Sup Dogs was a big disappointment. We arrived on game day but early enough in the day that they…read morewere steady but not super busy. It was freezing today outside and we were seated by the door. Everything was fine until the hostess propped the door open. They left the door wide open and everyone in the front seating area was miserable. I asked if they could please close it and I was told no. They said the hostess stands by the door on game days. So they really don't care if their customers are comfortable or not. That says a lot. They certainly could've made adjustments given the cold and windy day. But our waitress was kind enough to move us when a table opened up in the back. That was a big relief and much more comfortable. Now to their food. The bacon cheese fries were great but didn't have bacon so we had to get them to bring back to sprinkle on top. The ranch was excellent and we all liked the app. My youngest got a grilled cheese which he enjoyed. My oldest got a burger which he said was okay, but nothing special. But the real disappointment comes in with the hot dogs. My first dog was cold, like unappetizingly cold. The waitress was very nice and took care of it immediately. However, the second dog came out almost immediately. If you like a boiled hot dog that's reheated in a microwave, you'll like their hot dogs. But I want a quality grilled hot dog. We'll stick to our ol' faithful CH burger joint from here on out. And I hope next time your customers are extremely uncomfortable on a freezing day sitting right next to the open door, you exercise some courtesy and close the door next time.

The Firehouse Dog is a must -- bold, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right kick. The cheesy jalapeño dog is everything it should be: melty, spicy, messy in the best way. And the taco dog? Somehow ridiculous and incredible at the same time. The fries are crispy, seasoned, and absolutely addictive, but let's talk about the real stars: the sauces. There are so many good ones that choosing becomes the hardest part of the visit. Drizzle, dip, smother -- you literally cannot go wrong. Even the buns deserve love -- soft, toasted just right, and strong enough to hold up to all that delicious chaos. Everything here is done right, from the flavors to the quality to the fun vibe. Sup Dogs is one of those places that makes you excited to come back before you've even finished eating. Five stars, no debate.

I had come back on a late flight into RDU, and on my way home found myself hungry. Not many options this time of night in our area, and a Cook Out Tray just sounded great. So I pulled off of 40 and took a ride into Chapel Hill for this on-campus Cook-Out, appropriately decorated with all the proper blue. Easily 15 cars in the drive thru, but I think I was through it with hot food in around 15 minutes. My burger was cooked up perfectly, topped well, and hit the spot. The corn dogs were crispy outside like I like them, and I didn't have to ask for that. My Oreo mint shake, creamy and tasty as usual. The attendant at the window was friendly, and generally, it looked like the employees were having a good time in there while remaining busy. Good to see, as I feel like most of my Cook Out runs in recent memory felt like pulling teeth with whoever was working.

The chicken tenders and quesadilla were nothing out of the ordinary and the staff member serving us in the drive through unfortunately forgot to provide the sauces we had requested. I did like the cheese curds and Cajun fries! Overall, it was not a bad meal and the prices are decent for the amount of food you're getting, but I think this is a skip for me in the future.

He really did not have to do that, and I sincerely appreciate his generosity and staff for giving me a wonderful dine in experience tonight. You can never go wrong with the yellow sauce and it's probably best to dine in to snack on the chicken while it's still hot off the oven! Tonight, my partner and I tried tostanos and it was really, really, really good!! It pairs well with the yellow and green sauce! Chicken was incredibly moist and juicy and super filling, as we ordered an additional half chicken order to eat with the complimentary quarter chicken tonight. Thank you Joseph and staff at the Chapel Hill location! I really needed a good dinner tonight and I left super satisfied! I appreciated him coming out to meet me and checking that I was fully happy with my meal too! For a Thursday night dinner, it was quite packed and nice to see college kids and families coming out to Alpaca to eat. Plenty of tables for everyone to eat in.

Ordered an order of crinkle fries and sweet potato fries to share amongst us. Burgers were great. Crinkle fries were good. Unfortunately tonight the sweet potato fries were over cooked, which was really unusual. Just didn't have the good flavor well grown to expect. Bunch of folks at Al's tonight, so while the crew was hustling there was a little bit of a longer wait. But no big hurry since we were enjoying the company while sipping our ice teas. Would I came back? Yep, one of our favorite places to go grab a burger. Would I recommend to family and friends? Yep. Have even occasionally brought folks out to Alls when they're in town and want to grab a burger. (Especially if they're paying. ) BTW, I would have scored them higher, but I was a little disappointed in tonight's sweet potato fries.
