I love my iced lemonades and can get them year round. Always positive experience and pleasant customer service. And every single thing I've tried on the menu is excellent. I'm not sure why but I always seem to think of going on Sundays when they're closed. read more

The chicken foods are all right at best, but the waffle fries (if you can even call them that) are undercooked and tasteless.

Eager to embrace the spectacle of the new Chick-Fil-A I couldn't resist but to check it out. Finding the entrance to the drive thru was a challenge in itself. We found it immediately odd to find all these people standing outside. I don't really know what was going on. We gave our order to a girl standing in front of the menu board. We pulled around and gave our card to another person standing outside. Another person outside handed us our food. Which was extremely quick. We pulled away to meet another person outside handing out the sauces of your choice. Service, although very bizarre, was really quick and friendly. On to the food. I had the spicy chicken sand which and my wife the chicken tenders. The sandwhich and tenders were real good. I really liked the pickles on my chicken sandwhich. There was no sauce on my sandwhich, so I assume I was supposed to ask the girl outside for it. The waffle fries were unique and good. The chicken was real moist and lean. Overall, it was ok, but would I be going back? That remains to be seen. read more

I love Chick-fil-A! Whether you like your chicken crispy or grilled, spicy or not, they have delicious sandwiches. The chicken nuggets are great, too. And they have the best fast-food breakfast anywhere! Last week, I stopped for breakfast last week at this location on the way from Boston to Buffalo. The first thing I noticed was that the girl at the register (I think her name was Jackie) had the best smile ever. It made me feel like she was happy that I was there, and excited to serve me. She was very polite, friendly, and kind. I ordered a chicken biscuit, hash browns, and coffee. Everything was delicious. For some reason, the coffee seemed really good. My memory of Chick-fil-A coffee from the past was that it wasn't very good, but it got the job done. But it was actually good this time. To top off the whole experience, as I was finishing my breakfast, Jackie came to check on me to see if I needed anything else and offered to top my coffee off. Nothing anywhere close to that has ever happened in all my fast food dining experience (of which I have a lot). I will definitely be stopping in here again next time I am driving through the Springfield area! read more

Ok, I'll start by saying I believe the entire Chick-Fil-A chain deserves 5 stars, not just this particular location. That being said, this is, without question, the best Chick-Fil-A location I've been to, and I've been to a lot of Chick-Fil-A's! Today was my 4th visit to this particular location and, although I usually rate on food quality first, but once again the customer service blew me away. It's very uncommon to get "southern hospitality" in New England, yet somehow this location has nailed it. You feel genuinely welcome - no facades from employees that don't want to be at work here. Every time my "thank you" is replied to with a "my pleasure" I can't help but to smile a little. Today was no different. I ordered my signature sandwich for breakfast (the spicy chicken egg and cheese (HIGHLY RECOMMEND, it's always a taste bud parade in your mouth)) and it took a little longer than normal to make. The manager there, Robert, is always very attentive and accommodating. He made sure that we were ok and apologized for the wait , seeing that me and my buddies were in a bit of a rush. Without hesitation he had his team through in an extra hash brown and gave me and buddy a coupon for a free meal on our next visit. This is the type of thing you expect when a customer complains and had a big problem - not when food takes a couple minutes longer than expected. There was another lady there, Samantha, who I think is perhaps a shift manager or supervisor. If she's not, she should be. When something's not perfect they do everything in their power to right a wrong and, believe me, it does not go unnoticed. For the people looking at this review and wondering how the food is, trust me, you can't go wrong here. Pretty much everything on the menu is very tasty and of a good portion size. They user Simply Orange as their breakfast meal orange juice. Food is always hot. If I had to suggest anything, I'd suggest a spicy chicken sandwich with Chick-Fil-A sauce. Thank me later. Anyways, I'd highly recommend this location for your Chick-Fil-A eating pleasure, and that's not just because it's the only one in the area. This one is a standout! Cheers read more

I really do not understand how Chick-fil-A is able to replicate not only the deliciousness of their food, but also the top-notch service and southern hospitality. I get better service in the drive through of this place than I do at most sit down restos. read more

Just tried them, for the first time. The drive thru went quick and smooth. The food was tasty; no doubt about that. Our teenager loved it, and Instagram-bragged about it to all her friends. I'm not convinced that they offer enough on the menu to keep the public coming back...nothing really out of the ordinary. The next time, we'll go inside for breakfast and see how that is. read more

I didnt enjoy the Chick Fil A's I went to in the malls near Boston, but this place is much better. It could be due to the fact that they have clearly brought some staff up from the south (unless the workers are just faking southern accents) to train the people from around here, but the food, service, and overall operation is great! I know it is the same chicken they had near Boston but it just tastes better, no doubt about it. I was not overly excited to hear they were opening but after having gone, I know I will be going back. Clearly beats KFC and Popeyes! read more

Its my first time eating at chick- fil-a and it was pretty neat. This is a different fast food experience; the restaurant is very clean. I received higher costumer service treatment; the servers offer mints and even pick up your tray. I just had a #1 chicken Sandwich meal with waffle fries and a soft drink for less than $7. The chicken sandwich was delicious as well as the fries; even thou I would prefer crunchier fries, they were lightly salted and as hot as I like them to be. The experience was overall excellent and it raises the bar for the fast food average. read more
