My wife asked to see the manager down toward the register and she kept on "chirping". I looked at her, put my finger over my mouth and said this doesn't concern you. This was when she raised her voice and said "I'll say whatever I want you can just leave! I get paid anyway." My response: "Exactly your problem" We took her advice and now the four of us walked out. People around saw this interaction and had weird looks on their face. The woman is awful and should NEVER work with customers. Entitled and pompous. There is NO WAY that this is her first interaction like this and I blame management. The place needs to elevate their standards for who they hire and the environment they expect their customers to experience. She needs to go!
