It seems obvious that the Sara Black and Deserie Yingling plus corporate are oblivious to the operation and are more concerned about making money than doing the right thing. We came here after driving around looking for somewhere to grab food on the way back from Jekyll Island. It was about 9:30 pm. Still busy but they were fast and delicious. I love Chik Fil A, I think it's a well done business with good food and great service. I went with a group of people and we did not have a lot of time but we thought we could pop in and sit down for a quick dinner. I did a online pick up order which took about 20 minutes to get to me when in the restaurant and that felt ridiculous as Chik-Fil-A is called fast food and known for their fast excellent service but what can you do I understand they were busy but I have never had that problem before at a Chik-Fil-A. I was very disappointed and one of my friend waited around 30 minutes for her frosted lemonade which we never got because we had to leave. I have not had this problem at other locations. read more

Don't come here unless you have 30-40 minutes to wait on line. Once you're in the drive thru there is no getting out you're trapped. Things have gotten slower after the remodel. If the staff could pick up the pace and more than just one person was delivering food to cars in the drive thru I think things could be better. Food is always good it's just slow. read more

This is the slowest Chic-Fil-a I've ever experienced. The drive thru took 40 minutes and the line wasn't even that long. I've seen lines at other locations that were twice as long move much faster. It's a Chick-fil-A, so the food standards are what you expect. I love their biscuits, and the usual Chick-fil-a sandwich. But I have tried to stay away from the fried food and discovered the grilled options are pretty good. I do like the grilled chicken sandwich, add their roasted honey bbq sauce and it will be tasty and filling. I like the tomato and lettuce on it also. But the surprise for me is the Grilled Market salad, with grilled chicken sliced thin, the lettuce, carrots, strawberries, blueberries & apples. Add on the roasted nut blend and granola, then dress it, it's really good. This one is delicious, tasty and pretty healthy too. I usually have a diet Lemonade with my meal. This location is busy at rush lunch hour and at night. So be prepared. The service is appropriate and I never have a problem. So I'd suggest a salad here as an option, try it. read more

I saw the 3 stars on Yelp, read the review about old, cold food and thought... I will try it anyway cause I was craving Nuggets and Fries... and I needed to feed my toddler. So, it's 8PM, both drive thru lines are backed up to the pick up window... In order a 8-count nuggets meal with fries and a 4-count kids grilled nuggets with applesauce. I opened the grilled nuggets to feed little one first. Fortunately they were luke warm so she could eat right away. Then I ate a fry, literally within 3 minutes of picking it up at the drive thru window. It was luke warm, soft and limp. I tried a nugget.. it was luke warm, and the batter was stale. It was a dark brown like it was the same oil since this morning. What's sad is the manager was at the drive thru helping get orders ready... If I wasn't so hungry and needing to feed my baby, I would have gotten out of the car and walked it into the restaurant to ask for some fresh food. I don't understand why the food was cold and old, when the lines were backed up with quick turnover of inventory. ****Just needed to update this real quick... to add insult to injury, I decided to return thru the drive thru after eating in the car to get an unsweet iced tea for the 1.5 hour long drive home. When I arrive at the window to pay the young girl, Marially, tells me I have a sweet tea waiting. I correct her that it's unsweet (I left out that she stated my order incorrectly the first time too). She gives me my tea, I pay and drive off... literally as I pull forward and take a sip, 1/4 of the tea spills out the lid onto my clothes and brand new car interior. Wow. Just what I needed. Went to the Brunswick, GA location, a nice associate asked for the drive through if it was a mobile order or wanting to place an order, I chose the second. As a result of this winding, serpentine, an associate came up, stating welcome etc. As I tried to order, she kept moving me forward during the process so I would not hold up the cars, this happened several times, as I was trying to order... frustrating. They brought my food, then I had to sit in line, unable to " escape" with my lunch behind multiple cars. Finally got out, realized I got a sweet tea instead of the coke I ordered and notated on my enclosed receipt. I love Chic fil a, the food was hot, fresh and even the team was good. However, would not go back due to the irritating order process and " can't leave" until the cars in front do. It was apparent to me as the manager kept telling the associates to " CLOSE THE GAP, KEEP THEM MOVING FORWARD", honestly, it is rude. I did hear back from a Sara at the restaurant, apologized.... that didnt make my meal any tastier sitting in your drive thru nor my sweet tea that I actually ordered a coke go down any smoother... I probably order from here once a week. Sometimes I use door dash or use the option to have Chick-fil-A delivered to me. But it seems like every time I order they forget something from both places. Whether it be sauces or fries. Or when I order a chicken sandwich I add extra pickles to it and they have taken the pickles off all together. Think all Chick-fil-A fast food stores are the same? In a perfect world maybe, but the Brunswick, Georgia Chick-fil-A is far from perfect. Without going down the list of this stores problems, I will just give you one. On my last visit, I ordered a cup of coffee and was told I would have to wait a few minutes while they make fresh coffee. After taking my seat, I witnessed two employees hold a coffee urn upside down draining what was left on the bottom of the coffee urn into a small coffee cup. A minute later the cup with its contents was delivered with my food order. Waiting for fresh coffee as promised did not happen. The coffee in my cup was very black and certainly not fresh. Even the most inexperienced coffee drinker could tell you that coffee was no good. I waited a few minutes, dumped out the lousy coffee and returned to the counter and asked for a refill. The fresh coffee not bad. You have heard one bad apple spoils the whole barrel, and the two aforementioned Chick-fil-A employees have done that. All the hype about motivated employees that really care about customer service does not apply to the Brunswick, GA Chick-fil-A. I recommend the McDonalds that is nearer to the freeway exits. read more

Out of all of the chic-fil-a restaurants that I've visited, this was by far the worst. I ordered online and still waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru before receiving my order.
