Their French fries have a dedicated fryer, meaning they are gluten free. I'm not sure about all locations, but this one does. As someone with Celiac's, there is actually a fast food restaurant I can eat at with more than just a premade salad as the only option. I asked about their frier and explained my situation. They also put an order in to change gloves before handling my food as an extra precaution. So I was able to have fries and the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun. Also my kid loves eating here and has her shoes off to go in the play area before we even order. read more

Food was great. The décor is always nice at this location. The drivethru is a mess. This is the third time I have kept it simple and they still got it wrong. I up-sized my soda and fries....soda was not full and neither were the fries. Why pay more for a half full order of fries? The lady at the outside kiosk kept calling me Joanne. No...Sarah. The people inside....also thought I was Joanne. No....Sarah. "I hope Joanne ordered what I wanted!" said with a smile. I asked for 3 cfa sauces. Got one. They forgot the two mayo for my sandwich. This location consistently messes up when I go through their drivethru.....busy or not busy times. Food taste and quality/Décor and Cleanliness five stars. I only eat fast food in an emergency or when I am on a road trip to upper Michigan, but I make an exception for this special place. The egg white chicken sandwich on an English muffin is one of my favorite breakfasts. Their standard chicken sandwich with honey mustard sauce is a great lunch. If you are a fast food person, need a cheat day, or have just never been, this is a must stop at. This is my new go-to, whether I need to grab something on the go in the drive-thru, or have time to sit and eat. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is almost always spotlessly clean (with the exception sometimes of just after a busy rush), and the food is delicious! For parents, there's an enclosed play area which works well for kids of all ages from toddler on up. Free WiFi, drink refills (on fountain drinks or teas), and a cheerful "my pleasure" are up to the normal CFA standards. Don't forget to download the app and set this as your home store to be notified of frequent events or free food! There's also a patio with a few tables with umbrellas if you'd like some fresh air with your food in warmer months. But it's the little things that set this Chick-Fil-A apart from others in the area. Things like buttermints in the condiments racks, mouthwash and newborn diapers in the bathrooms for your convenience, lots of family and kid friendly events, and several times a month (usually) with free food or drinks. The owners work right alongside the rest of the staff and you may see them taking orders or serving food, and most of the staff is marvelous and friendly. The food is always delicious and, to my mind, well worth the extra bucks from what you'd pay across the street at the McDonalds. I love coming here almost every morning for my breakfast, but this morning I found one mouse walked close to my table while I was sitting down . So I went to tell one of the workers and seemed like she did not care for what happened. She only said she would let them know. Then i waited to tell another worker and she went to look for it and told me they had called the company . So disappointed about how the big corporation manage the cleanliness and the customer service they reacted to customer. It really ruined my morning breakfast. This isn't typically my home chic fil a location but it surely is a great one! I ordered curbside pickup which was seamless and excellent customer service. Not only was everything in my order correct, the app was easy to use, it was timely the girl who brought my order literally RAN it out to my car. I don't typically see people working that hard (especially in the fast food field). It was extremely refreshing. My food was piping hot and delicious per usual! As I waited in the curbside order I also took note of how fast the drive through was moving. read more

SAD EXCUSE FOR A NIGHT CREW!!! I don't know what going on there but they had to remake my simple salad not once but twice and this isn't the first time. There have been multiple occasions when this night crew has messed up my entire order!! If it isn't my salad it's my drink, or the size of my man and cheese, or something as simple as forgetting the bacon on my club sandwich, ITS IN THE RECIPE HOW THE HELL DO YOU FORGET THE BACON!!! There are two Chic-Fil-A locations near me, and I go to this one simply because it is closer. I have come to expect very poor customer service at this location, however. I've been to numerous Chic-Fil-A restaurants and this one does not hold up the standard. Staff seems like they have never received much training, multiple times they've brought me the wrong order of food when I dine-in. Very lackadaisical people working here, and it's disappointing. This restaurant could afford to learn something from the other Brookfield location, which I believe is ran extremely well. Probably my least favorite Chic Fil A in the area. First of all, there is virtually no parking. I think the parking lot holds about 15 cars. Not a good experience after a 30 minute drive to get there. The ordering system seemed to not be able to hear me despite being quite loud. They folks kept taking car after car from the other lane and