I've worked in customer service, retail, and food services before so, I'm always extra kind and respectful towards them but, this woman was rude right off the bat yet, so nice and didn't demand anything to the folks next in line. My mom wanted Subway so we stopped at this location, it was our 1st and last time. The women there are obviously bilingual so, I told my mom to order first, out of respect, and the woman was very rude to my mother- if the woman were to take out her earbuds she would've been able to hear my mom, and not give attitude or demand my mom to speak up. I took over and I was livid, I spoke louder and she still couldn't hear and said to speak up, so I did in a rude tone as we continued, she asked if I wanted meat I said no, I asked for chicken instead and I gave her the stupidest look when she said "chicken is meat" and let me remind you she was giving me attitude for no reason from the beginning Chicken is Poultry Meat is Beef They are not the same at all but BOTH are Proteins... that's it, they are not the same Einstein I decided to bite my tongue as I was raised better and neither of my parents have anger issues but I somehow do. I'm grateful for being placed in anger management from 7th grade all the way till I graduated high school and I stayed in it till I was 22 as I can finally hold my composure and not black out; or I would've dragged this woman. If I had gone first, I wouldn't have minded her attitude but, I am very protective of my family and she was disrespectful to my mother. Ordered a BMT and Tuna sub for delivery. Food showed up on time but tuna sub show3d up without tuna. Of course, driver was gone. Called store and let them know of concerns. By far the worst subway ever- The sandwiches there are always burnt and the bread tastes old and stale. Every time I give this place another chance, they always find out a way to screw my experience up. I ordered a simple footlong with turkey, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. When I took a bite out of it, the bread was stale and the turkey tasted dry and flavorless. When I notified the cashier about the issue, she started giving me attitude and when I demanded to speak to the manager, he snarled at me and remarked that "I was trying to get free food". I've had Yelp for a while now but I've never wrote a review for a restaurant until now. I go to subway at least once a month and it's usually pretty average and a good spot for healthy choices. This is the first time going to this location and I was honestly shocked by the customer service. Like I said it's usually average at the subways I've been too but Andrew made it his priority to make sure I got everything I wanted and was very kind and professional. He greeted me when I came in and helped me down the line. I was not only satisfied by the service but the sub tasted ten times better than the other subways. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews, they definitely made some changes recently. I will going to go to that specific location more often. read more

This is the 2nd time i came to this subway and also be the last time i come there. The service is slow, unfriendly and racist. I ordered online, and came in on time. There was no one in the restaurant at that time. She confirmed the name of the order and told me to wait. And then some customers came in, they ordered and got their order right away, maybe because they are white!!! After 30 mins of waiting finally she called me. The said come here, everything in there. Wife just went to this location to pickup an online order. She got there and they looked confused. Said they had no pickup orders. She showed them the completed order on her app so the made the order. It included two different footling Italian BMTs. Both were made with only pepperoni and salami and the ham was left off both. Both of my parents were discriminated and not helped or asked what they wanted to eat in 3 separate occasions by the same employee her name is Luna. The first time it happened with my mom my mom asked her for a wheat sandwich and she told her I don't speak your language and walked away. My mom went again with my sister and stood infront of the counter and was not helped she then told her she needed to order a sandwich she proceeded to order the sandwich and paid cash, when this lady proceeded to give her the change she gave it to her abruptly and with a disgusted face. The third visit a separate one by the way my dad went and also stood at the order line without being help and had bad service from this lady as well. This is horrible that she would treat customers that way. There use to be another lady at this location and everyone new her she was always kind. It is amazing how people seek customer service jobs were they are the first point of contact with the customers and have horrible manners towards different cultures or nationalities. Well, I just gotta say my 5 star rating is a bit biased since this is my hometown Subway, just 5 minutes from my house. This obviously is my go-to place when I want a Subway. Fortunately, they build a really good sandwich which makes it that much better...close AND good! Since I come here often, the veteran employees know me and it makes the visit a little more special than when I stop in at a new Subway on the other side of town. The place is clean, they always have both sweet and unsweet tea brewed, ( some locations only offer unsweet ) and it is what you should expect from Subway. If you stop in, look for me, I just might be in there grabbin' a bite to eat! read more

Everything always seems fresh and they put the right amount of ingredients on the sandwiches, which is good because it stays within the nutrition guidelines and your food doesn't fall apart when you are trying to eat it. NEVER STEPPING FOOT IN HERE AGAIN!! I do a lot of driving for work so I stopped in here for lunch as it was on my route. There was one customer ordering her food as I headed to the restroom to wash my hands..smart thing to do considering the pandemic we are all in. The lady stops helping the customer to scream at me (doesn't speak English well) about me picking up my order. I stopped and told her I "hadn't ordered yet, and was that ok?" She didn't understand, continued yelling that the restroom was for customers only. So I again said I'm going to order, but can I go wash my hands in the restroom first? And she rudely yelled it again as I walked to the restroom. When I came out of the restroom, I went to the front of the line to order and noticed she wasn't wearing a mask (Everyone else was including me), and she was talking over the food. So I asked her "you don't wear a mask here while talking over the food?" She yelled at me something else as she obviously didn't understand what I asked her so I repeated myself, then she yelled again. The other employee was standing there in a mask so I asked him if she didn't understand me, he said no so just drop it. I said that I didn't know if I even felt comfortable eating there anymore & he said well just go. So I gladly walked out as she screamed something else to me on the way out. UNBELIEVABLE!! My husband brought home my special request for Subway today from this location. Our first time ordering from here. My daughter gave thumbs up on her meatball sub. My sweet onion chicken sub gets a sideways thumb mainly becausethe veggies were skimpy and the chicken was ice cold...yuck! I usually ask to warm my meat separate, but I wasn't there so I tried to deal with what I had. I ended up warming half my sandwich at home in the microwave since that was my only option. On a positive note, this is probably the first location to understand the meaning of "lightly toasted". I will give them another chance when I'm able to go myself and personally make my special requests. So 3 stars to balance out my daughter's thumbs up. :) read more
