By far the worst chick fil a I've ever been in. I been to over thirty different locations. This restaurant looked a bomb went off place looked like a train wreck. Very dirty from behind the counter to the bathrooms. Pour management no order. Only one person in front of me over 25 minuet wait ridiculous. read more

Have never had to write negative on any CFA in years and many states, but the Harbison Blvd, Columbia one took over 15 Minutes, yeah, 15 to get our dining inside 1 sandwich, fries and 1 order of nuggets, fries with only 6-7 others inside. i usually go to chick fil a often and this was by far the worst service i have received by far, put in a mobile order 5 minutes prior to going in to the restaurant. i was left waiting for 15 minutes while other people came in after me and received their food before me. awful customer service on their behalf and i recommend going to the chick fil in ballentine or the mall for a more timely and effective service. very displeased. read more

Every poor service, rude Mamager. I like my sandwich not toasted, no butter, no pickle. The meat will heat the bun and then it will asorb the Pol. Sause better. I order (had to get the Manager) I had to explain to him twice why I wanted it that way and when he started to go fix them himself (he thought it was a big deal) he again asked me if I was sure I at least did not want the bun toasted. I said for the third time NO. By that time all but two employees were laughing at me. This is not way to treat a 61 year old disabled man! read more

I have to say, I have never had this poor of a level of customer service from Chik-fil-A in quite a while, if ever! I ordered a large coffee and was handed a cup with the coffee 6 inches down...literally (need room for cream?). I brought it back in (with a smile-I really hate to bother people and I realize how hard this guys/gals work!) and asked for it to be filled to the top. No one apologized, but instead I was told that they would have to brew a fresh pot (now I know why they couldn't fill my cup up). "Ok great, I'll wait!" Then I was asked if I would like to put a lid on the coffee I had..."ummm, no. Please give me a fresh cup." (Really? I had to ask?). So ten minutes later I am still sitting outside and no coffee. I walked back in and very politely tell a manager-looking person (my smile is now a grimace) that I have been waiting for quite a while and I still don't have my coffee. My answer? Response...no apology....she simply hands me a fresh cup of coffee... Chik-Fil-A what happened to you!??? Ugh. read more

Their service is lacking, I went the other day and saw a couple wait at least 3 minutes to order and they were the only ones in line. There were 5 staff including a manager behind the counter. That couple wasn't even spoken to. I was in the dining room cleaning my own table, they were disgusting, each and every one. My son who is a toddler wanted to go to the play area and it was FILTHY. Trash and crumbs on the floor and everything needed a good wipe down. I think management needs an overhaul at this location. I'll drive to Dutch Fork Road from now on. read more

Always a great value - I frequent this place. The only drawback is the fact that they are always busy and the drive through is always backed up. Much easier to park your car and walk inside to place the order. I can get in and out very quickly if I don't sit in the drive through. read more

There is not a chance in this world, or universe, that this establishment achieves more than 1 star. Let's start with location. It is located by probably the worse, most busiest section of Harbinson. You got Irmo traffic, I-26 traffic, Wal Mart traffic, and mall traffic. Needless to say there is no time of day best to come here unless you have a hour planned out for traffic. People don't obey the "no block intersection" signs so God knows when you're going to leave. Every McDonald's I've even been to has always has a back road or side road to avoid the main road the McDonald's is on. Not so with this Chic. There is one entrance, one exit; both connected. Yes, whoever designed this needs Time Person of the Year. Next, the food is average. Just today I got a piece of chicken the size of a chicken patty from Wal-Mart. Chic is really expensive considering what you get, and this was a slap in the face. Next, workers everywhere in the parking lot. I saw one boy about to start his shift coming from the dumpsters side near Staples. He had his uniform in hand, so God knows where the people who are touching your chicken are coming from. The drinks are filled to the top with ice, so only 15 percent actually soda. So before you waste your hour waiting in the traffic to pull out, make sure you ask for no ice. Will. Not. Return. Just avoid fast food on Harbinson. Period. read more
