I have to say that I have a new appreciation for Chik Fil A since the pandemic. I did not have a ton of Chick Fil A before the pandemic just because the locations closest to me did not have a drive thru. But, a few months back, I was craving a chicken sandwich and decided on Chik Fil A. This location does not have a drive thru so I was worried about the chaos that I would face. However, on my first pick-up, I noticed that there were order and not a lot of chaos. When you come in, there are designated spots for those who pre-ordered. Totally wished I knew about this, but I didn't realize I could do this, so I trekked inside. A mask is required and there are spots noted for social distancing. All the doors were opened, so I didn't need to touch anything. I just overall appreciated some of the touches they added. I decided on the chicken sandwich and waffle fries. They asked during the order process how many sauces I needed. Then, I waited to the side and the wait was about 10-15 minutes, not too long at all. I did want some additional sauces and I definitely enjoyed how the worker grabbed it and put it in another bag for me so the sauce did not touch my food. Definitely good experience the first time. My most recent time that I went, I decided to pre-order. As a tip, you cannot order individual orders online (only catering order), you need to download their app. It was pretty easy to order. Also, they have family meal plans on their appt that I didn't see on the menu (maybe I missed it??). However, they do limit sauce per order. I drove over after my order was places and drove into a spot designated for pickup. I then typed into the app the parking spot number and in about 5-10 minutes, someone came over with my order. Since I did want more sauces, I did actually go back inside and grab a few more (the employees were super nice about giving me more sauce). All in all, each experience was painless and I would definitely come back here again. read more

Good pickles, good keto options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, protein style etc..staff is helpful. Sauces are crap and full of cheap soy bean oil filler and sugar so don't go there. And simply saying we have a sugar free lemonade option made with Splenda is not the healthiest drink, unless you like drinking chlorine. I wish they had a stevia or monk fruit option. 2020.09-24/FRI.1030; It's fast food. What did we really expect? Went with another couple who received their food and they lost ours. With all the Postmates, Uber Eats and DoorDash, they forgot our order or our order went out with one of those services (we noticed there was another Mario waiting). Either way, we noticed they had to make our order when we asked about it. It was nowhere to be found after waiting over 15 minutes. So the other couple that was with us, they had to wait while our food was being made and their food got cold. On top of that, after we received our order, we discovered that the other couple didn't even receive their fries. Sadly, it was discovered AFTER we left to eat at the park. Our mistake for not checking since they forgot our order! Since they were visiting SoCal, we didn't feel like going back to complain about the missing fries (since we'd have to find parking and drive back). We'll never be back. read more

You just can't really beat the customer service at CFA and even during the CoronaVirus madness, they still come out on top. This would've been my home location but I moved before they opened, although still in the area, this is my first stop to this location. Someone gave me a Gift Card, honestly I would never normally stop here but I thought how thoughtful someone gifted me a meal to enjoy - My first visit - I found it easy to park it gave me a fun vibe there was so much energy pulsing in and out and all around this place - I pre ordered online and apprenelty like 4 Alex G's showed up all at once so somebody hamburglured my order lol ! Literally a guy behind me his name was Alex E so I get how a mix up could happen - A manager named Ted helped me and also this guy ( he had cool bleached hair and his name started with an 'A" i remember ) THEY WERE BOTH SOOOOO NICE and SOOOOOO HELPFUL they made sure I was taken care of and my order was Re issued and EXPRESSED and they made sure I felt appreciated and welcomed. This place even with little to no line when I came in was A BUSY HIGHWAY of PEOPLE IN AND OUT and EVERYWHERE like insane amounts of order and Nice Wonderful People like Ted and "A" and ALLLL THE EMPLOYEES here Really Deserve a TON OF CREDIT for the insane amounts of orders they have to accommodate and they make it look easy and I could also tell they were a team which made me feel happy to know I ate someplace where all these people are working so hard to make sure me and everyone else has a wonderful dinner ! Also Ted Offered me a variety of sauces to try and I LOVED THE CHICK FIL A sauce the best it was crazy good!! like lingering wait what did i just taste can i have more good! lol.... My ONLY hope and suggestion would be that they offer a Vegan Fried Chicken Option - I would prefer to eat this and there are places that make it tastes the same but only vegan - I think if they sold a vegan fried chicken patty they would triple business and I would probably come back way more often!!! Made the mistake of going back to this location again. OMG!! While at 5 pm the place was utterly empty, the service was trash. 1) The cashier didn't know that the waffle fries were made from potatoes. WTF?? 2) Management, with attitude, refuses to let you order waffle fries well done as they are almost ALWAYS under-cooked and mushy inside. 3) The 12 year old management with the oh well attitude has really gotten me to NO LONGER enter another location ever. I drove directly to Popeyes and got a wonderful, crunchy crusted chicken sandwich that out did Chickie ful A in a heart beat. JUST AWFUL LOCATION that makes the entire chain look bad. Believe it or not I had never had Chick Fil A before. So I decided to give it a try. This location is fairly new and extremely clean. My first impression when I first walked in was that it is extremely clean and all the employees were extremely happy and helpful. Everyone seemed eager to help and enjoyed working there, which is not a common thing at most fast food restaurants. I asked the helpful lady who was taking our order what is the most popular thing on the menu and she recommended that I get the spicy chicken sandwich. So I went with that and added lettuce, pickles and tomatoes into the sandwich. We also decided to get ice cream cones since it was a hot day and it looked delicious. Not long after they called our name and our food was ready along with ice cream cones. The first thing we had was the ice cream cone since we did not want it to melt and he was absolutely delicious. It wasn't too sweet or to tangy. It was just perfect. Then I had a bite of that spicy chicken sandwich and it was heavenly. The chicken was not too spicy and it was extremely tender. The bun was perfectly fluffy and fresh. The lettuce pickle and tomato was also fresh. Most fast food restaurants don't have their produce as fresh as they need to be. But Chick Fil A doesn't mess around when it comes to their fresh food. Over all my expectations were met in all aspects and I'll for sure be going back. read more

