Brisket was tender & properly smoked & the lean burger meat was fresh not a frozen patty. Clyde's has a small & welcoming bar area facing the front dining room. They have several beers on tap & serve hard spirits as well. My friend, who ordered the fried chicken tenders enjoyed her meal. One our group got the fried apple pie with ice cream. I'm not a fan of fruit pies, but I did have a nibble of the crust. It was light and crispy. Not heavy, tough and crumbly as I've seen done by others in the mountains. I would almost eat a serving of fried crust dough.
