So, this place newly opened up in the Cypress area and we were excited because we'd heard good things from the Magnolia location... not so much. The bad: The chili was weird, like it had a weird metallic taste, that then turned into a lingering spice. The spicy factor wasn't the problem, it was the weird taste. The queso wasn't queso. It was like a slightly heated cream cheese type mixture. So more of a cream cheese thick dip than a queso. They charged me $3-$4 for 3 bites of Mac and cheese (see photo)! Also, the breakfast I ordered was $14 and had dry French toast, way overcooked scrambled eggs, which became like egg nuggets and 2 skinny pieces of bacon, that I asked for crispy, but tasted burnt. The good: The Pulled Pork Sandwich was the star of the whole show. It has the Mac and cheese on top and we ended up ordering 2 to go. The drinks were so tasty and well made. Normal cocktail prices, but delicious every time. Our waiter/bartender was so nice and kind. Overall when food is concerned, would never go back. But if I wanted a good espresso martini or old fashioned and was in the area... I'd stop in. read more

I haven't tried the food but the service, ambiance and drinks have been great. They have karaoke and music bingo on select nights. There is a small area of outside tables and plenty of seating inside plus lots of bar seating. Definitely a nicer bar in the area, highly recommend. read more

This place definitely has the ability to be a solid 4 star establishment. I was going to give 4 stars (I usually reserve 5 for high end dining with the best service and food) but the last 20 minutes brought it down. First. The good... The atmosphere is fun. Several TVs with sports playing and we were there on Karaoke night which was fun. The servers were friendly and pretty attentive especially considering how busy it was. The food. Great burger! Burger cooked perfectly, bun was a perfect brioche style, soft and warm. The cheese steak sandwich was delicious! Think, lightly toasted bread, good quality meat and the green chili cheese sauce set it off. Very good. The pretzel was good too. A tad overcooked but it came out hot and salty. Cheese dip is nice and creamy with a little heat. We got homemade chips and fries with our sandwiches and both are great choices, so whatever you're in the mood for, go for it. I dipped them in the cheese sauce. Yummy! Definitely get a side of cheese for dipping! The drinks. I loved my strawberry gin drink. The happy element. Well balanced! The hubby had his usual bourbon and they have great choices for a sports bar and not terribly overpriced. We had pretty good service considering when we first got there, there was only 1 open table. The bar was also full. So I did expect it to be a little slow, but it wasn't bad. It seems that all the servers work together so that was, for the most part, nice. So now the not so good. The bad part of having the servers taking care of everyone is the confusion it may cause. After half the people left I had asked for another drink that never came. One server came by and checked on us, so I ordered from her, then a few minutes later our main server came by and asked if we needed anything. I told her I had already ordered another drink. After more than 10 minutes and a bathroom visit it wasn't there. Hubby had finished his drink and got a to go box. So I didn't bother ordering another. The bathroom. I have issue when I go in and there's no toilet paper. There was maybe a half roll total between the 3 stalls. The one I went into had none so I switched. That one had maybe 20 squares left I checked in the third stall when I was finished and it had maybe a quarter roll left. I would have bathrooms checked at least every hour, especially when it's that busy. So those are my complaints. We will definitely be back! The good for sure outweighs those issues. So I was recently introduced to a new bar located in the cypress area. Now this is a bar but I must say that the food at the place is very good and not your traditional bar food. The staff is very friendly and their service is excellent. My bartender Alysa made me some wonderful mixed drinks, to include one of my favorites that they hadn't heard before. The whiskey bramble was made to order and in fact I ordered a few for my friends. I highly recommend this place but I must warn you ,at 7pm it is a 21 and up establishment. It's a great place to catch a game or play a little Golden Tee. read more

The ambiance is fun. Pictures on walls from both political parties. Menus are fun to read but not impressed with the menu. Chips and queso was not good - gets cold and hardened way too fast. Not a good taste or texture. Chili was ok, not great. Hot dogs are good. Music and tv and such at the right level for having a conversation (not blaring nonsense). Good place to hang out for a drink, but not to get a meal. read more