after 6 cars drove by I was angry. My daughter ordered but I was not going to hand an additional 25 dollars to be treated poorly. Had a chat with the woman taking charge card info. And she said what happened is not supposed to go on. She said the manager would be waiting at the pickup window which did not happen. I asked for a manager and that was useless. Saw about ten people standing around doing nothing. Great. My daughter lost her appetite after all the stress and lack getting things better so 16 plus dollars of food was thrown away from this rude place. Seems like this could have been fixed and recovered in the 15 minutes we were waiting but you would be incorrect if you thought anyone was trying to fix stuff. Funny deal was this place is a 30 minute ride in minus 4 degree weather. So we were expecting better results. The last time I was at this location I was charged for both my daughters and my meal. About 35 dollars. But all my food was missing. I got nothing and that was that. So my expectation of this location was pretty low. First time in this location and I'm not very impressed. I don't know its because they just opened recently but much slower than the other chic fil a in brookfield. There were still good number of staffs but they looked like they cared more about drive through than dining people. I came on Saturday and most of them looked like high school kids and they looked like they didn't care about customer services. They didn't seem very happy working there. They seem more like clock in and clock out people. Definitely need more staffs training in this one. However foods taste as good as just like any other chic fil a. Disgusting food and horrific, disrespectful staff. I visited this place and went through the drive thru a few months ago. I wanted to see for myself why people like this place. Service was quick, and I was sent on my way with a "have a blessed day". That's where the positives stopped. I found the chicken sandwich to be greasy and so salty it was inedible. I have absolutely no idea why people like this food. I also don't understand how a restaurant chain with supposedly Christian values would employ workers and managers who lack courtesy and respect for all customers. I am upalled by the recent treatment a young woman with Down Syndrome received at this store. It's shameful. Common courtesy, patience, kindness, and understanding were needed and were not shown. Definitely not Christian behavior. I was not going to post a review of my experience 2 months ago, but this incident compelled me to share my dislike. When you get up to where you order they will greet you with a smile and say hello then proceed to ask how you are. Then they will take your order and listen to everything you said and if they missed something they will ask you again for what you said and get the correct order so you have exactly what you want. When you receive your order you will get a thank you for coming and supporting the business. Chick-Fil-A workers are some of the best and nicest people you will ever meet. The food at Chick-Fil-A is amazing and there are things for everyone to order. The chicken is some of the best chicken you will ever eat. It is cooked perfectly and is never burnt or under cooked. It is soaked in the right amount of oil to fry it and make it nice and crispy. Chick-Fil-A can make chicken in any form, from nuggets to a sandwich every option is amazing. There are many different sauces like barbeque and polenisan sauce, that are amazing with any form of chicken. When take a bite your taste buds will be popping with the savory flavor of chicken and sauce. Chick-Fil-A shakes are also amazing and have the right amount of thickness that you can still drink it out of a straw. Although most things on the menu are all products with chicken, but there are some vegetarian options like a salad. I arrived at the Brookfield Chick Fil A with my friend for lunch. The line to order was LONG. It was finally our turn I placed my order and the young man behind the counter looks down at my friend filled with condemnation and judgment and says in the tone I'm unwilling to duplicate, "What about HER?" I looked at him and said she'll be placing her own order and paying for it herself. She promptly tells him what she wants he gives her the total and she pulls out a $20 bill and a $1 bill and hands him the one he makes a smirk and scoffs at her I ignore him and tell her oh no honey you need to give him the 20 she gives it to him. He then takes a handful of change raising it significantly above her hand, as if not touch her and drops it. Of course, it spilled out all over the counter. I reached over to pick up all the coins as he stood back and stared. He gave us our drink and said nothing . . . "Not my pleasure", not "Kiss my butt"... NOTHING! We said Thank You and my friend said thank you to the man who discounted her and dismissed her. I went to the car and called the manager, not surprisingly, HE too had an 'attitude' and in short order, before I even explained what had happened, he took on a VERY ugly tone and told me to "NEVER come back to 'his' restaurant" and to "NEVER call the store again!". As we all know the customer service is awesome! I've been to this location many times as it's close to work. When I ordered the minis the bread has been harder than normal and this is on more than one occasion. I also ordered the burrito once and it completely unraveled on me :(.
