Just had the worst experience here with their Manager "Alvarez". I had an issue with my order being cancelled but the employees in curbside pickup were so kind and reassuring that the manager inside would be able to help me. So I go inside (I wasn't even upset because I was expecting to be helped) and wait for the manager. This guy was so incredibly rude, dismissive and downright condescending. I was okay with whatever outcome but what took this to another level was how I was talked to. I'm generally pretty laid back but the sheer disrespect and tone of this 'man', as a manager nonetheless, is what lead me to leave this review. As embarrassing as it is to admit, I had to leave the restaurant so I wouldn't start crying in public. THATs how condescending he was. The gentleman that took my order was disappointed that his colleague got the Caucasian family in front of me and made it clear with his eye and gesture. We were out & about early on Saturday morning and we decided to stop by Chick-fil-A for some breakfast. It was so early that the usually long line was not there and we got excited. We drove into the line to order and were met by one of their order takers. We placed our order, she repeated it and we moved up to the window. I have a habit of checking my order before pulling off because we've had plenty of issues with other establishments. I noticed we were missing a chicken egg & cheese biscuit. Then I realized we didn't get charged for it but the girl at the window was so nice, she quickly charged us for it and gave us the sandwich. Once we got home we dug in. I went to the Fairfield towne center FSU location on 12/11/24 at 12:34pm to grab lunch. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with fries and a drink with 5 sriracha sauces. I got to the window and realize I only got three sauces so I asked for two more sauces and the team member which I soon after realize it was a manager argued that I didn't need two more sauces for my meal. He then stated "it's an unreasonable request to order 5 for this meal" then I said I don't care what's unreasonable I'm a red member and I purchase here all the time and I always get 5 sauces and I just came yesterday. Then he states "That was yesterday, you got lucky." He then hands me the sauce and repeats I'm being unreasonable. The managers name was John, with a light blue shirt on. I then called to clarify his name was John and he answered the phone and gave me more attitude. I have never been treated so poorly by a Chick-fil-A representative let alone a manager if this is the kind of service you guys are going to start giving I will no longer be spending money with you all. I went to this location with my children for the first time, on the occasion of Evelyn Turlington "Spirit Night" and I was embarrassed by two of your employees. I placed my order two kids meals for my children and a shake for myself. The cashier gave me our table mark but I didn't have my shake she told me to have a seat and that someone will bring me my shake. A few minutes later a young man brought me my shake without the food and took the table mark without me realizing it. Some time later a young girl was holding a tray looking for which table she had to go to and I knew at the same time it was my order, since there were a lot of people and it would be difficult for her to locate us especially since our table mark was taken, I had to go to her to tell her that it was ours. She was very retenting, she asked me for my name and I gave it to her, but I realized that the cashier did not even put my name on my order. I still took the tray and went to sit down. She comes back later to tell me that there is a table with the same mark table, it like I lied to her or I wanted to steal the food. I tried to explain to her that the young man who brought my shake took the mark table without even trying to know if I got my order, it wasn't my fault. She still didn't want to believe me, I gave her my receipt to check and she said it wasn't necessary, but I felt very offended and embarrassed, especially since it was my first time and it happened in front of people. We have always had a great experience at ChikFilA until today. Ashley didn't listen on a few different occasions and was really rushed to get us out of the drive thru. My husband ordered an 8 piece grilled nugget and a 12 piece grilled nugget. When receiving our order, we had a 6 and 12 piece. Also, we did add a large unsweetened tea to our order at the window which I know it's an added service to fix the ticket but she didn't offer sweetener. My husband asked for Spenda, we got two packets for a whole large drink then when he asked for more, it seemed like an issue to get extra. The food was good but the service could have been a lot better. I took a pic of our ticket and guess we have a white van now too instead of a white truck. Either cold or old and definitely not full. But, today... I received fries that even though they were half full, they were warm. Seemed like a success until I opened my 12 piece nugget. Not only is there only 10 nuggets in the box, they are rock hard. Like they were left either sitting in the fryer too long or were put back in the fryer to be re-warmed. Not impressed. This location has a particularly fast drive-through. I also love how this location is situated. If the line is long, it's not hanging out into a main roadway like other locations. They are consistent my order has never been wrong. I love using the Chick-fil-A app. Scan and go! I absolutely love their coffee, and I stop every morning for a cup on the way to work. They do have a nice lovely outdoor seating area if you prefer to sit outside on a wonderful day. They have a cute little play area for the kids. Since this is so close and the coffee is so good, I will return continuously to this location. Seeing the same faces every morning is something of the rare. read more

I come to this Chick Fil A often because it's where I meet my daughters friend to pick her up halfway between our house and her house and we always get food while here. Usually I have a great experience but this last time it was anything but pleasant. We all ordered drinks and a meal and the lady brought it out to us (doing curbside due to covid-19) and she brought it in a drink holder. I had originally said we didn't need one so I just started to grab the drinks and she said, "no take the drink holder" and I thanked her but said we don't need it and she was so rude basically pushing the drinks in my car. So I normally have no problem here but today was different. As I was eating my chicken nuggets I noticed something that didn't feel right in my mouth. Turns out it was a hair, not a small hair, a LARGE strand of hair in my mouth. I had to gag up my half swallowed chicken nugget while pulling on the hair.
