Went here today for a hot breakfast after Hurricane Irma. The owners, mangers, and all the staff were giving amazing service and care for each person they came in contact. This location was also providing the meals for all the Fire Departments in the area that have been working nonstop before and after the hurricane hit here in this county. My family and I had the lemonade and chicken breakfast burrito with hashbrowns. I also ordered a hot coffee since it had been days since I enjoyed this simple pleasure. But I walked in at 10:28 with the intention of ordering my usual with the Mac n cheese as a side only for a blonde-haired manager to be condescending and demean the order taker (Cat) in front of me about how we can't place orders for Mac n cheese before 10:30. I mean heaven forbid I even place an order 2 minutes before serving time. It's not like the rest of my order wouldn't have filled that two-minute grace period easily. Cat did nothing wrong, but the manager even went on to explain one minute later that I would probably be fine to order Mac n cheese since it would probably be ready by the time my order got placed. Well okay then, so why did she make a debacle about it in the first place? It made the staff seem unprofessional, and from my point of view, it was particularly uncomfortable. This location used to be the prime example of premier customer service in fast food. Sadly, that is no longer the case. Although we ordered two large meals, we get to the window only to find out they rung it up as one large and one medium meal. Typically this would not be an issue, however this is the third time in the past few months that this has happened. When we brought this issue up to the employees at the drive-thru window they informed us that the order was rang up as a medium and gave us a very disingenuous "sorry" meanwhile offering no solutions to the issue, although we were still willing to pay for the difference in a large meal. Aside from this, the fry shortage (pic included) also needs to stop. There is no point lately in paying extra for a large fry when you get the same amount as a medium. The food was still delicious, but the massive decline in customer service has really put a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I try to avoid fast food. I really try to avoid all chains. However, in this day and age, it's becoming harder to find family owned restaurants when you are on the road. Well, in this case, I'm happy we stopped in a Chick-Fil-A. My nieces said their college friends highly recommended it, and we don't have any in the Midwest. We had the classic chicken sandwich with their famous home made waffle fries. It was surprisingly tasty. Who knew pickles and nothing else would be good on a chicken sandwich???? Awesome food with healthier options than mainstream "fast food" chains. Natural, unprocessed tasting food. Chicken breasts actually look like chicken breasts and not spliced together unrecognizable "parts." Love their wraps and the grilled chicken on wheat with ACTUAL GREEN lettuce and ripe tomatoes. This is how food used to be prepared before McDonalds took over the world. Carrot slaw was surpisingly delicious and no guilt. I also like that they are openly Christian, don't allow their employees to work on Sunday (they are closed) and offer family night discounts and specials. I paid $30 for 3 of my kids to eat on a Saturday afternoon. We get to the window where you are given your order the girl gives me two drink and one milk shake, which I find out after pulling away had no ice...both drinks no ice !!? oh and my son who ordered the milk shake could not drink it because they had given us no straws ..... so that got thrown away ( because we were on the road going somewhere, but not home) My kids LOVE Chick- fil-A and would eat it everyday if they could ! This time they refused because the 24 chicken nuggets tasted like old grease, they didn't give them but 2 sauce for 24 nuggets . We had asked for all of the above several times. I didn't think I would have to ask one more time and then check the whole order and my drinks for ice. Not to mention the young lady says to me ,"Your straws and extra sauces are in the bag!" So we moved quickly out of the line as it is always super busy there. Just to find that none of the things where in the bag and this very expensive lunch was unedible due to the old grease it was cooked in, also that my son would have to eat his milk shake with his fingers if he was wanting to eat it. I feel like they have done great things to move the lines as the volume of people they serve is greater then any other fast food joint in the area. Not a knock on Chick-fil-A as a whole, but this store has some issues. I patronize this Chick-fil-A at least 1-2x per week. I expect a high level of quality and service from Chick-fil-A. This location has made order errors the last 8 times I've been through the drive through. Not just forgetting condiments, napkins or straws. Wrong entres, missing fruit cups/fries, drinks and other items. They are very apologetic on the phone however, I'm usually not able to drive back for correction of the order. I love coming to this Chick Fil A! The food is superb and the staff is even better! Jackie is my favorite worker there and she knows my son by name and she also doesn't put up with nonsense from children being too loud. I like how she's not afraid to go tell loud children to quiet down! The only downside to here is the the location of the drive thru and the parking spots by the door. First visit to this location. Great service, there were 4 associates taking orders in person outside in the drive thru. Took less than 2 minutes from having my order taken to pickup and driving home. This location is very busy, and clean. The workers here seem to love their jobs. The REAL LEMONADE is awesome on a hot day.
