I went in on my lunch break and ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. I was standing there for 10-15 minutes waiting on my order so I can leave. They never called my name to hand it to me. Instead they just put it at the pick up center even though I order inside! Always a great place to eat. Food is always excellent, and they make sure even in a lunch rush to have several people out side taking orders, so the customers are taken care of in a timely manor. Horrible staff members!! Short oversized manager leaned on my car while taking my order, told me I may not order a water at the window, and refused to let me receive my sauce. She's just very unfriendly. Micheal is very rude as well as I heard him curse with peers. Don't eat here go to the one on FRANKFORD AND TOLL for a better experience and better tasting food!
