The team seemed disorganized, distracted, and most disappointing of all--rude. I was met with eye-rolls and rushed responses instead of the usual "my pleasure." My daughter and I had a fantastic time tonight at the Daddy Daughter Date Night hosted by the Garden of the Gods Chick-fil-A! We were greeted at the door and led to our table, which was well decorated. The theme of the evening was Rapunzel and Pascal. I loved the mini-moo plush cow dressed up like Pascal. A well dressed waitress took our order table side. While we waited for the food, the girls made Princess crowns in the craft area. The food was delicious as usual. The service, which is always exceptional at CFA, was even a step above tonight. After our meal, we were treated to a horse drawn carriage ride around the parking lot, pulled by actual Clydesdales! I have been using Chick-fil-A for several months now. I understand taste is very subjective. There is nothing in this store I do not love. I order the basic chicken sandwitch (no cheeze, lettue, tomatoes, etc) but add 4 not 1 pickles. And it is the most tastey chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. I do not even put thier suase on it (thought the sause is good!. It is most and delicious. The bun is soft and tastes good. Pickles are the perfect compliment. I have compared it to KFC (over cooked) Wendy's, Popeyes and they are hands down the best, moistest and superb tasting sandwich. I have ordered their milkshakes and they are very good. Tortilla soup is great. I wish I could order the mac-n-cheese but I have to watch the carbs. The fries are great but again I have to watch the carbs. I visited this restaurant for an early lunch today and had a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was conveniently located on Garden of the gods Road right off of I-25 N/S. The first thing I noticed is that their parking lot and drive-thru lines are all very clearly marked (painted on the pavement) for ease of navigation. Parking was adequate all around the building, the outside of the building is nicely decorated, they had several employees outside at the drive-thru taking folks' orders on i-pads, I was greeted upon entering, only waited one minute in line to order, was greeted with a smile by the young lady who took my order, she was neatly dressed in the restaurant's work uniform, she took my order quickly and was friendly, my food was reasonably priced, my order was delivered to me at my table in about 3 minutes, my order was served hot with everything I needed on the clean tray, the dining room had plenty of different kinds of seating (and included a nice, clean kids' play area), the dining room and my table were clean, and I was greeted by a friendly employee who asked me if I needed anything. read more

My first time at Chick-fil-A and I was pleasantly surprised with how yummy their food was. But what was even more surprising was their customer service. I didn't quite know what to order so the young lady at the counter, Sophia was very helpful in suggesting what I try. She was super sweet and reminded me that customer service still exists. The whole restaurant had a very friendly vibe. Even out in the seating area the Chick-fil-A team was very sweet, and made sure our drinks were full. Kudos to the owner, he introduced himself and showed us that he takes great pride in his staff, menu, and the value of his customers. I will definitely come back, this was a nice treat. I got the Market Salad ($8.19), and it was STUFFED with plenty of toppings: greens, red cabbage, carrots, nuts, blueberries, green apple, strawberries, and of course grilled chicken. I was very disappointed in my experience at Chick Fil A today. While eating our lunch, an older lady with white hair and a bob came up to us and asked if she could clear our plate. I said no that we were still working on it. She apparently didn't believe me because she picked up my fry box and looked inside it and said oh okay. All Chick-Fil-As are the same. They're generally much cleaner than other restaurants and well lit. The service people are all extremely polite - it's sorta like how In-N-Out buger is. I'm not sure if it's the same as the locations in Oklahoma, but Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sunday because they're owned by Christians (also similar to In-N-Out, minus the closed on Sunday thing.) Not a bad thing. I went here today, 1/6/11 and I had a salad and chicken soup which was $7.50, I believe. The soup is thick and hot. It's decent, neither good or bad. The side salad was good, but I wish the dressing wasn't full of HFCS and soybean oil. This has been my local Chick-fil-a for over a year now and I have never been disappointed. Their drive thru line and delivery are INCREDIBLY quick and the delivery fee is only a few dollars as compared to the outrageous delivery prices elsewhere. Sometimes the traffic gets congested because it is right off the main road but they have team members to direct traffic- super helpful and unheard of at other restaurants. This Garden of the Gods rd restaurant hosts local events (I saw one recently that was a bring your dog event) and coupons specific to the location. I have never met a team member who wasn't friendly or didn't help with my sometimes complicated orders. Today I used a handful of rewards coupons I had through the app and forgot to make my sandwich deluxe. I asked when I got to the drive thru window if I could pay a separate charge for the cheese, tomato, and lettuce and they gave it to me free of charge.
