This location has consistently given quick and friendly service. I typically visit during the evening hours as opposed to midday, so I'm not sure how the service stands up for the daily lunch stampede. The food is as good/great as you'd expect from a typical Chick-fil-A. I love their Spicy Chicken Sandwich; the crispy breading works perfectly with the tangy pickle and 1/2 gallon of Buttermilk Ranch Sauce. The only negative? As far as fast food goes, Chik-fil-A transcends the industry. This particular location is excellent with handling large crowds and the high quantity of guests inside and at the drive thru. I have never seen so many employees working outside a restaurant to make sure the experience at the drive thru is as good as the service inside. I also noticed a sign inside saying they have kitchen tours, which makes me believe they do have a lot of pride in their restaurant and delivering a fantastic end product. As soon as we walked in the door my first thought was "Urinal cakes." Whatever air freshener they are using needs to be replaced and an air handler installed. A restaurant should NOT smell like a bathroom! With that said food and service was adequate. The only other negative thing I can say is that I overheard an employee complain about running out of food. He was verbally reprimanded by a manager for making that type of comment in front of customers. read more

I've been to Chick-Fil-A a few times in the last year and have never been dissappointed with their food quality. Very tasty and delicious! What I would like to add is that the staff and manager are always working to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with your dining experience. I love that about this place! I had last stopped for a breakfast meal of the burrito and chicken biscuit with coffee. All were really good and the meal was nice and hot! This was the worst experience at another location that I've ever had. OT's did not use the Core4, neither did the rude manager Kristal that was at window. I frequent this Chick-Fil-A at least once a week. Their food is great, always hot and ready to go. I'm amazed with how fast the drive through service operates. They really have a great assembly line and the servers are always pleasant. My only complaint is that it gets pretty crowded inside and always seems to be overflowing with kids. Went back for lunch today even after our 1st visit was horrible. My husband ordered the club sandwich but did not receive as ordered. So I was done eating before my husband received the correct sandwich. Today the fries were barely warm not hot and fresh. I did stop one of the employees that was delivering orders if it would be any trouble to get fresh hot fries for me. We are new to Clermont from up north where we enjoyed going to Chick-fil-A. One of the worst Chick Fil A's I've ever visited. I used the online app. Picked up my food and it was the wrong order. Went back to get my actual order and instead of apologizing they handed me the order that was mine and it was sitting out the entire time. The food was cold. I ordered no tomato or lettuce and got both as well. Truett Cathy would be disappointed in this lack of costumer service. This chick-fil-a never fails to disappoint. As a 10+ year customer, I will no longer be purchasing any other product from this establishment. Order inaccuracies taken by young kids who could care less to provide any sort of customer service has diminished this restaurants quality. Our most recent visit consisted of our credit card being lost/or given to another customer in time window of 15-20 seconds. This occurred just before having to cancel our plans for our on-going road trip as we no longer were able to reserve our deposit. While I understand that things happen, the customer service during this incident was abysmal and rude. While waiting in the drive-thru at the window, we were not given any information and no employee seemed to care about the gravity of the situation, going as far to ignore our pleas for updates. We were compensated our lunch and asked to cancel our card and leave as if nothing had occurred. After exiting the drive-thru, I had to enter the restaurant and demand any form of compensation to make up for the colossal mistake made by careless employees. Never in my life have I had an establishment lose my payment like this. This is the same restaurant that used to offer coupons for longer waits than usual. Will be contacting upper corporate management to file a complaint. Unacceptable! read more

We have had such bad luck with this Chick-fil-A wrong orders all the time, cold food, and not alway friendly staff. This time has just made me bitter about This Chic-Fil-A location. My food was cold, but the real reason is I took my 3 year old and 1 year old to the play area and the other kids in the play area were being very rowdy and climbing all over the equipment the way you're not supposed to. One of the kids almost fell on my one-year-old daughter and another kid almost kicked her in the face. Food is fine but the management of the drive thru queue and parking lot are the worse. They even closed the restaurant to rework the drive thru but managed to make it worse. A double line is wrapped more than 1 time around the building for drive thru block about 40% of the parking spots. No one monitors the kids area and you can hear the high pitch screens thru the restaurant. About 15 kids were playing and only 2 parents were in the room. This location is substandard. Very inconsistent service - even though seems friendly and Guest-centric. Had a ridiculous experience this morning. Took 25 min for my order - really? No coffee - really? and get this..they gave me the wrong order 3 TIMES!!! I thought I was being punked. After the last trip back into the store with the wrong order, I finally got my money back, gave them all the the food back and told them good riddance. No breakfast - and late for work! So I love this place. I take my daughter and niece here every week and it is wonderful. The customer service is amazing. They are so accommodating to everyone but when you have little ones it is awesome to have a little bit of help:)). I do wish though that chick fil a would bring back the old grilled nuggets. I usually choose not to come to this location because it always take so long to get served especially in the drive-through. I tried to give them a chance tonight but I found myself sitting in the drive-through for at least 15 to 20 minutes. My son was asleep in the car so I couldn't go inside. Get to the window expecting them to at least apologize for the wait but nothing. I'm sorry but you expect to get quick service when you go thru a drive thru. Great grilled chicken. Drive thru very speedy. Restaurant has a nice little play room for children. Priced higher than some drive thru. Shocked to see dogs are allowed inside the restaurant with no service vest or certificate. I wish restaurant owners would consider the other patrons who are allergic to dogs, consider the children who would want to pet them and possible get bit by a non service dog. If the dog is a true service dog it should have a certificate of service dog completed. This certificate is very important and would guarantee the safety of the other patrons and their children from being bit. If one person can bring in their beloved pet without this certification, then soon the whole restaurant will be full of dog dander, dog hair, fleas, biting, dog urine, dog feces, dog saliva, and every other germ dogs can carry in. I hope this situation is corrected soon. Or I will have to find a new chicken restaurant that caters to all the patrons not just the dog loving ones. read more

I usually would give chick-fil-a 5 stars, however not this location. The other night I went there and they ran out of fries. I was very perplexed how at 8pm they ran out of fries, which are the only side I like. They didn't offer to give customers a discount, they just told us we could pick another side. Most people with children agree it's hard to get your child to eat coleslaw or a side salad. I feel they should of offered a discount. read more

Ok I feel the need to re review this place. First off let me say I eat at Chick Fil a at least once a week because my 6 year old loves it. My son always trades his toy for ice cream and pays the .25 for the chocolate syrup. He went up with his toy and his money and the rude new manger they have that is middle aged, nerdy, and not polite like everyone else at chick fila is proceeded to tell my son he didn't have enough money for the chocolate and a cherry and made a 6 year old cry. My son likes to feel like a big boy and get it himself so I always let him. Well he comes back in tears. I go up to now pay for a Sundae for my son and ask the manager and once again he is rude to me and said my son was asking for free ice cream with chocolate and cherries which he was not. After he accused my son of that he turns around and acts like I walked away which I did not. I also had to defend my food from flies the whole time we were eating and there must have been 50+ flies hanging out on the window to the playground. This place has gone downhill. The playground smells like BO and dirty socks. I am moving soon and will just eat somewhere else until we move. read more

The new drive thru system seems like it would be a great idea until you get into line - took twice as long as the single line when employees were taking orders outside and if you get someone in the line next to you that doesn't follow directions on who they are supposed to be behind you end up with the wrong order - there has got to be a better system for this location.
