They gave us another bottle of choco milk and another bag of fries, and cleaned up our table in a flash. Worst experience ever at chick fil a. They served a number of people ahead of us, screwed up our order, and took forever to correct it. The family had finished their meal by the time my son got his sandwich. I chose not to eat mine and asked for a refund....which took 10 minutes waiting for a manager. This was our last stop during my time in Corona. The food is good as always. The thing I can never get over is how polite they are at these places. I like how they always say "my pleasure". I wish they kept the sauces out so I could have free access to them. They do at the one closer to me. My favorite is the original chick-fil-a sauce. I also had the original sandwich. LOVE!!!... I read a couple of the less than satisfactory reviews here and I had to scratch my head because the portions are perfect!. I think it's that we live in America where everything is overstuffed and over sized. Chick Fil A has such a healthy menu and gluten free options. I have tried the Southern chicken sandwich that McDonald's raved "You can get on Sundays" in mockery of Chick Fil A's corporate Sundays off policy. But my gosh that was disgusting, not even remotely close. The bun was soggy, and the chicken greasy... it was gross and I notice not a lot of people are purchasing this item. Granted I wanted to try it to compare because the price is lower but honestly I rather pay a little more and get quality and that's why I love Chick Fil A. My son has a very delicate digestive system and he can eat the chick fil a sandwich with no pickle just fine, it's his personal favorite. Men's Health Magazine also raves about CFA being #1 out of all the quick service food chains. The service is always predictably courteous. Some might say it's disingenuous but when you work in a positive environment it overflows into the attitude of the workers. I've experienced it myself. I adore this place... the service could be quicker but I'd rather wait for fresh than get quick food that's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. They simply just refused accepting free kid meal voucher my kid got as a reward from his school. It is upseting because I am just not sure how to explain to my kid how his hardwork was not acknowledged and honored. Let me start off by saying that I love Chick fil a and I almost always have a pleasant visit when I attend this establishment. I was craving a spicy deluxe with waffle fries and my usual sweet tea and so I left my current location which isn't far at all from this Chick fil a at all. I texted my coworkers to place their orders like we always do ON FRIDAYS! We placed our orders and I was about 10 mins away my phone dinged and said order is ready I parked my car and walked into Chick fil a I approached one of the cashiers (Aubrey) and I politely asked her if they called my name yet for my mobile order and she said no they haven't and I explained that I got a notification saying it was ready and she said oh well I'm sure it will be ready any minute. She didn't even check or even ask someone she just continued taking people's orders. Anyway I continued to wait for my order and my coworkers orders as well and about another 10 mins later a gentleman behind the counter who was super busy doing other things asked me what I was waiting for and I told him and he said, "ohhh I remember!! Your order and your coworkers orders! We will remake those for you no problem let me get your drinks" he was so nice I forgot to get his name! But anyway the manager or whoever she was (kaitlyn) she was rude beyond belief telling me that I was 30-40 mins late (which I wasn't) I was in Chick fil a for almost 20 mins waiting for an order they already threw out. She's like we want our customers to have a fresh meal when they arrive. Well if you people paid attention you would have seen that I was in the building for 20 mins WAITING!!!! Anyway she told me she would remake the two orders and told me not to hit I was here on the app until I was actually at the restaurant which is fine whatever but don't give me attitude! And then she had the audacity to ask me what's wrong after she gave me my order. Like nothing chick I'm just annoyed that you didn't have my order ready. After she gave me everything I asked her if everything was in the bags even showed her all the stuff we ordered and she looks at me and says yes everything is there.
