ordered from the app, which is how I always usually order. This was approximately 1:17p; I confirmed via app that I was outside for curbside pickup. I was seeing cars come and go with their orders. I was parked in regular parking spot because all of the curbside spots were taken. Option is to put flashers on and so I told one of the employers that I was pulled to the side. He asked me what my name was and I told him. By this time, 8 minutes had passed by so I went through drive thru and mentioned what was going on. When I arrived at the window, the employer said they didn't receive my order. I confirmed that order was placed by showing where the receipt was emailed to me and deducted out of my credit card account with the date on it. I was asked to pull over to the side and the general manager came out. Again, I showed him my online receipt and showed my bank statement. I showed him the order number. Sat there another 5 minutes and the guy that I told earlier that I was pulled over to the side, is the one that brought my food out. He said that they found it. I feel that the general manager should've been the one to bring the food out and apologize for the misunderstanding. That's not what happened. I come to this location all of the time for a long time and it's disappointing that this happened, which things happen. All I wanted was an apology that this happened from the general manager and for him to bring the food out. I pulled off at 1:43. I am so sick and tired of going to this Chic Fil-a. Living in Weston makes access to a decent Chic Fil-a so difficult. I like the kids that work there, but the incompetence Is hard to deal, especially on nights where the shift leader at 6:19pm on 2/9/21 makes you wait for your food for half an hour all whilst trying to convince you that you made a mistake by ordering your food wrong. I'm literally looking at the app telling me that someone will be bring me my order soon, but this kid is trying to make me feel like I'm crazy and I asked for in store pick up on the most user friendly app in the world... I was driving toward Home Depot and I noticed a new chick fil a was open! Couldn't believe that I hadn't noticed this before, the cars were wrapped around the entire store. It was around lunch time so thought I'd grab something to eat. I decided I'd rather go inside and place my order to hopefully get my food faster than waiting in the drive-thru. Of course there was an averaged sized line, but all the registers were being used so they were handling the rush as best they could. I was greeted with a smile and placed my order in no time. Within five minutes of being handed my receipt, my order was in hand and I was out the door. Stopped on a rainy afternoon, after a long day of softball tournaments decided to order inside because the drive-thru line was pretty long. I've tried to give this location a chance on multiple occasions and I'm let down each time. The drive thru line is always super long and move fairly slowly. Employees can't ever seem to get my order correct and I end up overcharged. Most recent experience the person taking our order told us our total and walked away from the car before we were even done ordering and then acted put out when we finally reached them again to say we weren't done ordering. We waited in line at a total standstill and had yet to make it around the corner to pay despite tons of employees on duty. What should've been fast food turned into a 40 minute journey. This location is way slower compared to other chick fil a's I've been too. This is disappointing as I love chick fil a but over the past 6 months, things have gone way downhill and I'll probably be eating here way less compared to multiple times a week like I used to read more

I have gone here many times and never have I been dissappointed. The staff is friendly and there is always a a huge line. The food is great. The only problem is the size of the kids and 8-12 chicken nuggets. They are tiny and it is rare to have extras. Overall it is clean and family friendly. I would reccomend going here. read more

Placed an order at 12:26pm wait 30mins for an order no one came out to serve meal. My mother who is on a walker came inside and so did my son no one was at the counter. Called the restarant and they kept hanging up the phone. Finally received a call back from Scott who stated he was the owner and his attitude was deplorable. Rude out the gate. Not helpful at all. Stated they are busy and even though he has 32 people on the clock the can not be at more than one place at a time. Due to his rudeness I told him I would be contacting corprate and he proceeded to tell me he doesn't care what I do, I am a liar there was no one there to pick up the order. Then he hung up. This is definitely not the behavior or attitude you would expect from Chik Fil A. What happened to customer service? It seems as if you are now paying for rudeness and lack of professionalism. I refuse to spend my hard earned money there EVER again. $37.80 might be a little bit of money to some but it means something to me.I understand being busy and flustered but there is never any excuse for being rude. This as well as all other Chick-Fil-a locations I have eaten at are fantastic with handling the large rush of customers. I actually counted 17 cars ahead of me at the drive up and received my order in 9 min. 15 sec. , that's just under 33 sec. per car. So since then I never hesitate to get in their drive thru lines. Plus I've always received friendly service and my favorite Spicy deluxe sandwich with their homemade diet lemonade. Nobody I'm aware of is squeezing fresh lemonade in any restaurant chain. Placed a curbside order, waited 15 minutes before I went inside. Found my food sitting there ready the whole time and questioned the staff member. He went and got the manager on duty who was SO RUDE. I told him I was waiting out there for 15 min to come inside and see my food sitting on the counter, when there are staff members all standing around just talking, talking about VAPES!!!! When I walked in no one even greeted me, I had to get someone's attention before I was even helped. I explained to him I was upset because now my food is probably cold and in fact, IT WAS. This location is like most CFAs. However, I was pretty sad the sweet tea was not consistent. It wasn't quite sweet like everywhere else.

The one issue I have with this store is that they have hot coffee on their menu, and the menu does not say the hot coffee is only available until a certain time and not after that. When I went there at 5 pm for dinner, Dave, who claimed to be the "shift leader" wearing a green tshirt informed me they don't serve hot coffee anytime after breakfast. If they are going to stop allowing customers to receive hot coffee after a certain time, they should disclose on their menu what time they stop serving hot coffee. Their menu should disclose that hot coffee is not available after whatever that certain time is so that people who want hot coffee can decide whether to go to another restaurant. I was completely disappointed by what I experienced tonight. I ordered a sandwich through the app before it closed. I got home late and was really feeling for chic fil a. I got to the store exactly 10:01pm and I was preparing to hear sorry we're closed. I checked my phone and my card was charged. I knocked on the door thinking maybe the sandwich is ready because my card was charged. I was ignored by the employees. I knocked and no response from the employees who were apparently was working. One saw me and she quickly turned away. At that moment I realized I was being ignored. Then I saw a message that the store was closed and the money reimbursed on my chick fil a card. I understand once the store is closed its closed but my card was charged at least someone could have told me something but I was ignored as if I wasn't there. I went to the Sunrise branch one time at closing time and the manager met me at the door and apologized. He explained they are closed. And that was absolutely fine with me. If someone met with me at the door and explain their closed and that my money was not truly charged. I would prefer that over being ignored. I'm absolutely disappointed.
