My order is always right at this location, and akin to my experience at all Chick-Fil-A's, the folks that work the counter and the drive thru window are so polite. They clearly emphasize this with their employees and it it doesn't seem rehearsed - they just have been reminded to show their polite side. Always pleasant all the time. The food is always fresh and the waffle fries are always piping hot. I like how they aren't in a hurry with you. They carefully hand you your drink through the drive-thru window instead of throwing everything on your lap so you'll finally drive off (that's how I feel at most other fast food restaurants!). read more

This was the worst customer service that I have experienced at a chick-fil-a. 1st the girl standing out front didn't take our order right and when corrected she had a bit of an attitude like it was my fault. Then I get to the window and I asked if I could have 2 extra sauces and she got an attitude and asked me how many, as if I hadn't already stated. No my pleasure or anything to attitudes all around. First time ever at a Chick-fil-A and the place was packed. For anybody that's ever been to a Chick-fil-A, the menu is limited but functional. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich meal, and I paid and took the receipt and my little tray and went to sit down and waited and waited. When my meal was brought to me it was not a deluxe it was a CFA sandwich whatever that is with no tomatoes and no lettuce. Well, it's Chick-fil-A so you know it's going to be good food -- so this review is mainly about service and atmosphere. The service here is excellent. I've eaten here numerous times now and have seen the owner herself going around the restaurant, table by table, asking people if they need anything. Now that's customer service. Even the teenagers working the registers are nice kids. We were there last Friday night and they had a balloon artist there making balloon animals for the kids. It was totally free and the kids were having a blast. The balloon artist was friendly and did a great job. The Chick-fil-A employees were encouraging of the children to get whatever they wanted. It was a fun experience. The food always comes out quickly, the food is fresh, the restaurant is clean and they have an outdoor playground for kids. As you can see from several other reviews this location is not what one would expect from Chi-fil-A. The staff is rude, my chicken was dry and flavorless. The manager reprimanded staff in full view of customers and even argued with a customer. The staff focused on each other and the customers were an annoyance to them. I've lived in the area for approximately 6 years now and this has been the only Chick-fil-A that I frequent. The service has always been A+, food always fresh and although there's a line as to be expected there was ALWAYS enough staff to accommodate. Apparently this location was sold and the new owner definitely needs to attend Chick-fil-A University (if there is such a thing). I show up it's 7:00 am, the drive thru is wrapped around the building which is to be expected I didn't see not one employee on the Ipad taking orders curbside which is a norm at this location. Anywho I parked went in and needless to say the inside was no better. There's one individual taking orders (which she hadn't taken one order in over 8 minutes), trying to handle mobile orders and attempting to take care of a favor driver. The line is now 9 customers long, there are guest seated waiting on their orders as well and as I glanced down at my phone it's now 7:18 and I haven't even reached the counter to order my food. I can say I will not be back as this is at least the 3rd time I've been to this location and had issues like this and finally today I learned there's a new owner/manager and I don't think they so much care about the things that make Chick-fil-A so great. They are always super fast and efficient but my husband recently enlisted in the army and I have enjoyed using my military discount at every other chick fil a I have been to because we eat it all the time. I was frustrated today when I went there because I was told they do not do military discounts at this location. I am really disappointed in this chick fil a. I love chick fil a and this one is the most convenient for me on the way back from work. Today I stopped on my way home and I asked if they had frozen lemonade. The kid who took my order said they had it so I ordered some with my chicken noodle soup and fries. Mh... what a difference two months makes. I used to go to this particular chick-fil-A for three main reasons. 1) It was in my neighborhood, Carrollton. 2) They NEVER got my order wrong, nor in the counter, nor (more importantly) though the drive-through. 3) They had tons of activities for the kids. Since the month of May and later in June I've started to experience orders being wrong. SERIOUSLY, when I go through a drive through, I won't stand for wrong orders. I've lost count of the places I don't patronize because of this. It forces you to stop, check the order bag, while in the car, contrast with the receipt, and if something is wrong, get it fixed. Very very very annoying. They started on May getting small items wrong, and recently in June they got me in the bag items i didn't even order!! Yesterday, the person at the window even started questioning if I had ordered something or not... Secondly, the place has decreased substantially the quantity of activities they were doing for children. So now i find very little difference between this fast food place, and the McDonalds in the corner of Josey and Rosemead. Both have fast food, both have bad service, both get orders