He went back and forth between two registers and had to speak with other people working. I had told him I wanted a roast beef sandwich which is what the coupon was for. When he came back to the window he double-checked that I wanted two roast beef sandwiches which I corrected to let him know that I only needed one. He went away inside again and came back and took my payment which was for slightly less than what the coupon said it should be. I wasn't going to fight with him to give him another dime as I've never had an issue using coupons at this location before or any other for that matter. I sat and waited for several minutes and they took an order from another vehicle and finally came back to the window and asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me. Usually I have no problem getting roast beef at any time of day or night at this location. I pulled forward and waited and extremely long time before one of the employees walked out with a bag and brought me my sandwich. In total I spent almost 20 minutes to get a single roast beef sandwich with a single vehicle in front of me. I've been here when there were three vehicles in front of me and been in and out in under 10 minutes. On the sandwich itself it was lukewarm but with more meat in it than I'm used to. It tasted fine with nothing unusual about it which was a plus but the extra time spent in line caused me to be late for the appointment I was going to. I will continue to use this location but I will be more cautious especially when stopping early in the morning. I truly enjoy Arby's and it's one of the places I can get food that is safe for my body so I'm not going to give them up over what was probably just new people on the job.
