Zero Stars for the employee at the drive thru window today 5/4/26 at around 6:30 PM her name tag read Adriana. We love In-N-Out and this review is for Adriana. Adriana was rude and unprofessional from the moment I asked for a lid for my order. My kids and I picked up In-N-Out on our way home but I was obviously driving so I asked Adriana if I could please get a lid for the food (I wasn't going to eat until I was home). Anyway, Adriana aggressively grabbed the box from my hands, slammed it on the counter and placed a lid over the box. I thanked her, but it got worse. She was handing me the drinks and I needed a cup holder so I asked her for one and again aggressively placed my drinks in the cup holder, I was so afraid to ask for ketchup but my kids wanted ketchup, and when I did she said with attitude "give me your cup holder" and threw the ketchup inside. She had a very hostile attitude over simple requests. I've never experienced this kind of behavior at In-N-Out before. I hope management addresses this, I was so surprised, it doesn't reflect the usual friendly and respectful service In-N-Out is known for. Stopped in to this location recently and dined inside. Got their Combo #3 with the single hamburger and requested it be made animal style. Did not disappoint and the burger was juicy, the fries were crisp right, and washed it all down with a drink from their fountain drink area. Usually this location is fine but tonight I came and ordered two double doubles both with just cheese and grilled onions and one lettuce wrapped. The guy taking my order got it confused twice and I corrected him twice. I got to the window and the order was still wrong so I corrected them again. Vegetable situation here is always questionable and a total gamble each time. One day you could get ok lettuce and tomatoes and the next time you order it could be wilted and soggy. I waited over 20-30 minutes in the drive thru (totally understandable) , and when I received my order I thought I received someone else's order. Drove through this location tonight on our way through town. Danielle was working the drive through and did a great job taking our order and clarifying our needs were met. The drive through line was efficient. An employee even ran ahead of us to clean up a spill from a prior car. Food was delicious as always. Fries were warm and tasty. This is the second time the order taker Mia has gotten my order wrong, and on top of that is always rude with an attitude. The first time, I ordered a cheeseburger animal style with no pickles, she did no grilled onions instead. This time it was me and my brother, I ordered the same thing and he got a hamburger with grilled onions and fries, she right off the bat assumed it was a meal and insisted on a drink, the order was also to go. When we got to the window, she had put in a double double animal style, and the order was for the car. It's truly frustrating having do deal with an issue that shouldn't even be a problem. Did not get my food until 1:42 pm. The only reason I got from the staff was they lost my order and asked for my receipt so they could do my order. Never even got a sorry. Our most recent experiences with this store have been awful and we will not return, sad to say. Last night my husband went in and ordered dinner, take-out, and waited right by the counter. The order never came, when he asked he was told someone had taken it. (Not possible, he was right there). He asked for a manager and they said they would make another order. The manager Emily laughed at him when he said he was upset. When he finally brought the order home it was wrong, consisting of a bag of plain burgers cut in half that I had never seen before from this store. He did call corporate and they took his complaint but this was the last straw of rude employees and screwed up orders. Our daughter even used to work there and we were proud of that. Mistakes happen but rudeness and mocking should not be part of this process, and this is shameful. read more

always have a great experience at this in-n-out. i moved away from california and every time im home, i have to stop by this in-n-out and get my favorite order. i get a double meat protein style with grilled onions and added pickles. and then either a regular or animal style fry on the side. so happy with the new low calorie pink lemonade because it is dietary inclusive without compromising good taste. came in this location after midnight after a wedding with some friends. service was still 10/10 even though they have had a long night that close to closing. the spot was clean even though there was still groups of people. made for a perfect ending to a wonderful wedding night. read more

You walk in and know exactly what you're going to get. But, the fries. The fries. Cut fresh, fried in whatever, I'm guess cardboard oil, seasoned with cardboard shreds. Sure, you can compare them to the added preservatives and all the likes of McDonald's add, but even Five Guys have figured out fresh cut, great taste fries. These fries are criminal. For the sole reason their fries are terrible I have to give In-N-Out two stars out of five. If you can manage the fries or skip them, then enjoy. read more

I'm pretty sure they gave my order to the guy in front of me bc he handed it right back go her. Super gross so I asked her when she gave me my order if he'd just handed it to her and she said no. Well one order of fries only and they're the saltiest, soggy cold nasty fries. It's the legendary Double Double burger, which features two juicy beef patties cooked to perfection, topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and their signature spread inside the signature soft, toasted buns. Pro tip: onions (raw or grilled; your choice!), extra spread, mustard, and pickles make pure this burger heaven! In-N-Out fries are an interesting side. Unlike other places where you can hold on to those fries for a while, the In-N-Out fries are fresh, made to order, and have a really short shelf life. That's not a bad thing; it's just worth knowing that you want to eat them quickly because they'll get mushy after about 10 minutes. While In-N-Out Burger offers plenty of Coca-cola brand soft drinks, my go-to is always their house-brand pink lemonade. It's simply incredible!
