At 5:30 pm Sunday, May 31 , 2026, I ordered takeout fpr a small chili and plain baked potato.  The price was $8.02 and I gave my credit card.  I did not receive the baked potato nor a receipt and did not appreciate this until I was at home 5 miles away..  Clearly the man at the takeout window was responsible for both errors.  I called and there was no answer. I visit this Wendy's once a week for my usual bacon, eggs & cheese burrito. Today they gave me a sausage burrito which I did NOT Order. The burrito had egg shells in it. Gross!!!!! The service has gotten better over the last couple of weeks. I think they're short staffed. No ambiance because I order via the drive-thru. read more

Stopped in Wednesday's this afternoon for an order pickup that was submitted at 2:54pm. Arrived at 3:05pm and was told that order was not in the system, despite showing them proof of my order and confirming the location was correctly displayed on order receipt. I was then told it may take a few minutes for the order to populate in the system and waited an additional 10 minutes but order still did not appear. The cashier then instructed me to try canceling order and resubmitting, but there was no option to do so on the app. I believe my food was given to someone else & they did not accept accountability. Aside from my food order not being prepared or ready at time of pickup, the cashier that was ringing people up had gave another guest too much change when ringing them up. Luckily the guest was honest and informed the cashier of their mistake. This is concerning for an establishment to have a cashier that lacks basic mathematics skills to ensure proper change is being given. This Wendy's location has been going downhill for months & I will no longer be continuing to support this establishment after my experience today. read more

I wish there was an option for 0 stars because this was the worst fucking service i've ever had.I was the only one in the drive thru and it took almost 20 minutes for 4 items and only one was correct. The beef on my Baconator was straight up black and unedible. I also ordered 2 6 piece nuggets which they gave me half spicy and regular which i didn't ask for. on top of that i only got 5 nuggets. 2 in one container and 3 in the other. Also gave me wrong sauces and no straw in the bag. I came here last week to pick up a delicious Wendys burger, I haven't had one in years but I remember they are tasty. I went in to order and noticed the people standing around waiting. I placed my order and time stood still. The people behind the counter were moving in slow motion, seemingly unaware of the pressures of the food that they allegedly supply as being...fast. The 5 dollar Biggie Bag is great. Wendy's is my number 2 behind chic fila .... however things can be a bit better. There are 2 registers but only 1 working in rush hour. It took me 10 minutes to order and about 10 to get my food. Which is a long wait. But I will say thank your for the food being hot. I ordered at the drive thru at this location and there were numerous problems. I wanted a baked potato and they did not have any for another 45 minutes. Ok fine. I then ordered spicy chicken. Nuggets which were the temperature of having sat out a f while. I ordered ranch with the nuggets and instead got sweet and sour sauce. My husband ordered a baconator combo and the bacon was all crumbles. We did not receive straws for drinks or utensils for the frosty. I would NOT recommend this Wendy's. read more