wrong. Both won't see me ever again, until the fates or winds of destiny force our paths to cross again... and I haven't been to the McDonalds for two years, so... so far so good, on keeping a promise. Yes, I will probably be tarred and feathered for writing a Chick-fil-A review, but here I go anyway. I'm not one to go out and eat much anymore as I am adhering to a fairly strict diet, but on my cheat days, this is one place I enjoy going and don't have to feel so horrible about eating things I shouldn't be eating! I have been going to this Chick-Fil-A since I was in High School. They have GOT to be the friendliest bunch of people ever, seriously... I have never had a bad experience at this location and the customer service is great. The property is always clean despite the fact that children come in and out, groups of kids from varying schools (think Blalack, Newman Smith, Creekview, Hebron, etc., etc.) run amok and other organizations put various things together here (carwashes, so forth). The food: It's food you can get at any Chick-fil-A. I have to say though... and I might just have a really lucky streak at this place, but I have never had a piece of meat here with gristle or fatty bits. Trust me... it's impressive. The salads are awesome, the chargrilled chicken sandwiches and salads are THE BEST and they have loads of dressing options for the health conscious or for the not-so-health conscious! If you want some good chicken salad and in a hurry... they have a really awesome chicken salad sandwich on toasted wheatberry bread. I'm not sure of all the ingredients, but I figure it's what's typically in chicken salad. Beware, though this may seem like a "healthy option," due to the load of mayonnaise - it can surprise you on the calorie scale. Fortunately for you, it's large enough to make 2 meals, so you don't have to feel so bad. Also, an interesting side note: instead of having the combo with waffle fries, simply opt for the fresh fruit cup, it's an additional charge, but with fresh fruit, can you REALLY complain? Methinks not. Plus, then you'll have room for one of their tasty milkshakes - yeah, that's right, I just had the Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake and it inspired me to write a review for them, finally. This location in Carrollton off Old Denton Road has such a family friendly atmosphere and the level of service is great, not to forget the good tasting food. I couldn't stop smiling while eating my breakfast. The cashier was so friendly and we even enjoyed a joke about my Smokey the Bear t-shirt. She also made sure to warn me about my hot coffee so that I wouldn't burn myself. The employee who brought out my food had a pretty smile when she told me to enjoy food. We even talked about how we have to flavor our coffee just right before we can enjoy it. And of course, the food was good. I had the biscuit, egg, and cheese sandwich; they even offered me the choice between 2 cheeses... a first in all the years I've eaten Chick-fil-A! I chose pepper jack. The biscuit, egg, and cheese were all aligned (which doesn't always happen, sometimes the cheese is halfway out). The biscuit was nice and soft and the hash browns were not so greasy. Another chick-fil-A closed to Korean market. It never ever gets busy here because most people want Korean food. However, sometimes I just want something easy and quick to fill my belly. Chick-fil-A is one of my first choices. I don't really do fast food as well, but Chick-fil-A I just can't deny. They have the usual great food that you expect from Chick-fil-a but the staff is really nice as well. If you've been to Chick-fil-A before, you know what they are all about. The food is delicious and relatively healthy as far as fried chicken goes. They also have wraps and salads for those of you who are clearly more health conscious than I am. You can even substitute a fruit cup for their waffle fries. I'm obsessed with their honey mustard sauce too! Or maybe Perhaps I'm a lemonade snob. Chick-fil-A has their own flavor; unique among fast foods. I like it. The drive through line here can be very long, bit it moves quickly. I went at 7:35 to pick up some breakfast. The car in front of me dropped something. I saw that the car dropped something. I eased off of my gas but did not pull forward quickly. The worker preparing the food began to yell at me, "stop, stop, I said stop" as if I did not hear her the first time. I have never been treated like this by a chick fil a employee. When I addressed the situation, the worker said that she values her life and she was about to "go out there herself and pick up the item". This was totally irrelevant. She wasn't going to jump out of the window and pick up the item. The worker treated me as if I was going to hit her with my car when she was inside the restaurant. They are so good to me and my toddler son. My son gets so excited and makes a scene waiting in line. They never judge me and keep my son occupied when I'm ordered. They always check up on me and keep their high chairs clean. The street to pull in and parking lot can be challenging, the city needs to put a stop light here. There was a manager with her purse on her shoulder that I saw bagging food after she had been sitting at a table (I do understand they were stressed and she was just trying to help out, but she hadn't washed her hands or anything and I think it was unprofessional of her to not be in work attire and yet serving customers at the drive thru). Then an employee told me that I wasnt allowed to grab too many condiments because they are trying to keep their costs down (I assure you that I was NOT, I grabbed an appropriate amount for my sandwich and fries.
