This fast food establishment is rather busy. However the service is very friendly and rather efficient. Every person we interacted with was smiling and looked happy to be there. The food was fine, I got chicken strips and they were rather small. My lunch companion did get their sandwich and enjoyed it. We ordered the combo which adds waffle fries and a drink. The waffle fries were ok but not spectacular. All their drinks are in styrofoam cups along with the plastic straws, it caused me concern. Since this is a fairly popular place parking can be hard to find in their free lot. We were lucky to find some street parking half a block away. read more

Super annoyed at the service here lately. Not only do they always bring me the wrong salad dressing or mess up my orders but this last time really tipped me over the edge. Usually i just hold my tongue and don't say anything but . This is the only location I ever visit and I've been a loyal customer for a long time now. So i ordered food and shakes and i got it curbside pick up as i have done all year. My order had included a large vanilla shake with extra cherries and a large peppermint shake , no cherries at all . After placing my order I got the notification saying my order is ready and on the way by a team member ... 15-20 minutes go by and nobody has came out...? So i walk to the door and find the guy who is JUST NOW walking out with my items... all my shakes melted and whip cream basically under the shakes . So he says "i can redo the whip cream" Idk what that meant ... why would you redo the whip cream on a melted shake? Anyway I didn't say anything but accepted the "whip cream redo" I drove alllll the way home to learn they put ZERO cherries on the vanilla. And the peppermint had several cherries and the peppermint was actually vanilla with half chocolate or some weird mix. AND the vanilla cup had a slit on the side, leaked all over my car. So here I was, driving all the way back from my house. i called Chick-fil-A while i was on the way back And notified them that i was given the wrong shakes. The lady on the phone was nice and said i can come back to the counter and it would be ready and I can speak with a manger as well and to COME INSIDE. She asked how far I was so she can have it ready. i told her i was 5 minutes away. i got to the location and of course, NO SHAKES. The rude lady at the pick up counter had to take my order again and then told me like 3 times to go wait outside with the crowd of 20 people.... kind of weird when the girl on the phone seemed like it would be ready to go and said to come inside. The lady at the counter had a whole dang attitude and was rolling her eyes like i was making it up. I've had better service at McDonalds. So i stood outside . Waiting. No sign of any shakes. After waiting forever , I walked back inside to see where my shakes were .. some guy said he didn't see them and offered to make them so of course I had to go outside and wait AGAIN!! Finally he brought them out and quickly handed them to me and didn't have anything to say. So basically the First Lady on the phone lied and didn't make the shakes.. the second lady at the counter didn't either .. Amazing it took me an hour to get two shakes. By the time i got back home my food was cold . Chicken was cold and dry . and to my great surprise, the salad dressing was wrong too. I don't know, I've been coming here for a long time and the service used to be so so so good. Even throughout the pandemic. Not sure what happened this past couple months, seems to be new people that i don't recognize that have the biggest attitude. I've literally never had any issues at McDonald's or Burger King, Taco Bell.. etc .. and yet this is the 4th time IN A ROW that my order has been incorrect at This location . I like Chick-fil-A as a whole however this location is VERY different. This site is take out or curbside service. I had an interesting experience. I pulled up to a curbside spot, installed the app, ordered, and waited for my food. We were parked and a man pulled in close so I couldn't get out my car. The parking spaces are a little tight so that felt uncomfortable as I have children I need to get to. I prefer the drive thru so I don't know if this location is for me. read more

I looked for parking for over 15 minutes and when you're hungry it seems like an eternity. The food was ready in a timely manner (even when busy) . We ordered curbside pickup a couple of days ago. The salad and chicken sandwich combo was very tasty, but I do have one beef with CFA. Their parking lot is so crowded! In order to get a spot for curbside pickup, it is like you are waiting for The Last Supper. And waiting, and waiting and waiting. When you finally do pull in, it is only then you can give them your spot number location in order for them to deliver your food. And because it is so busy, it takes them at least 5 minutes to come out with your grub. Moral of the story - they need a bigger parking lot or other location. P.S. Make sure to order the spicy chicken sandwich because it is truly the best. I was trying to be healthy and order the salad, but was very jealous of my daughter who had ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It's only my second time trying Chick-fil-A and I'm so happy that we came here for dinner tonight. This location is big and has ample parking. Was so surprised to see the end of the line at the door but it moved really fast and we were at the counter in less than 10 minutes. There was somebody taking our order too while we were in line so it was easy breezy! We ordered chicken nuggets, the regular chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, chips, strawberry shake and cone ice cream. We tried at least 5 different sauces too! Everything tasted so great and so happy that I'm trying this again almost 3 years later! read more

I've never been to chick-fil-A before . One day when my tire was flat I decided I wanted to try them. I ordered on line through DoorDash. I liked that u can add xtra chicken strips. I ordered 3 pieces & a small cris cut fries. It got here pretty quick & was still hot. The fries weren't crispy at all. The chicken was really good. It was hot,crispy & didn't taste like oil. They offer so many different sauces so I picked out 4 different sauces & they were all in the order along with napkins. I will eat there again but just order the fries well done next time. I found out today thar NO LONGER OFFER CARRY OUT. I went a few weeks ago and they said they just weren't offering it on that day but today, an employee told me they no longer offer carry out & they've done away with the numbered spots. So NO CARRY OUT OR DRIVE THRU at Burbank CFA. YOU NOW MUST GO INSIDE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER. Hopefully, you're able to find parking there to be able to do it. I've been meaning to give Chick-fil-A a review for some time now. Thankfully, I just ordered take out from them the other day and this is what has sparked my review today. Simply put, this Chick-fil-A location is amazing. All of their employees they hire there are extremely polite, kind, helpful, and gracious to every customer from my observations. As for their food, one can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A, so that's a given, but back to their employees, which is what makes them so great! From what I see, the Chick-fil-A employees at this location are all the best. In fact, I just recently did the drive-up order and they brought the food out to me in no time. In fact, I used the app for the first time and one employee who I thought was extremely helpful and gracious and the epitome of ultimate customer service was their employee, Bailey. I didn't get his last name from his nametag, but Bailey brought the food out to my car and he was extremely professional and very polite in the process. In fact, he knew it was my first time using the app and he graciously gave me some pointers to make it smoother for the next time I order online. After I quickly looked at his name tag to get his name to make this review, I saw that he was also a trainer as well. That right there is clearly a win for Chick-fil-A and why they are the best fast-food chicken restaurant these days, especially having an employee like Bailey. Overall, I will always return Chick-fil-A, not only for their amazing food but the fantastic employees they hire. They both go hand in hand! Thank you and I hope you all stay safe out there. This location is the best! Food, drinks, etc. are always perfect and tasty. My order is 99% of the time correct and fast! (They forgot an item once but I followed up with them and they handled it very kindly!) Also If you have the app & a reward account with them they sent out so many complimentary items!.....and who doesn't love free stuff? Plus they make redeeming the rewards in the app super easy which is always a plus! Thank you Chick-fil-A! Food is definitely mediocre...I really don't know what all the hype and lines are about. Possibly, I am biased as I've had one of the very best fried chicken sandwiches many times...Hawlin' Ray's in DTLA. There is an Expediter at the counter that's suppose to check each order, but clearly she didn't do her job and neither did the employees in the kitchen. I asked for 2 Original Chicken sandwiches with extra toasted buns and 2 sides of pickles. I didn't get anything that I ordered, but instead got 2 Spicy sandwiches minus any pickles and soggy barely toasted buns. This isn't rocket science, folks.