We stopped in to get the "cheesecake bites" after eating sushi somewhere else. Menu says it comes with chocolate or strawberry sauce, I asked for strawberry. It looked like an egg roll cut in half, not "bites" and it had chocolate, not strawberry sauce. I asked for the strawberry and got a little cup of pink liquid that tasted like the candy on a candy apple. Then got charged $1.00 for it! I know this is a bar, but wow, how difficult is it to get something so basic right? read more

It opened not to long ago and they have a lot of things that are good Pros: First, the Spicy Cesar Salad is fantastic! It has avocado, corn, beans, delicious cherry tomatoes, crotons and it was a good size salad. The waitress was very nice, helpful, and checked back with us to see if we were doing good or needed anything. The bar and grill was very clean and open. The bathrooms were upscale and clean. The decorations and television will keep people's interests. Menu has interesting names of things....read closely to get the jokes. Area of improvement: Daytime make the lights brighter and you will have a more diverse group of people come. When my elderly mother and I entered it was so dark our first response was not the correct response and I am very glad we did not turn around and exit. It took time for our eyes to adjust, but way to dark. Please add hooks to the stalls in the women's bathroom so we can hang our purses and jackets!!!! It makes the experience soooo much better. So we went in early for the 4th of July. I just want to say that the service was good and we had a good time but the hot dogs are terrible! My wife and I each got the 1/2 pound hot dog and they had no flavor at all and I mean not a bad or good flavor just totally bland, no salt, no nothing. I think a cheap grocery store 12 pack has more flavor. I was hungry so I ate it, my wife only ate half of hers and said it was gross. They really should just take them off the menu or switch to literally any other brand of hot dogs. I have not tried any other items off their menu so hopefully the rest of the menu is better. read more

It really deserves zero stars. This place is horrible! How can you miss up hot dogs??? I ordered a chili dog and a Frito type dog for my husband. Look at the attached pictures the hot dog was pink in the middle and it tastes like it had been sitting in water for days. Terrible tasting. It had a horrible flavor. Also look at the amount of chili they gave me for this large size hot dog. They say that was a beef hotdog but it tastes horrible. Do not and I repeat do not buy hot dogs from this establishment. You will be totally wasting your money. To be totally honest the chili was okay but because the hot dog was pink in the middle and taste so terrible I was scared to eat it. I have a feeling that this establishment won't be there too long if this is the type of food they are putting out. It's just horrible,not bad, not average. it was the most horrible hot dog I have ever tasted. My husband agreed. read more

First visit Friday 6:20. Political theme bar/restaurant. "MAGA fan" . We dine out often. Came in sat at immediately, not that busy , guy with tablet came by after approx 10 min, we had to ask for menus, he took drink orders, another 10 minutes drinks came, owner/ mgr (not sure / friendly ) had to ask staff walking by to take food order after some time. Food/ drink very good, no one came back to see if we needed refills/ another drink, finished meal, tired of waiting for someone to come back by, went to bar and paid . Spoke with owner/mgr ? , he apologized for poor service, didn't ask for us to come back or even try again. I assume they don't care if we return. Live very close to restaurant, really was hoping for better. Kool themed restaurant, good music. Shame, food was good, liked theme of restaurant. read more

Food was good. 2nd time there and I thought it was just a bad day so I gave it another try. It was ok I guess. I just wasn't that impressed.

I had to give 1 star because couldn't give 0! Went last Sunday and they were pretty full had two waiters and a bartender. Service took awhile drinks sat there for 20 min had to go tell bartender they were ours, took awhile to order food, but food was pretty good for bar food. Wanted to give second try went back for Texan's game today and won't be back. Order drinks and appetizers. Got our beers after 10 min never got the Sprite we ordered, took 50 min to get our appetizer and once the beers were ordered never checked on again. Had to ask bartender to make our appetizer to go and bring us the check. Disappointed and won't be back! read more
