allowed people to customize their meal to their liking and was able to accommodate the vegetarians in the crowd. It was such a fun change from the typical pizza party and not much more money either. It gave me the opportunity to visit with guests instead of being stuck in the kitchen the entire time. read more

Love the queso here! The Stack is awesome but it's huge. They take two round crunchy shells fill it with what you want and than put a soft burrito shell around it! The burritos are great as well but be careful they can get large. I also like that they have white or wheat shells for everything! They have great ingredients to choose from that are fresh! listen. in my younger and more vulnerable adolescent years, this restaurant would often reach out and cradle me with its southwestern flavored arms well into the night. hence my first star. however, and this big ever, this establishment as well it's off branches and co franchises, have brought me to my knees in the wake of the pain and suffering that they seek to cause. they have turned the chicken into some sort of meatful gelatin both flavorless and indigestible in nature. the substance is a gelatinous hellride that made my suspenders unhinge, and my bow tie do a complete 360 no comply. the second that meat substance hits my lower instance, i fall to pieces and and an immense stom pane makes my knees buckle at the toilet. the quality was so seriously low that my compadre was forced at gunpoint to watch a tear fall into my queso. my compadres grandmother also went to the hospital. that was sad. but that had nothing to do with moe's southwestern grill, and more to do with a potassium abundance. too many naners = one concerned compadre. anyways, they really need to fix that chick situation. if this continues, i'm afraid my business shall immigrate to another grill. moe, i hate it. fix it. i had to pull over because i couldn't see thru these tears.
