Text free weekend and lunchtime! This place was bumping! But our order was correct, the restrooms were clean and things seem to be moving along nicely. There was workers getting food where it needed to go with a smile on their face. What more can you ask for?

Pulled in to grab my daughter some food. Curbside was available at this location. The order came out within 4 minutes of me placed the order. Tenders and fries were super hot!! A++++

I went to this location with my children for the first time, on the occasion of Evelyn Turlington "Spirit Night" and I was embarrassed by two of your employees. I placed my order two kids meals for my children and a shake for myself. The cashier gave me our table mark but I didn't have my shake she told me to have a seat and that someone will bring me my shake. A few minutes later a young man brought me my shake without the food and took the table mark without me realizing it. Some time later a young girl was holding a tray looking for which table she had to go to and I knew at the same time it was my order, since there were a lot of people and it would be difficult for her to locate us especially since our table mark was taken, I had to go to her to tell her that it was ours. She was very retenting, she asked me for my name and I gave it to her, but I realized that the cashier did not even put my name on my order. I still took the tray and went to sit down. She comes back later to tell me that there is a table with the same mark table, it like I lied to her or I wanted to steal the food. I tried to explain to her that the young man who brought my shake took the mark table without even trying to know if I got my order, it wasn't my fault. She still didn't want to believe me, I gave her my receipt to check and she said it wasn't necessary, but I felt very offended and embarrassed, especially since it was my first time and it happened in front of people. I think Chick-fil-A needs to organize his employees in this regard.

We have always had a great experience at ChikFilA until today. Ashley didn't listen on a few different occasions and was really rushed to get us out of the drive thru. My husband ordered an 8 piece grilled nugget and a 12 piece grilled nugget. When receiving our order, we had a 6 and 12 piece. Also, we did add a large unsweetened tea to our order at the window which I know it's an added service to fix the ticket but she didn't offer sweetener. My husband asked for Spenda, we got two packets for a whole large drink then when he asked for more, it seemed like an issue to get extra. The food was good but the service could have been a lot better. I took a pic of our ticket and guess we have a white van now too instead of a white truck. Oh well, hope it gets better there.

Went to Chick-fil-A on 07/09/2022 @ 7:47 am to get Egg Bacon Biscuit please check your Biscuit the Bacon is raw. I go every morning during the week and ask that to make sure that the bacon is crispy and sure enough it is. But on this date the manager told me that they do not do crispy bacon that the bacon is cooked at the temperature it supposed to be cook at . I would not feed this to my dogs much less my self. It is raw people. I told her her I was going to let the Owner know about this. Just because this people are in a hurry to make money and don't care about the customer.

Do you really consider this an 8 count?!?

The tenders pieces were huge and there was the perfect ratio of fries to Mac. Overall, I would give the Urban fries a 3.5/5. The chicken itself was a bit on the dryer side and some pieces were tough, but the coating was nice and crispy. Furthermore, the fries were pretty standard with some crisp and pretty thick. The best part was the Mac n cheese which was really creamy. I was a bit on the fence on if I like the flavor of the sauce they used though. The Bird Sauce was really sweet and reminded me of a honey mustard. I personally thought it was a bit too sweet but the more I ate it the less I was opposed to it. Also, the Nashville Hot didn't have any heat at all and I wish there was more overall flavor. I think I would come back to try a different flavor and maybe up the spice level. Service/Ambiance: Service was fine and there was quite a wait for the food (but that just means it's super fresh). The vibe inside reminded me of a fast food restaurant where you order and then never really talk to the staff again.

The bad: The chili was weird, like it had a weird metallic taste, that then turned into a lingering spice. The spicy factor wasn't the problem, it was the weird taste. The queso wasn't queso. It was like a slightly heated cream cheese type mixture. So more of a cream cheese thick dip than a queso. They charged me $3-$4 for 3 bites of Mac and cheese (see photo)! Also, the breakfast I ordered was $14 and had dry French toast, way overcooked scrambled eggs, which became like egg nuggets and 2 skinny pieces of bacon, that I asked for crispy, but tasted burnt. The good: The Pulled Pork Sandwich was the star of the whole show. It has the Mac and cheese on top and we ended up ordering 2 to go. The drinks were so tasty and well made. Normal cocktail prices, but delicious every time. Our waiter/bartender was so nice and kind. Overall when food is concerned, would never go back. But if I wanted a good espresso martini or old fashioned and was in the area... I'd stop in.

