Service and food tastes good. Every time I got there no their fries aren't filled up to order though.

Slow go is the mode. Ate inside today and used mobile order. Had to double check that I actually placed the order . McDonald's level service. Asked for 2 Splenda got 1. No stirrer for my coffee, sandwich wrapped haphazardly and the wrapper was torn. Food was hot and good so A for food quality, D for order accuracy, C for order delivery speed, B for restaurant cleaning. Probably last time at this store. Probably my first bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. Live in Roswell so this is not my "home" Chick-fil-A. Got a grilled chicken sandwich and a 5 count nugget. Found a hair fried in with one of my nuggets. You can see the fried bits on the hair strand. My grilled filet was awful and honestly felt fake. The outsides of the filet was fine but the center was hard and couldn't be chewed. This has really grossed me out. read more

Surprisingly, the fries were cold, but the food was very good as always. My complain is the DRIVE THRU! It was awful! This is my first CFA that had one drive thru and one mobile order line. The mobile line feeds into the drive thru ultimately, but they get to basically cut in line. A bit annoying. Also, they serve customers in the drive thru out of order, so you still have to remain in the line when you've been served. I waited 20 minute after I placed my order to get out of there. This happened yesterday at about 4:30. I feel this review may be helpful, especially since CFA prides itself on its amazingly speedy drive thru. I will use this store again, but never the drive thru. The "Mobile Thru" was an efficiency downgrade. Probably one out of fifty customers use it. Meanwhile they have cars backed up on Hamilton Mill that are trying to get to the drive thru. read more

Closed for about 6 months, expected more I guess. Facility is beautiful BUT same as before. Slow, lot of team members, little customer support. Obviously drive thru takes precedence. Kids orders were incorrect, returned to counter to replace, surprised they kept the returned items, did not offer apologies. The absolute slowest Chickfila. Slowwwwwwest. It took 27 minutes for us to receive our food today. And I did MobileThru! But from the time I scanned to the time our food was given to us -- TWENTY-SEVEN MINUTES. I thought after months of closure for renovations and the addition of MobileThru that things would be better. But no. They still have two lanes only to gridlock every car into one lane for food. They are taking full orders in the MobileThru lane. They have only one person delivering food. First time at this location but I don't care what Popeye says I am a Chick-fil-A a Holick. Just went to the drive-through on the way to the hotel but got my number one with extra pickles hot fries and a sprite and was on my way. The line moves quick as most Chick-fil-A's have dual lines now and multiple people to take orders and direct you but it was late and not too many people in line so I was able to get through quick quick and get back to my hotel. Enjoy my Chick-fil-A with extra pickles and my hot fries with pepper on it so will definitely be back when in the area. Highly recommend read more

I cant believe they completely ruined this cfa! It just reopened this morning and everything was out of control. They hired new people that had no idea what they were doing, which caused them to get my order wrong (not blaming the new workers, they were trying their best), they reduced the drive thru to only one lane due to mobile orders, and we had to pull up and wait 15 minutes for 2 milkshakes. Now i have to drive an extra 5 miles to go to the location in braselton. Not to mention earlier this year, one of the employees here was in a rush and carelessly bumped into my 53 year old father, causing him to fall and break his ankle. They're lucky he didnt sue this location. This cfa is going downhill and its so sad too see, hopefully they get back on track soon. read more

I had a question for the staff at this location about a promotion they were running, and they told me they weren't running it. I was disappointed, but I understand if the answer is no. My issue was that the reaction from the Assistant Manager and Manager was absolutely leagues apart from what I am used to from Chik Fil A. The AM looked like he didn't want to be bothered standing in the corner. When I finally got his attention he was short with me. The manager never came out to see me, but I could hear their conversation. They were so short and curt about the whole deal. I would have really appreciated any kindness or warmth. my only answers were cold 'nos'. Frankly the main staff were kinder and seemed less bothered by me than the management. I'm so disappointed to see this is how the store is running after months of being closed. read more

Squeaky-clean and predictably good chicken. What sets this location apart is the staff - wow, they must've been trained like the folks who work at Disney World. They're all helpful and friendly, without a sense of fake-robot-smile. I think it's funny that this Chick-fil-A is such a beacon for active-wear Moms meeting for playdates, but hey, the playground is clean and visible from several windows around it. Girl standing outside near the drive thru took my order and had to ask her why it came out to be more (typically doesn't cost more than 4 bucks). She repeated my order back to me, so I assumed they had gone up in price or something. As I drive off and look dowm at my receipt, I see that they charged for the pepperjack but they also charged $0.60 for "crm cheese", which I never asked for and wasnt even included in the bag or anything. My daughter, grandchildren, and I stopped at this Chick-fil-a on the way to North Carolina. The service was excellent! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They opened doors for us, asked if we needed anything, and one young stopped to clean up after my granddaughter. He spoke to her and told her she was adorable. We love Chick-fil-a anyway. I'm sure this Chic-fil-a is great under normal conditions, but today in the "drizzle" they closed the mobile ordering pick up and therefore I had to make the loop through the drive thru that was already very busy, which literally took 15 mins AFTER my order was placed and 10 mins AFTER I received the notification that my order was ready. This is the Chic-Fil-A that DoorDash insists on using when we order delivery. They rarely get a takeout/delivery order right. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a side salad. When it arrived, it was just a side salad. So I called the store and spoke with a manager. I was told that they would make me the sandwich (for which I had already paid) but I would have to come to the store to get it. (I had paid for delivery also, remember.) So now I've paid for a sandwich I don't have, and I have a useless promise from a manager to give me my sandwich if I'll come pick it up. I'm recovering from open heart surgery. I can't drive. That's why I'm paying for delivery in the first place. So now i won't order delivery from Chic-Fil-A any more, because DoorDash doesn't let me choose the specific store. (There are two Chic-Fil-A stores closer than the one that never gets a delivery right.) read more

I usually stop by this location to grab a coffee on the way home from working third shift. Never noticed that the lobby on online order was closed as I always go through the drive thru. Well today I rode my motorcycle. So I pull off and park to walk in, lobby closed. Ok I'll just order online, like every other location. Nope, it's turned off.
