Slowest chik fil a ever! Not worth it. I came at a non busy hour too and still waited forever.

Out of all of the chic-fil-a restaurants that I've visited, this was by far the worst. I ordered online and still waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru before receiving my order. The fries were cold and hard. I had to sit in the line for another 15 minutes before receiving a new order of Luke warm fries. read more

This Chick-fil-A is extremely slow and disorganized. They do not have enough help to accommodate the volume of customers. Most Chick-fil-A's are run extremely efficiently, however this store is an exception. read more

I've gone up and down the east coast to many chick fil a's, seriously never waited so long at a chick fil a in my Life. Seems to be very poorly organized. Employees walking out with food and taking it to wrong car after wrong car, then having to go back in bc they didn't know who in the hell they should be taking it to. Wtf. read more

October 15, 2021 around 3:30pm, I visited the Chick-fil-A on Golden Isles Parkway in Brunswick Ga and this is the SLOWEST one I have EVER been to!! We waited in drive thru over 40 minutes BEFORE our order was taken. Once we receive the order...15 minutes later, the fries were COLD. They replaced the fries with lukewarm fries and the both sandwiches were cold as well to the point the cheese did not melt. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS CHIC FIL-A again!!!! I should have asked for a refund but I'm traveling and already had wasted time waiting in the line. Just TERRIBLE! It's really a ZERO star! read more

We are Chick-fil-A fans and regular customers which makes our experience at the Golden Isles restaurant even more disappointing! There were no helpers to expedite orders in a VERY long, and VERY slow drive thru car line.....the order taker made a mistake in the order and gave us salad dressing, but no side salad....and one girl was taking payment and filling orders at one window. She looked incredibly overwhelmed! The Club sandwich meals were not warm, the bacon was under-cooked, and the French fries were also not warm. The buns crumbled while we ate the sandwiches. We TOTALLY agree with the review of Amalia F. that you should absolutely AVOID this restaurant! Corporate needs to investigate the ownership and operation of this restaurant which gives Chick-fill-A a bad name! read more

Traveling with a camper and didn't realize it's outside only. They allowed me to go inside & place my order. Super fast and no issues!

The customer service at this chick fil a has been steadily declining over the past few months. Went through the drive thru last night and the guy who took our order had an attitude and then the girl Heaven at the window had and attitude and was rude as well. Had to wait for a few minutes on the chicken strips and then when we got home we noticed our spicy chicken sandwich didn't even have a top bun. Pretty disappointed. read more

Terrible location. After placing a mobile, arriving at the location and indicating on the app "I'm here" I proceeded to wait 43 minutes to then be told they had no food related to my order. Other than French fries my order could not be completed. Total time wasted an hour and ten minutes to be told there was no food to complete the order. Went there twice in the last week to get sandwiches with no pickles, and both times I get the awful pickles. Apparently it's too difficult to simply give your customers what they ask. We waited In line 30 minutes before placing our order. We were in the car right line which was the slowest. Cars that pulled in the inner lane 10 minutes after we had been in line, ordered before us. Every time I visit this location with my grand-babies the employees are on top of everything,:) mary Lynn & yvonne are so awesome! As well as all other employees When you walk in the door their smiles light up the room, it is packed in here and the wait time is less than 5 min I LOVE this location and the environment! Your drinks are never empty while dining in They walk thru the dinning room and ask if anyone needs a refill and I LOVE that! The food is amazing and the store is very clean! That's a plus! Overall great experience! They had a relatively high volume of customers and still provided a quick and efficient service. Very clean restaurant as well. The sweet tea was delicious, but my french fries and sandwich were only warm when I received them. Also, my cashier seemed very overwhelmed, but she was still kind. There is no doubt in my mind, that this is the most inefficient chick fil a in the southeast.

This was my first trip to a Chick-Fil-A. My cousins insisted I HAD to have Chick-Fil-A while I was visiting. I'm not a big, huge fan of fast food, but this was a pretty decent piece of fast food chicken. The nuggets were white-meat. The breading wasn't overwhelming. I had a kids' meal so that I could sample the fries, etc. The cool thing about the kids' meal is that you can substitute a small dish of ice cream for the toy. This is a nice option. The fries are waffle fries, which immediately makes them more fun. The biggest bummer about Chick-Fil-A is that it is apparently a Christian owned and operated chain, so that it is closed on Sundays in observation of the Sabbath. Don't they know that even on the Sabbath, people need chicken too!?!? read more

Finally met a chickfila I did not like. Wasn't sure that was possible before, but on our drive to Florida we went to this one. We went a fair ways off the highway just for chickfila because 1) everyone can usually agree on it and 2) the little people could get some energy out after sitting in the car for hours (remind me to never take two little people and two teenage boys on a road trip to Florida... actually just the two teenage boys). Anyway, back to the review. One thing you could normally count on is a consistent experience at chickfila. (WIth having visited probably over 100 all over, I consider myself an expert). Well, this one was anything but consistent or pleasant. The employees weren't their usual amazingly friendly service (sometimes I do wonder HOW they get the that way). But they also would not do any "special" requests. Now, if I a going to eat my fries - I want them fried.. as in extra crispy. So, as we always do we ordered the fries well done (seriously - try them that way.... amazing). Well, apparently this one will not do any type of special requests like that. At first we thought maybe she didn't understand, and my husband even tried to explain that there was even a button on the computer that they mark "well done". She finally just said the operator will not allow the to cook anything that way at all.... WHAT...... I was flabbergasted,... if I was going to waist (yes, pun intended) calories on the fries they NEED to be good. And the normal frying just isn't crispy (greasy) enough for me to eat them. So after a very long day thus far sitting in traffic on 95 I was traumatized by the refusal to give me my comfort food. Stopped by for breakfast while traveling north on interstate. Service was quick and very helpful in making something for our daughter with an allergy. The first freestanding Chick-fil-A in Brunswick (we previously had a mall-based location for many years), this is always a popular and often busy place to eat. And it's generally worth the wait. The staff is always on point and beyond friendly. Business is brisk, and 12-2 is typically an overpacked house. The two drive thru lanes have helped speed things up a bit there, but I always recommend using the CFA One app. You can order your food on the app, go in and it'll be ready shortly after. Easy way to skip the line and you often get free perks. read more
