For those of you who keep bringing up the the fact that the CFA Corporation is against gay marriage, you're not getting the point of how a YELP review works. Each location is an independently owned franchise and has an individual owner or ownership group. Simply put, they are not a direct extension of the corporation. Many are mom & pop owned and don't necessarily share the political or religious beliefs of the 90 year old fossil who is president of Chic-fil-A. Comment solely on your experiences at this location, not your philosophical disagreements with Dan T. Cathy. That said, I have been coming to this location for about 5 years now and have nothing but good things to say about it. Staff is very courteous and always offers to refill drinks and replenish condiments when we are sitting at the table. This is also my favorite food chain to bring my 15 month old son to because Chic-fil-A as a chain is very child friendly. Aside from always clean high chairs, they also give free containers of cheerios out, and free sticky liners that you can apply to the table so your little one can eat right off the table with their fingers. Bathrooms are squeaky clean and the diaper changing tables are always clean as well. Food is consistently delicious. And they do not turn off the milk shake machine early like most other fast food rivals. I've pulled up to many other places at night and the milkshake machine is always seemingly "out of order" after 9. Not here. We've come as late as 10:30 and they serve everything with a smile. For me, this is a very high rating for a fast food restaurant. The staff were very friendly and constantly cleaned the tables. I ordered option #1, since I was craving a fried chicken breast sandwich with the waffle fries that I love. When I was in college, and graduate school, Chick-fil-A was a decadent dining experience. The chicken is an actual chicken breast, not a random patty filled with "rib parts" fat and "fillers." There were pickle pieces under the chicken breast. The order was prepared rapidly, and I liked the ketchup containers which allowed dipping-for waffle fries and allowed pouring on top of the sandwich. I wish I ordered the option with lettuce and tomato, but in Baltimore, tomatoes taste terrible when it is not the peak of the summer. The staff were exceptionally friendly and held the door open when I left. They actually took my order with my first name, a rarity in fast food. I know this business opposes gay marriage, which I support (I am happily married to my husband but support gay marriage). They also are closed on Sundays. They also sell chicken sandwiches for $3.75, at Meadowood Park, where my son plays soccer on Saturday. The restaurant price is $2.89 per sandwich. I strongly support youth recreational opportunities so I will over pay for a sandwich for my son after a soccer game. read more

Never had a problem with this location. Its great that it right off york rd which is the route i take from work. The milkshakes are to die for. And can't ever go wrong with the chicken sandwich. It's hard to mess up Chick-Fil-a - but this location on York Rd. Was less than average and I've eaten at a lot of Chick-fil-A having lived in Atlanta. The chicken fingers were over cooked and barely warm, clearly had been sitting around. We went through drive through and ordered 2 meals and received no napkins and only one order of fries - less than happy when we chose chick-Fila because we expect it to always be great and this wasn't! My comment is on the folks who take orders from the drive-thru. They didn't ask if I wanted a receipt. I stopped at the booth where the person typically gives you the receipt. She signaled to keep going and appeared to be irritated when I stopped to ask for one. I didn't get a receipt. I also did not receive everything I ordered. I've gone to this location many times since its right by my work. I've gone for dinner and breakfast. This location has been the worst chic fil a that I've ever been to. Tonight I ordered a 6pc Kids meal (my usual for dinner). I got 4pc and half the fries. Irritating. Another time I go for breakfast and the guy in the drive thru window was rude. Didn't really acknowledge me. No eye contact. No words exchanged. He all but threw my food to me out the window without even looking as he continued to talk to another employee laughing and carrying on. Another time after working almost 12 hours I stop by and get my dinner to eat on my way home from work and I got 4 nuggets instead of 6, flat sprite instead of diet lemonade. My order was correct, but it was definitely not the Chick-Fil-A experience that I am used to. I walked to the person taking my order. He greeted me briefly, I think. I am not quite sure he said more than "What can I get you?". Then, talked badly about other customers to the other cashier. They continued to talk about a particular customer even after my order was placed. The person giving pick up orders is yelling orders, not names. Everyone ordered the same few things! There is only 8 options on the whole menu for lunch and dinner. The drive thru line is extremely long as well. Go to Hunt Valley, save your sanity. I used to go here all the time, but after the renovation their quality has gone WAY down. The portion sizes are smaller (sometimes nuggets are nearly half the size of what Hunt Valley would give.) They're so busy the staff seems overworked and often make me feel rushed in the drive through, which is ALWAYS completely full. I used to hardly have problems with orders, maybe once or twice I'd get 8 nugs instead of 12, and they acted more than happy to resolve it. Recently, the past few times I've gone they've gotten my order wrong. I order grilled nuggets (and make sure to articulate 'grilled') and they've given me fried. I didn't complain the first couple times because it's not that big of a deal, but this last time really irked me. I called stating that I ordered and was charged for grilled nuggets, explaining that this has happened multiple times already. The manager sounded like she couldn't care less and made me feel like an annoying customer she didn't want to deal with. I was given attitude when she asked me what was on my receipt, which turned out to be a charge for regular nuggets, and didn't offer of any sort of compensation. I have ordered many times from this store. On a number of occasions I have gotten home and there have been missing sandwiches. It's my fault. You must check your bag to make sure all your ordered and paid for food items are in your bag. I have finally learned my lesson. I don't often review fast food restaurants, but I was SO impressed with the service at this restaurant from the second we walked in the door. The restaurant was immaculate (and beautifully decorated for fall) and the nicest lady greeted my sons and me and asked if we needed a high chair. By the time we ordered she had brought over everything we might need for our meal (placemats, ketchup, straws, etc). Everybody we encountered was so kind and friendly. They talked to my kids, helped me clean up, brought us refills, etc. It was by far the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant! read more

This is the only fast food restaurant that my diabetic wife can eat at and not spike her blood sugar. We normally get a fried chicken sandwich a side salad and a diet coke with lemon. The staff at this location have never given us anything but respect as a gay couple. Even when I question if the diet coke is diet or not, I'm paranoid that she will get the wrong drink and get sick. Service is good and fast. There is one thing I extremely hate about this location and it the employees being cheap on the sauce. I work around this Chic-filla and love their food. It is not the healthiest choice I make by eating here all the time but its something I love to eat. Whenever I go there, I order around 1-2 meals for myself and my girlfriend. Have my Chick-fil-A 2017 calendar and card, best bargain. Stopped at this location and ordered my Chicken Tortilla Soup and large fries -well done. WOW, the soup is absolutely fantastic! When opened the lid, the aroma made my mouth water. The soup is spicy, rich, thick, and tastes amazing. Great blends of chicken, beans, vegetables and crunch from topping. The food at all chick fil a locations are always consistent and good. However, this particular location has had fruit flies ( or they are some other flies ) since last winter. The insects are flying all over the place, around our faces, on the table, on our food, and there are lots of them on the walls of the restaurant. I have told them 3 times about this. They say they know, and will do something about it. Well.....it has been at least 9 or 10 months, and there are still these bugs everywhere. This is outrageous. We will not eat at that location anymore. We are very disgusted by these insects, and we cannot enjoy our food, because it is actually worrisome to be in this particular location.
