We like Chick-fil-A. They're always reliable when I need a quick delicious meal - or a snack . I love the rewards program, definitely helps save some cash if you have enough points racked up. I've been inside this location, i usually hit the drive thru which is always easier when you have two small kids. Today we stopped by for ice cream and shakes. I purchased a cookies N cream shake, an ice dream cone and a cup of whipped cream. Yes! You can buy whipped cream in a cup - this is my 3yr olds favorite. She refuses to eat ice cream. No issues. I'm not sure why this place gets such a bum rap. So every chick filet is pretty much similar. So i'm not gonna really talk about the menu. Service: Service is no different than any other service you would expect. Speed however, is something that can be different in each location. I still didn't have any issues at this one. And usually when I do drive through have never had a problem. Toddler area - I had no clue that they had a toddler area. It is very, very small but it will buy you 5 to ten minutes of peace. Parking - busy area but enough space. I usually never dyne in but I wanted to see what the inside look like. In general we will continue to drive through. read more

Fries weren't salted and the chicken was soooo bland. The fries were were also not filled to the top in a large. So if you go to this one, don't bother with paying the up charge for the large size. WORST customer service here!!! Can't believe I am writing this for a Chick-Fil-A restaurant, but here we go... I ordered my food through drive through because it was 9 pm at night on a Wednesday. We ate in my car in their parking lot. I didn't want to bring my 2 little kids inside the restaurant because I used to work in the food service industry so I get it trying to wrap up your store at night so you can go home. Also, my husband used to work at Chick-Fil-A 15+ years ago so we understand the food industry. I tried to go in for just one refill of Dr. Pepper, but they closed their doors at 9:23 pm. So we went through drive through, asked to get a refill and that I literally just drove through the drive through 5-10 minutes prior. Also, had the receipt. They said they couldn't do that. Then I asked to buy another Dr. Pepper and they said they were CLOSED. They don't close until 10:00 PM!!!! What the crap is going on at this location!!!! Upper management needs to get involved because their employees don't treat their customers the way Chick-Fil-A represents. Treating customers first, making sure it's their pleasure in taking care of them and being overall rockstars in the fast food industry. I won't be coming back to this location until things are cleaned up. read more

The restaurant was very clean. It's the customer service I'm rating. I understand it's a franchise, and hopefully they can improve based on other locations. In Houston, Spring and Katy, we order the grilled chicken salad WITHOUT marinade on the chicken due to the sugar in the marinade. We have no problem with ordering that way and they smile and say okay; it will take a little longer. At this location, we were told, sorry our chicken comes marinaded. Oh??? This location is slow compared to other locations. I don't understand why bc they're always staffed. This is also the only location that I have ever been to where my order was wrong. I've tried ordering through the app and needed to change my method when I arrived (the line was wrapped 20+ cars) and instead of it updating, it cancels the order altogether. It's not a glitch in the app because I do the same thing at another location and never have an issue. Also, I think their nuggets could cook a minute longer. I've gotten questionable nuggets and sandwiches before. They've never been completely raw but are somewhat tough because they've not been cooked until they're tender. The location is not bad but I o wish they'd brush up a little to get more on par with the company's reputation, especially when it comes to wait times. read more

Today I had my first bad experience at Chic-fil-A. I went through the drive thru and placed my order with the lady with the tablet. We reviewed the order. I was given the price and I swiped my card. She said "have a blessed day" and I proceeded toward the window. There was only ONE car in front of me. While I'm waiting, a different girl came to my car and asked for my credit card. She proceeded to charge me a DIFFERENT (higher) price than I had already paid. She said that she voided my original payment. This didn't make sense since my order hadn't changed. She couldn't logically explain what was happening but told me to go to the window and they could explain. But the two people at the window didn't really know either. One man said that the problem was because they were SO BUSY. I asked to speak to the manager. She just kept denying that they charged me two different times/two different prices. Then she condescending wanted to go over the receipt with me. I finally realized that I was getting nowhere. I was just disappointed. Chic-fil-A is normally efficient and professional. Placed an order here today and they got one of the sandwiches wrong (out of about 12 we ordered) I understand that any restaurant will make mistakes and Chick-fil-A makes way less mistakes than any other fast food by far. I called when I realized one sandwich was wrong and spoke with Eric. He quickly resolved the issue and made the order correct no questions asked. Great customer doesn't mean they get it perfect every time, it means they make it right. These guys went above and beyond; even threw in a brownie for the trouble! As always, great job Chick-fil-A.
