Chic fil bae -- before all else. No other way to describe my feelings about chic. I love food; good food and chic fil a seems to always make it's way to the top of my cravings list. This location seems to stay busy, but the service is impeccable. The drive thru line is constantly moving and they usually keep 3-4 people outside to take orders and pay as you make your way around the building to pick up your order. Everyone is engaging, happy and kind. I have a theory about happy workers. It's not very profound, but it seems to me that if all of the employees are happy it is a pretty good indicator that the company, management and behind the scenes workings are also worthy of a 5 star review. read more

Chick-fil-A Cedar Hill seems to have forgotten about quality of food and customer service! I've had food being shoved through my window before it's completely down, drink carriers say in my Mercedes window like it's a cup holder, missing items, wrong items, etc! I once liked this location and visit almost daily because of my picky little eater but I'll over it. I saw another review saying the salads have became skimpy. I've noticed a few weeks and last night was the worst. Last night I also paid for sprites and received waters. I didn't realize it until I was home and attempted to call 2x only to have someone pickup and hang up. If we want Chick-fil-A in the future we will venture out to a franchise location that appreciates our business. read more

Besides the missing waffle fries, the waffle fries that were ordered had more crumbs than waffle fries and very salty. Condiments were ordered and only 5 condiments were with the order for 12 or more items ordered, sandwiches were very dry. A fingernail was found in a lemonade that was ordered. All good things must come to an end I guess.... I have always supported this Chick Fil A, because of the quality of food, great customer service/friendly employees, and its involvement in the community. However, for the last few months or so, the first two have left a lot to be desired. A LOT. No matter what time of the day I go now (breakfast, lunch, or dinner), the food quality has been poor-- it is lukewarm and you can tell it has been reheated. Also, condiments are often left out (and not even offered like before most times). Additionally, the employees are not friendly at all, and often act like it is a chore to be there. I suspect that the renovations have caused overhead to increase, and therefore they are cutting costs in other areas, because prior to the renovations, this was a five star establishment all of the way. Hopefully they will one day return to the old Chick Fil A this community once knew...and loved. read more

Recently remodeled and it looks great. They added two drive through lanes that merge into one. The lines are still long but the food is delicious. The service is great although you still need to exercise patience due to long lines. Parking is easy at this location as long as you don't park near the drive thru. There is plenty of parking though. They have a nice play area for children and when they get a kids meal they can turn in the toy for ice cream Great family place!!!! read more

To be the worst Chick-fil-A franchise. There's no point of using the mobile app when you still have to wait in line 30+ minutes and drive all the way up to the window just received your order. Secondly when your order is wrong the managers are rude as well let the employees and they are often confused on what is a mobile order and what is a pick up order. I Had a mobile order waited 30+ minutes in line had to get out of line because they were taking so long. They still billed my card stating that I picked up the order. The worst poor customer service ever. This particular location need to be reported to the corporate office ASAP. read more

This location is on point! I've been going to CFA Cedar Hill for years and I have to say it is absolutely one of the best ones I've been to. This place has always been great for me. Until today, I came home with my food to find the buns from my sandwich missing... Who does that? The bun is the most important part. We'll anyways I called the place and the manager handled it very we'll, he apologized for the inconvenience and gave me another sandwich for the next time I come. I'm glad I didn't have to fight I hate when I have to argue for their mistakes. This chick fil a has never given me problems they have always been polite and always gives great service. This is one of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants I know and I've visited locations all around the metroplex as well as out of town. I have been to this location many times. A manager, Ashley Forsythe, made the executive decision to throw away my pick up order. A little strange but life happens. So I just wanted more food or a refund for the food I ALREADY paid for on the app. She told me she was "getting heated," after I asked for my money back and she refused. Like at least tell me it's your pleasure to be frustrated with me! After talking with someone more reasonable, they instructed her to give me a refund to which she rolled her eyes and told me she'll "get to it later." This was literally the worst chick-til-a experience I've had and all over $20 worth of food this particular manager choose to throw away -keep in mind I cater chick fil a for my meetings weekly so spent well over $20 on a consistent basis - plus it's almost a week later and she still hasn't found time to request my refund - I know because I called the headquarters and they said a refund wasn't processed. It is Chick-fil-A so the food is great. However this particular location could learn a lot from the Cedar Hill location and a couple of others that I have seen follow their model. The lines are long of course it is Chick-fil-A so... However regardless of When I come here, morning noon or night, the lines are long and there is no one outside taking orders so they don't appear to do anything to try to expedite getting the customer serviced and on their way or to their table to enjoy their meal. For that reason this is my least favorite location for Chick-fil-A and I only come to this location if I absolutely must. read more

I went back to this Chick-Fil-A on Monday morning because I received the wrong order Saturday night and they were closed by the time I went back. Well, Monday morning I walked in with the food and spoke with the Owner/Operator/Manager Joseph Morris. He threw my food in the trash and asked me for a receipt. I told him that I didn't have one and that I pulled out my phone to have my app scanned that night. He didn't see the order from Saturday, which I told him I ordered a 4 count chicken tenders but sometimes the put in 3 count. Keep in mind that sometimes the app doesn't always scan. He went to the back office to find my order in the system and he didn't find it. Mr. Morris told me that if didn't have a receipt that he couldn't do anything, for all he knows is that food was from another Chick-Fil-A in Grand Prairie which shows the app that was scanned that morning. I told Mr. Morris I was there Saturday night Cedar Hill location after leaving The Home Depot. He just stood there and said there's nothing he could do. I said sir what about about food? He said that it was too late and there was nothing he could do about it. Until I started recorded he then took a $3.00 Chick-Fil-A gift card out of his pocket and said that he got something that's worth more than a chicken tender. I was like what? He said that he wasn't going to give me the food back because how would he know if would come back up there again later on that night and do the same thing! I was like what? I told him why would I come back up there again after he already told me no and he wasn't going fix it. Well there was several customers in the dining room and in line. He really humiliated me and embarrassed me...I've never received that kind of treatment and I ate there plenty of times in the past where my order was messed up but never complained and went back up there. I have the whole thing on video and was thinking about posting this on social media. So basically I walked in with an order/food and walked out with nothing because I didn't take the gift card that he was offering me after 4 times he said there was nothing he could do! read more

So disappointed. Went to Pick up 3 meals for an important lunch meeting today & 1 meal was left out of the bag. I called to discuss w the store & explained the situation & requested all 3 of my meals be replaced so they'd be fresh. Was told that only the missing one would be replaced. I explained how I had to change the time of my meeting & drive 40 minutes back to their store for the replacements but still was refused. I told the manager about the inconvenience their oversight caused & was told that she was sorry, they're human. Not sure how I was expected to present 2 meals to my clients then give the missing one to the 3rd person once I drove 40 minutes back to the store & 40 minutes back to my job. Only wanted what I paid for, 3 meals at the same time to serve @ my lunch meeting @ work. So frustrated with this management decision. I went back, got a refund for the food that was left out of my bag, then went & purchased 3 meals for my meeting @ another restaurant. Going to buy lunch today shouldn't have caused so many problems & made me look so unprofessional @ my job. My family & I have frequented this Chik Fil A weekly for the past 15 years.
