I ordered a double quarter pounder with no slivered onions... I received a double quarter pounder, FULL of slivered onions. I ordered a Dr Pepper. I received a Coke. I ordered a fry and they were warm at best. This place stinks! The only thing predictable about this place is that you will get a lousy incorrect meal!! I called the telephone number on my Receipt to complain and guess what, the telephone number was, "not available at that time." I confirmed the telephone number on their website. It was the same number and I had dialed correctly. I called it a second time and the telephone number was still not available. Mcdonalds never fails to surprise me... what have they done this time you may be asking yourself. I order a burger with no cheese. All i got was a cheese slice. Is this some type of joke? I reported it to a manager but the manager just look at me like she didn't care. I then threw the cheese slice in her face and asked "if she can see it now." Not even the worse thing by far. I know this place has some bad, bad, bad reviews, but I've only experienced decent service and consistently "McDonald's" food here. There seems to be some disdain over the "foreign" employees from customers. Be glad there is this work force. I don't know what happened but first no refills and then shutting down the fountain drink dispenser? It is a clean branch, but overall service is bad. Just go down the street about a mile or so on York (either direction) and you will have another branch that is just as clean but with better services. No nickel and dime'ing. Place used to be lively and had family nights when I started coming here 10 years ago. over the years the place has gotten worse and less friendly. Place is now deserted at lunch times. read more

Just about every time I go through the drive through I'm asked to park at curbside pick up to wait for my food. You will watch 10 cars make it through the drive through before you get your food. This isnt a one off experience and I do not have a complicated order. read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The kiosks were not working. The cashier was home after a customer ahead. After 15 minutes of confusion. The manager says if you can't order through the kiosk "we cannot help you". All 3 kiosks needed a code to work and was broken. I and about 3-5 other people said the same thing. The manager refused to take our order. Increasingly McDonald's is no longer a place for you to enjoy your lunch on a hard day's work. The lobby customers who want to sit down and use the wifi and enjoy the meek ac are ignored for the people waiting in line thru the drive through. If I told my customers as a small business owner (I can't help you) I would be out of business. And even then if kiosks were working I'd rather my money go toward a paid person than a robot. read more

They got a well-placed drive-thru and are connected right on to a major road. The inside has some seating and the parking lot has some spots, though I could see it easily being full at a busy time. They were very efficient with their drive-thru despite a lot of customers and it seems mainly a location designed for that, as it's at a major travel intersection. read more

I've been going here for years and I've had completely fine meals and I asked for an Oreo shamrock McFlurry and they gave me this???? An Oreo vanilla shake with all of the shamrock flavoring at the bottom?? Every single time i come hear which is not often anymore, im always missing items from my order but when i come back to ask for my refund they remake my order entirely for free without needing a reciept which is nice but also shows that they KNOW they screw up all the time but still its not fair for the customer to drive all the way back through heavy traffic to get a refund or missing item for just "fastfood" with they way gas prices are now. I mean if i had a 45 $ order they screwed up and they remake my order for free they are losing 45$ and its hurting the company by screwing up so much like that but they should give us remakes and refunds because if enough customers report this place they will be losing a lot more than 45$ with all the lost buissness and i frankly only go here now when i have extra money or if im only in a very good enough mood to put up with their BS and lousy customer service which is actually not as bad as the burger king down the road who have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND. The food here is absolutely awful. It's almost as bad as what you'd get at Burger King. I mean, it's tasteless and carboard-y - unless you consider sodium a taste, in which case, you're in luck! The employees are rude, as if they aren't paid enough. The way they treat customers, it's almost like these employees don't want to get up in the morning. I don't know why!? It's not as if they have to struggle to get even the basic necessities - they have a job and it pays them money and stuff, right? We ordered our food at 5:09 and we were told to wait in the pickup parking. There was three-four other cars waiting with us. Our food didn't come till 5:45. After 15 minutes of waiting, manager comes out and collects everyone's receipts. Meanwhile, people after us in the drive-thru are getting their orders. When the manager did give us our food, we didn't receive an apology, an explanation, or compensation for waiting half an hour for our food. We didn't order any special items. Waited about 20 minutes in the mobile pickup spot. Although dining room said open, all doors were locked. There was a group of preteen/teen boys that kept trying to get into the drive through window. They kept chatting with one of the workers. When our food was finally ready, instead of coming to our car, the worker handed the food to the group of boys to bring to our car. This is the nighttime rating for McDonald's. I pulled in tonight just after having used my app to pay so that I could quickly pop in and out. I was a bit dismayed when, without warning, I was told when I got to the establishment (through my app) that the curbside assistance isn't available at this hour. Understandable, but that could have been relayed to me when I placed the order. Unless you're interested in seeing the moon and the stars rotate 1/4 of the way through the night sky, don't use the drive-through. I'm estimating that it's taking at least three minutes per car, and I was about seven cars back. Not really in a hurry at this hour, but I think the general public should be warned that you might be trapped in a drive-through line. I'm sure there are many complaints about this, and I'm sure it's because the place is understaffed. Management, could you do something about this? read more

