It was the same number and I had dialed correctly. I called it a second time and the telephone number was still not available. I guess they're so used to getting complaint that they stopped answering their telephone. This McDonalds has lousy food and despicable customer service.

I also avoid meat on doctor's orders. But I run marathons and other races. I then stop at a McDonald's for a double fish sandwich. That reminds me of childhood. I wish they still made those fried apple pies. I've been using the smartphone app since it came out. But it has been hit and miss. I'd estimate a quarter of the franchises don't have the order ready. There is a delay and confusion. Here, they had my name and I went through lickety-split. I believe what has happened is better training. The computer program is perfect. The failure is on the human side. It is what they call PEBKAC. With more folks using the app, the staff likely have improved in the workflow.