This place brings authentic Deep South flavors and hospitality straight to Texas, and every single bite reminded me of home-cooked meals from down South. The signature chicken tenders were crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside, and seasoned to perfection, easily some of the best I've had anywhere. Paired with their seasoned dirty rice, their fluffy, buttery biscuits and perfectly seasoned french fries, it was a match made in heaven. I also had to try the famous Bo Berry biscuit, and it did not disappoint, warm, sweet, bursting with blueberries and that classic glaze that makes it impossible to stop at just one. Of course, no Southern meal is complete without a tall cup of sweet tea, and theirs was exactly what I hoped for: strong, refreshing, and perfectly sweetened like grandma made it. The portions are generous, the food is fresh and full of flavor, and the whole experience felt like a warm Southern welcome. If you're looking for that genuine Deep South taste without leaving Texas, Streets Chicken is the spot. Highly recommend. ! I'll definitely be back for more! Rod Gray Cypress, TX

My wife and I were sharing and she settled on the Steak Biscuit breakfast sandwich because she'd heard it tastes like the old Grandy's steak biscuit (I don't remember ever eating at Grandy's). We ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. The attendant was friendly and told us to pull up to the stop sign to wait for fresh food. The Steak Biscuit and Bo-Tato Rounds came out hot. I liked the biscuit, but the steak was too thin and got lost. My wife said, "It kind of tastes like Grandy's, but Grandy's was better," it has to have been 40 years since she's eaten there. The real star for me was the Bo-Tato Rounds! I would go back just for those. They were hot, flaky and just greasy enough to have that forbidden "it's bad for you" tater bliss!

There weren't that many fries on my plate, maybe a small handful at most. It didn't even come with a drink. I wanted a drink but I didn't want to spend anymore money so I asked for a cup of water. What happened after upset me. The cashier said they only sell bottled water because there is no filter on the fountain. My sister replied back saying "thats fine I just want water even without filter" but he refused to give us water! He said "no, you drink and get sick, people sue, no water". Hmm... isn't the Kool Aid that they sell there made from the same "un-filtered water"? And aren't the other public fountain waters not filtered either? I rather the cashier tell the truth than to lie. I'm used to places with no free water, but don't give us any BS. It's a slap in the face. It was already bad enough he had to rush our order. I'm the one that was mistaken. With a Caniac craving, I arrived past 9pm on a Sunday to the busiest Cane's I've ever see. The drive-thru line wrapped around the building. The parking lot remained full. The amount of vehicles circling the building hoping to find a spot caused mild traffic disturbances. Waze marked the lead in road as red for standstill traffic- okay, I'm kidding with that one, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Among all of this, the employees of Cane's stayed strong. Like a well oiled machine they powered through the endless line. They were efficient for sure, but I was most impressed by their care and customer service. This team is truly running like a well oiled machine. As far as the food, Cane's is Cane's. If you're new to this concept, you really only need to keep two things in mind. 1. They serve 4 main items, fried chicken tenders (yes, only tenders), crinkle fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. These 4 items are offered in a handful of variations and combinations. 2. No matter which combo tickles your pickle, enjoy it with Cane's sauce. In addition to a basic requirement for the chicken, it also pairs well with the fries, their Texas toast, and most any protein or savory bread you have lying around the house. Long story short, if you can handle the crowds, you've earned your chicken.

The second incident involved the hired entertainer, Donovan T Lu, on a separate occasion. During that visit, he raised his voice at both my husband and me and behaved in a way we felt was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We brought our concerns to Andy's attention, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Unfortunately, we did not feel our concerns about the entertainer's treatment of customers mattered. We are respectful people and never expected to be treated with such hostility while supporting a local establishment by treating his staff (who was wonderful) VERY WELL. As much as it hurts us to say this, because we love the staff and we enjoyed karaoke for a while, this has shown us that our loyalty to Andy's meant absolutely NOTHING!
