Went through the drive-through to get Chick-fil-A for myself and my two boys. Service was amazing as always and every single person that works at Chick-fil-A seems to make you feel like you're the only one in line even though the lines are massive. I was disappointed to get home and realize that they did forget one of our waffle fries. I am mediately went on the website and filled out a form and within 24 hours had an answer. Kudos to you Chick-fil-A for answering a trivial email in a time of world wide crisis. Even though the dining room is closed for everyone safety, the drive-through process was very streamlined. I've come here twice. Both times the line is ridiculously long. Crazy long! The staff really know how to speed it up though. I put it on my sandwich and dip my waffle fries in it (trust me it's amazing). They also have healthier grilled chicken options and salads for those who are health conscious. Chick fil A as always was amazing. We had loads of these where I lived earlier but this was the first time I went to the one in Buffalo. It was crowded and extremely busy. However the staff was efficient and our order was taken in about 10 mins and it took another 10 mins to get it. Drive thru probably would have been faster but the live was around the parking lot and inside it was almost out the door. I got my #1 combo the classic chicken sandwich which come with just pickles and the meal and husband got the spicy chicken sandwich delux which cone with lettuce, tomato, pickles and fries and drink. Both sandwiches were cooked to perfection and the fries were crispy outside and soft inside so you can taste the potatoes. I also tried recommend their breakfast sandwiches, especially the spicy chicken biscuit or the breakfast burrito. And also their chocolate chip cookes are to die for. Crazy how smoothly this place was operating for their first day!!!! Kudos to this operation in it's entirety! I saw a video that insists that CFA is trained by the military, due to their exactness is executing awesomeness. I bit the bullet tonight, walked in , looked around , at the very least 15 peoples ahead of me. Decided on the drive thru, 10 minute wait from the time I jumped into the line to the time I received my food, all in all not too bad. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and as expected it was good. My waffle fries were cold, the unsweetened iced tea I ordered was sweetened. This is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever visited and I have given them 3 tries before coming to this conclusion. The corporate office needs to visit this location and and re-train the entire team. The store inside was not clean, they are slow inside and the drive thru. Chick Fil A has a process that is used for the drive through that is not exercised at all here. It's a shame that the people here don't get the true Chick Fil A experience. After waiting 25 minutes in the drive through I get to the window and the employee doesn't apologize for the wait even when I brought it to her attention. She said yeah we having some problems. The breakfast did not taste like the one down south. The biscuit on the chicken and biscuit was like bread with honey on it. The biscuit for the bacon egg and cheese was worse.
