I received a text that my order was ready and someone would be out shortly with my food. I then received another text that my order did not go through. The manager (Kendrick) comes to my car and apologizes. He then says he could put through my order and asks for my credit card and says he cannot give it to me for free. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING FREE! He says he has my order details and says it should be about 5-7 minutes. He comes out again and one of my items is unavailable. I said forget the whole thing and got my card back. This jerk manager wouldn't even give me my "free" birthday cookie. I guarantee you if I were white this white manager would have offered some kind of compensation. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

There seemed to be very little teamwork among the staff. The young lady who was running food was also trying to refill the salad bar for customers, yet employees kept yelling, "Runner! Runner! Runner!" instead of stepping in to help her. Several team members appeared to have nothing to do, but no one offered assistance. Because she was being pulled in so many directions, the food sat longer than it should have and ended up getting cold. It was frustrating to watch because the situation could have easily been avoided if everyone had worked together. I hope management encourages more teamwork. When one employee is overwhelmed and others are available, helping each other out would create a much better experience for both the staff and the customers.
