Outstanding meal enjoy it like I usually do. Had the #1 meal on the menu it was great. As usual the service was quick and very efficient. I love chicken but not everyone makes chicken good all the time, especially "fast food" joints. My favorite is Chick-Fil-A. Honestly, it is the ONLY fast food that has been consistent with service and food, no matter which one I go to. I've tried everything on the menu and I know for a fact they pride themselves on quality and service. They may not as many options as other chicken competitors but they definitely taste a lot better. The Chick-Fil-A in Cleveland is around 25 minutes before heading Helen, coming from the south, my way, well before I get to Anna Ruby Falls, which was my first hiking destination early Saturday morning. I wanted to stop by and get some yummy breakfast before then. I'm not sure how long this particular Chick-Fil-A has been in business but you can tell its new, located in the heart of Cleveland. There is plenty of parking space. Walking in, we were greeted right away. This particular Chick-Fil-A doesn't have spicy chicken biscuit on their regular menu for breakfast. However, they said they could accommodate and make it spicy, it will just take longer. That's Customer Service 101 and they got it down! No matter how busy Chick-Fil-A is, they are always on their A game! Always smiling. Always accommodating. Always saying "my pleasure." When by chance it is their fault or there is a delay in getting food, they go the extra mile. I didn't think about taking any pictures at Chick-Fil-A but I should have. I can through the drive thru and made an order of Cobb salad with 2 avocado lime dressing. Got home to eat my salad and there were NO dressing at all. I also let the manager know that I had seen a car that had a chick fil a on top of his car driving down the road at 8 pm with no lights on at all. She acted as tho she could care less and was rude. read more

I was at this Chick-Fil-A on a hot day, and really wanted an ice cream cone. Ordered and I was set. I waited 2 minutes no sign of my ice cream But the girls behind me had ordered ice cream cones aswell. They got all 5 of theirs... I continued to wait an additional 12 minutes before they " forgot about it ". No sorry or anything. This was the worst Chick-Fil-A experience I've ever had. read more

This rating might not be for the whole store or for every employee but it was my first and only experience at Chick-fil-A Cleveland. Usually I always have a pleasant experience at the one closest to my house in dahlonega. The other day I went thru the drive thru and ordered a simple kids meal with ice cream CUP. The employee working the window threw my food at me with our saying a word. Then brings me a ice cream cone. Well I don't want a cone I want a cup and I tell her this she then grabs a large cup and throws the cone in the cup I was shocked at how rude and unbelievably unprofessional she was being I said no I just want a regular cup please. She rolls her eyes and Theo owe her cone cup thing she made across the back of the store I'm guessing into a trash. Then makes the cup throws it at me and slams the window! Is this really a reflection of what this Chick-fil-A represents? I'm appalled! I can't believe this is acceptable and there were workers around her who had to seen the interaction. I guess they agreed with her rude approach when I was nothing but nice and spoke in a nice voice and did not act rude or mad! I just wanted a cup. It's crazy I won't be back to this location and I will warn others the same. read more

My family and I are Chick-fil-A experts. This Chick-fil-A is a great one. All the people are very friendly and polite. They look professional and they will go out of their way to make your meal great. I usually show up before lunch officially starts and they have no problem making my kids fries which is all they really want. Some Chick-fil-As have refused before which is fine but I appreciate that they allow this at this location. The inside area is always clean as well as the bathrooms (love the stool for the kids to be able to wash their hands). My kids enjoy going on the playground which is indoors. The only problem I have had is that parents let bigger kids go in who are clearly too big and they get a little rough and both my kids have gotten knocked down. Neither one was hurt and I don't hold Chick-fil-A responsible. Great place all around! read more

Not sure what the problem is with this location. The are crazy slow!!! Every time I go through the drive thru I have to pull around to the extra waiting area. It seems to not matter what time of day either. I am waiting right now on a grilled chicken sandwich and a wrap. Not really anything special about those. There is always some other cars also waiting. I think somebody better check in on the management of this one. read more

Look, I'm a frequent flier at Chick fil a. I've sampled many across the state and none compare to the Cleveland location. Their quality of service is unparalleled. Sometimes I think they must be robots because they are the most pleasant, upbeat, humans I've ever encountered. If I could vote for them for best Chick fil a in the country I would. read more