I am pretty lenient with fast food joint reviews...They get 3 stars if they pass health inspection. This place continues to underperform in all the possible ways. See my previous reviews about unhappy workers. This visit has workers and manager yelling at each other in front of half a dozen customers. A customer walked into the store in the middle of the shouting and just wisely turned right around and left, to which a worker said somewhere along the line of good riddance. No ketchup, no napkins, dirty floor with fries in front of workers who just stare at it. Thank God the Coke machine works, barely.....Food wasn't terrible. First time at this location and I ordered a full size apple pecan salad and my husband ordered nuggets and French fries. After ordering we drove to the window and it was already ajar , a you d African American female stood there and didn't at a word. She handed us the bags and I looked through to make sure everything was there. After sitting for another few minutes the worker leans out the window and says " did u need something ?" We we're still waiting on our drinks. We told her this and she said ok. Another African American female appeared from the back with our beverage opened and exposed. She was holding it waiting for the first drive thru female to put ice in it and a lid. This seemed so unsanitary as well as the unwelcoming look on the employees faces. She handed us the drinks and there was a gnat floating around in my strawberry lemonade ! My husband informed her of it and without an apology or anything she took it back and slowly prepared another. I will not be returning to this location. It seems dirty on the exterior and the staff are not driven at all and have terrible customer service. Think twice before visiting this location ! Again another terrible experience today. after waiting about 2 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me and no response to me saying "hello?" on the speaker, I was wondering if the drive thru was even open because it was late. I drove up to the window to see what was happening and was greeted by an angry woman who told me I "shouldn't have driven up" and that she "was about to take my order". She then proceeded to act like an asshole the entire time my order was being taken and failed to give me my receipt. When I thanked her for the bag she said nothing and slammed the window. Wendys Store Was Closed Before Its Operating Hours Said It Should've Been. Honestly the 1 star review may be unwarranted considering we were never able to get any food, however I think it's justified for the most part when considering the poor service (or lack there of) from the employee we attempted to communicate with. We arrived at the Wendy's after looking up how late they were open to, and google stating they were open till 11pm and it just turning 10pm, we decided to go. Pulling up it appeared as if the store was still open, tv's still being on in the dining room, lights still on. We went to pull into the drive thru, knowing a lot of places close their dining room but keep the drive thru open to help facilitate their workers closing easier, however there was a big truck parked directly in the drive thru looking like it was parked there, and after looking further we recognized someone was moving objects from the truck into the store. Realizing it was a supply truck, we found it weird that it was parked directly in the drive thru rather than the back of the store where there was more than enough space, considering the store was still supposed to be open and its likely customers would still want to order through the drive thru. Whether this is on the fault of Wendy's or the driver of the delivery truck who's to say, but it just seemed like a bit of poor timing on everybody's part. We just crossed the drive thru out the options and figured the front doors would be unlocked so customers could get into the store. Walking up it was clear everything was still on, nothing really being turned off, and we went to open the doors only to find them both locked. Looking for a sign stating the hours of the store, it stated they were open till 11pm, but the dining room closed at 10pm meaning the drive thru still should've been open. Then after looking into the store we noticed someone at the register sitting down clearly trying to act like they didn't see us but not being very good at the act. Knocking on the door they pretended not to hear or see us, and not wasting my time we left after a couple seconds of standing out there, and that's really what spurred this review. I get it to a degree, I'm a server at a restaurant and I'm not the biggest fan of when customers come in late and keep me at work longer than I want to be there. However it was 10pm and they closed at 11pm. There was a full hour in which they should have still been operating, and again I get the dining room closes at 10pm, but if your going to have a delivery van parked in the only area in which it is possible to order food, you need to open another avenue for customers to get food. Or at least be cordial enough to explain the situation or what was going on. Instead the worker didn't wanna give us any explanation or help whatsoever, whether it be cause they didn't want to have to explain the truck situation and avoid an awkward conversation, who knows. But I know that worker must've been clocked in, getting paid for work they were supposed to be doing, customers they were supposed to be serving, and instead they sat their ignoring them rather than addressing an issue. Again I don't think the delivery truck should've been there and that may not be Wendy's fault, however the employee that flat out ignored two customers trying to figure out what was going on an hour before the store was even supposed to close, that's a problem. Missing out on late night business and customers, and I don't expect much from a Wendy's in terms of customer service, however this was just poor all around, read more

This Wendy's has changed a lot since the last reviewer so I felt compelled to write an update review. Completely remodeled with modern seating and televisions showing the Wendy's network for what that's worth. The regular food you expect but no longer in a dump location. I give it four stars because of the quality of the place but it's still just fast food so take that for what it's worth. read more

Can we have a designation of NO stars? This OLD Wendy's franchise should have been buried with the founder Dave Thomas. The drive through menu is broken to pieces. The exterior is worn and falling apart. The inside looks as though it was built in the early 1990's. The ONLY thing the have going for them is the drive through. The folks that work the drive through are nice and pleasant (Don't let the voice box on the drive through fool you, they are nice. And they always get the order right.