NO HAPPY MEAL TODAY! The service here was very slow. Cars backed up before menu boards. When I arrived at cashier window she was busy texting on her cellphone and you could see I was an inconvenience. In the present window had to wait (hamburger and diet coke) and when the girl handed me the bag she didn't even look at me. Horrible service. Particularly funny one on Friday - I requested "one Splenda on the side" with my coffee in the drivethru. I was handed half a BAG (no exaggeration) of sugar packs and a creme. Must have been 35 packets of sugar. It would have overflowed the cup without coffee! You may as well be speaking gibberish to the people in the drive-thru window - they barely hear you. I assume they don't bother getting it right because that's too hard but figure people are less likely to complain if they get too much rather than not enought. Clever strategy. If this were not my last chance for a good cup of drive-thru Joe on the way to work, I'd never be stopping here. Seriously - do managers ever check these places out? But Kudos! It's McDonalds! I really enjoy their Filet-o-Fish, hash browns, bacon egg cheese biscuit, and soft serve hot fudge sundaes. Their coffee is surprisingly good. Fries good but make me feel gross later. Horrible Experience and Got Less Than What I Paid For. I don't expect much in regards to service from a McDonalds, but the service at this location is unexpectedly poor later at night. I've gone to this location unfortunately consistently enough to notice that the day crew is competent enough, however this being a 24/7 McDonald's it's clear they reserve their less friendly workers for the later shifts, and tonight was a clear indication that this couldn't be more true. Knowing how they are late at night I didn't even want to come here but after getting out of work myself it was really the only option. Ordering my food on the McDonald's app, we then pulled up to pick it up and were greeted with an extremely long line, which would've been understandable however the workers were doing a very poor job of getting people In and out efficiently. After waiting for 5-7 minutes to get up to the speaker, and then finally getting there we waited for an awkward 30-45 seconds for someone to address us, eventually hearing someone mumble something not understandable through the speaker, we assumed someone had cut their mic on while speaking to a coworker, however we realized this wasn't the case when they yelled and obnoxious "Hellooooo!" through the speaker. Replying we had a mobile pick up order, we then went to go state the code we were given and were cut off by the worker telling us to go to the window very abruptly. After going to the window we are then greeted by a worker obviously in a rush that asks us "Two cheeseburgers?" Which is something we didn't order so we said that wasn't it and we'd placed a mobile order, and she shut the window. Opening it up with a big bag handing it to us and shutting the window again without saying a word. Knowing how this location has a tendency to mess up the orders, I took a quick check to make sure they at least put the drinks in there and they did. However what spurred me to write this review was that they completely forgot items in my order that I paid with on the mobile app (noticing only after I got home), and that's honestly horrible. I don't understand how I order off the McDonalds app and they still manage to screw it up. I paid for 2 meals however they completely forgot the fries to go with the sandwiches. I got two drinks with one straw, and the burgers were cold. So all and all I didn't even get all the food I paid for and the food I did get was cold. This location deserves the 1 star average it has, it's never a great experience dining here and now I'm paying for food I'll never even get with no refund. All the workers are horrible in terms of communicating to their customers, and half the time give out the wrong orders or forget aspects of the order, now even doing so when customers directly order off their own app. I don't understand how the management has allowed for this to be the standard of this location, I get it, McDonalds is not going to be a 5 star restaurant, but you could at least aim to be competent at the very least. The store is horrible, the staff is rude, and the food is bad, don't come here past 6pm or you are bound to have an issue. read more

Cashier took three minutes and had to call over a coworker because he couldn't find the button for a sausage McMuffin.