Well first off parking is right in this location. I got lucky on my second loop that two cars left. Very friendly staff and they have it operating like clock out even though it was busy. Place my order wand was out with in 8-10 minutes even though it was packed. Everything was good and how I ordered it. I did see someone come in and say they were missing an item. They took care of him quickly and didn't ask him to bring in other bag he left in car. Which is bonus points for chick fil a.. Today is finally the day. the person who brought me the food curbside Whistle to get my attention...... serious that's not Chic fil Behavior, I did not scold him, I just took my food. But chic Fil Ayyy wth is this patty looks identical To the thickness and texture of a burger king chicken patty never have I seen this 2 of my 3 had identical Style Patties. I love Chick-fil-A don't get me wrong. I decided to try them out for breakfast here in Burbank. The sandwich I received was completely broken and smashed up. I specifically asked for well-done hashbrowns and they did not deliver this to me as the first thing I checked in my box to see if they were hot out of the fryer and they were not. This is my 8th time at this location. I have never had a complaint before and therefore would love to give them 5 stars but the ladies room was in dire need of cleaning. Before this visit I have always dined in but today I needed to make a quick stop. Since they do not have a drive thru I decided to try a mobile order for the first time. I was delighted to see that I had a free reward from this particular location. I got to choose between 5 different items and opted for a medium waffle fry. As I am a regular to Chick Fila I had enough reward points to redeem an 8 count nugget making my meal completely free. If you don't have the Chick Fila app I highly recommend downloading it as it is the most rewarding food app I have. The mobile order was easy to and I wrote a small note requesting a cup of water. The only small issue was that I did not mark the box for salt on my fries and somehow they were still very salty. I placed the order from my car in the parking lot and had my food in under 5 minutes. If you have not been to this location before I need to warn you that parking can be a nightmare. I normally just park in the nearby neighborhood so that I don't have to deal with waiting for a spot to open up in one of their two lots. The staff is always friendly and approachable. They have a good amount of seating both inside and outdoors. Minus the restroom on this visit it has always exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. read more

This was my first time at Chick-fil-A Burbank. They had plenty parking... And it was all taken. There was no drive-thru. The lunch line was long, but it moved quickly. I went deluxe on my meal. Deluxe was cheese, lettuce, tomato. I wish it had an onion slice. It was good. Really, it was good like much better than expected. I thought it was spicy for a regular chicken sandwich. No extra sauce actually necessary. Maybe, ketchup & mustard for the waffle fries. The grilled nuggets with superfoods salad, chicken cool wrap and chicken tortilla soup were recommended to me by acquaintance/friends. I recommend the vegetarian cool wrap and chicken deluxe combo because I've eaten them at Chick-fil-A. Anything there would probably be a great choice. It was my first chicken sandwich from chick-fil-A and having recently tried Popeye's ( disappointing), I wanted to know what the hype about the chicken sandwich war was all about. The fast food place was full with eager customers which was a good sign: obviously people love CFA. The sandwich comes without sauce and one has to pick ; it was the special sauce for me . The sandwich was delivered hot by a friendly waitress: it was a nice piece of crispy well seasoned white meat and the bun was soft and fresh. Always busy so prepare to wait atleast 5-10 mins but the service is fast food comes out quick since they are so busy non stop cooking chicken. Stopped in Day 1! Solid, quick service despite a small wait time due to it being their first day open. No drive thru! I always order the spicy sandwich meal w buffalo sauce and a TON of Chick-fil-A sauce for the fries! Yumm yummm yummm. Not as nice as the Pasadena location, being that they don't offer drive thru but MUCH larger than the Hollywood location so a decent spot if you're in this area. Tons of parking as they are occupying the old El Toritio space. This fast food establishment is rather busy. However the service is very friendly and rather efficient. Every person we interacted with was smiling and looked happy to be there. The food was fine, I got chicken strips and they were rather small. My lunch companion did get their sandwich and enjoyed it. We ordered the combo which adds waffle fries and a drink. The waffle fries were ok but not spectacular. All their drinks are in styrofoam cups along with the plastic straws, it caused me concern.
